I had a great experience here. They switched out my winter tires to my summer tires for a reasonable price and it was done quickly. I called a week ahead and made an appointment for the following weekend, and in the time of year when everyone is getting their tires changed over it was great to not have to wait six weeks like I would have at other places. The two guys who helped me were polite and sincere. They didn t try to upsell me anything, just changed my tires, bagged them, loaded them into my car, and I was on my way. Stopped in the next afternoon and they tightened everything up for free and I was on my way quickly again. Different guys were working the next day, but same great customer service. I saw another review that said the place is shabby, but it s a tire shop and looked like a tire shop. It s how you treat customers that matters, not how snazzy your shop is. I will be coming back here for my winter tire change over. Thank you!

Second time in a row I've been here for a flat tire(s). The gentleman both in store and guys working on car have been phenomenal. They talk to me like a person who knows ZERO about cars, cause I don't know anything, and they even help keep my toddler entertained. We will be back next week to check out the transformer they are going to have in their parking lot! Thank you all!!

New to the area and checked their reviews. I was impressed with what I saw. Was super happy with time frame and price was pretty good. Most importantly great costumer service and very knowledgeable people here. I will be back for my newer vehicles tires. Thank you.

This is a great place to have a flat repaired. Or a new set of tires installedJustin and his years of knowledge and he well trained help. Will give you peace of mind that your car is on four safe tires heading home ..

Stopped in for a third time this year. I brought some tires in to have mounted on my truck. After inspecting the tires, Justin had the techs get started, and i was out of there in no time at all. Price was very reasonable for 4 tires mounted and balanced. Will continue to come back and recommend.

Store looked rundown, but manager there knows how to treat his customers. I only recommend cleaning up the place for aesthetic purposes may draw more customers. Nothing bad about the place just could use some TLC!

Honestly the guys working there seem nice enough, but it was a waste of time. Called three days prior to make an appointment for winter tires, said they had them and gave me the price for installation an disposal of the old ones. Show up on time for my appointment and they don't have any tires for my car when they said on the phone thay I was all set! Said they wouldn't have any until the next week. Wouldn't be terrible except I live 40 minutes away and made an appointment! Going somewhere else that can actually communicate with their customers.

These guys are great! Elwin Sapiel helped me get into the right tires for me and my needs. So friendly and professional I will never go anywhere else than to this location in Claremont NH for my tire needs. Thank you guys for all of your help and keeping my car safe for these harsh winter days to come.

I ordered the wrong tires by mistake and Justin was really kind about helping me get them sent back and working me in to put on the new tires.The new tires were to arrive studded but were not! Justin studded them himself in spite of being super busy. The technician who put the new ones on was also great. He went above and beyond to help me.Really can't say enough good things about them. The only suggestion I have is to heat the building!

Got new tires for my subaru and they took out the Tire psi sensor and never put them back in then half way back home I get a TPS light on my dash so I went back and ask why they where not in my tire and the guy said they are 80 dollars a piece when I already had them in my tire, I feel ripped off.

Justin and Elwin (and staff) are friendly and knowledgeable! Service was quick even on short notice to get new tires put on! Will definitely be back for my next set of tires!

Great people at great prices, but best of all I've never been sent away or had to wait to get my tire needs taken care of.. they do everything within their power to get you taken care of on the spot!

Had a great experience 2 times in a row. Went there last year and again this year. Today was a rough day for me due to unfortunate circumstances and I feel like the guy at the counter could tell...as I was little short of the quote and he discounted (somethings) to make it in my budget...did he have to aboustley not but he did and it absolutely made my day and was super helpful. Guys are always friendly and go above and beyond to make it a good experience. They got a life long customer

I cannot express enough how wonderful we were treated today. I lost my husband and find myself in unfamiliar territory with changing tires and life in general. I brought my autistic son with me and your service tech was amazing with my son and completely engaging with him. He absolutely took my worry away. Thank you!!!!

If you just want tires, you can go anywhere. If you want expertise, THE BEST customer service imaginable and/or need help when other tire shops fail, GO HERE!

The entire visit was pleasant! I stayed inside and had a lengthy conversation with the gentleman behind the counter. When the tire attendant came inside, he made eye contact and smiled, let me know my car was complete. When I left and went to my vehicle, the other attendants were nearby, wished me a pleasant day...just friendly and great customer service. So refreshing in today's environment!!!

I showed up with no appointment with tire trouble and without a problem they came right out and helped me then before I knew it I was on my way the gentleman who helped me refused to let me pay him. So made him take at least a tip I couldn't of asked for better service any more then I got there

My experience with Tire Warehouse in Claremont NH was Excellent, an absolutely fantastic experience. The guys that work there went above and beyond their call of duty! I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and they not only came out to rescue me but one of their wives lent me her own spare tire until I could get mine fixed so I could get home! Then the next day when I had them put 4 new tires on, they even stayed open after hours to put them on for me! They were a godsend for sure, very nice and friendly and extremely helpful! I can't say enough about their good deeds! I would recommend everyone to go there!

The guys here were very prompt and helpful, my wife had a blown out tire and needed all 4 replaced right away, after other tire shops in town didn't have the size we needed we came to tire warehouse. They had 2 sets of tires in the size we needed and offered to do the work right away. Within an hour the car was ready to be back on the road. My wife needs to travel for work so having this done so quickly was a life saver. I was very grateful to have such good work done so fast.

I was in a panic because my car was shaking so bad because the tires really needed to be changed. My own fault for waiting to long. I called Claremont tire warehouse and spoke with a man named John and it was so nice to hear such a cheerful voice on the other end of the phone when I was in panic about my tires because I have three children that I was afraid to drive them in it. Although it was close to closing by about an hour John reassured me that he could get me in to change my tires. He made an unpleasant situation a much better situation and so much relief I feel to have new tires on my car in such short notice. Thank you John! This man is surely an asset to the tire warehouse company and should be recognized for his professional and wonderful customer service! I will surely be back! Well. This is me adding to my wonderful review I left to add Justin and Kyle to say how wonderful they were when I came into the shop today with the issue of my tire making a weird noise and fixing the issue with my tire pressure light that has been on! They are all so kind and wonderful at this location, really a friendly and caring people that work here thank you all!!

Cody and the rest of the team at Tire Warehouse in Claremont NH today were wonderful. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixing my tires under warranty while providing a superior customer service experience. They were able to fit me into their schedule on a whim and I left incredibly happy knowing that my car was in good hands. I appreciate their attention to detail as well and they even showed my dog some love an attention before we left. Great team of guys!

They were amazing! They definitely made getting a tire change quick and easy. Also they were kind enough to point out that one of my lug nuts was stripped from the last place that put my tires on. Definitely will come back when I need to switch my tires again! Keep up the amazing work!
