This is a great place to get your auto parts they have it lied selection in their warehousing and most of the time they are willing to get you what you need by next day now they have some really great employees I would say the only thing that I've discovered with them is they don't have very good pay for their employees and some of their employees really deserve to me making more than they are

Friendly knowledgeable employees. Good selection and they had a wiper in stock that would fit my BMW. Price was a little high for what I purchased. But still pleased with my purchased.

They didn't have the part we needed in stock but said it would be there at 8:00 am and it was. I am very happy with the staff and my experience with them!!

Bought a bunch of oil and other miscellaneous repair stuff. Annoyed by how rude they were. I was sitting there in front of a register with at least 5 or 6 quarts of oil and a pile of other things precariously balances in my arms, and the lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge I existed. I was standing there for 5 min waiting to check out. She didn't even bat an eyelash at me. She was too busy hiding behind the computer on her phone.To top things off when her neighbor who was busy with other customers and looking up parts finally got to me the prices that rung up were a few dollars more than what were on the tags in the store.I'm not happy with this location and I will NEVER shop here again. The customer service was horrible

Pretty typical of most oriellys tho longer hours than the one closer to me in newport which is nice. Had what I needed last couple times visited and reasonable prices. Only thing I don't care for is coupons sent by email always seem to not apply to the higher priced purchases I could use them on. But that happens at most part stores it seems. But good location and good hours .

Great people and real costumer service! The other parts stores in my area could care less if I find the part I'm looking for... Every single time I've called, or walked in to Oriely's in Claremont, NH I leave feeling like I've found what I was looking for! Even if it's not the part in hand, I leave with more knowledge that. When I walked in!

Extremely unknowledgeable and rude . Mislead you and then treat you badly after they waste your time with incorrect parts.then with a even worst Manager additude. Now I see why there is a new manager and different faces everytime you go in. I will never return to this location ever!!!! Closing accounts here today and moving to auto zone

Nick is amazing always above and beyond to help with my needs for the shop not all are as good but they try. Remember VIP has nothing to do with oreilys. Good selection of parts at fair pricing. Thank you guys

Took my 2002 ford explorer sport track in to get a bushing replaced at the VIP center here in Claremont while NOTHING else was wrong with my truck, and now, my transfer case is locked into 4x4. Will never do business with them again. Can't even drive my truck anymore. They had my truck for 2 days and when I went in the hadn't even done the work yet! Just told me I shouldn't even drive my truck. I told them to change the bushing and give me my truck back. I get it back with the transfer case locked up and had to buy a new battery cause they drained it. Told me it wasn't their fault! Worst service ever

These guys know their stuff and know how to get the parts needed and delivered swiftly. Definitely a great parts store and highly recommend them for any and all automotive needs!

Well traveling across country I needed some parts vital parts such as a brake calipers and supply line for a clutch which are not parts of the normally would have on hand however I got lucky excellent service absolutely recommended

Very poor management style, placed order for important part to get vehicle inspection, they said part on delivery truck to store, drove 36 miles to pick up and no part, manager (didn't get her name)Said that I could pay for it and then we would get it tomorrow?There is a salvage yard in Claremont nh that had part like new and much more reasonable in cost as well
