Such a wonderful dealership! Honestly, the best! From my first call, to picking up my new Jeep, I was treated with kindness, respect and incredible service. Jeff, Parker, & Tim are amazing to work with. Honest, genuine, kind and super helpful. They answered every call, and every text immediately. They are super knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of the questions I had as well. Today, we took the 2+ hour drive to pick up my new Jeep, and on arrival it was right there, nice and clean and looking all pretty waiting there for us. It was well worth the drive. We were welcomed with kindness, from all of the employees. They made the entire buying/trade in process easy. We will definitely use them for all of our future purchases! In May I purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport with all the desired upgrades and only 13,700 Miles on it. I worked with Coach Tallman on the sale and he made purchasing feel relaxed as a day off. I had been in the market for a new used car/truck for months. I had done the market research, and with summer approaching, Jeep season in full bloom, I thought I may have missed my window. I had looked at Gladiators at 5 other dealers, and I am proud that I held out to get to work with Claremont Jeep dealer. Many thanks to the staff at Claremont Jeep. Jason and Ryan were phenomenal in making sure my oil change went smoothly. Outstanding service and very friendly staff, can t recommend them enough. Even though I showed up a little late for my appointment, they got me in and out quickly while still doing a great job. I m looking forward to coming back to get winter tires put on my challenger.

I have been waiting since October 2023 for my 4wd to be fixed. I work an hour and a half away so I had to miss work serval times since October. It s now March 2024 still no 4wd and no updates from them as well. I have called them asking about the parts and same reply we will call you. They maybe busy but this is not acceptable been too long now. They have jeeps on their lots why can t the swap out the parts that is needed to fix my jeep and then if ever my parts do come in they can put it in their jeep.

I had worked with four or five different Jeep dealers in Vermont and New Hampshire before Claremont Jeep and I am very glad I waited. Coach and Eric went to work for me to find me the right Jeep and gave me a trade number I was happy with. They were transparent and upfront with all of their numbers which is one big reason I did not move forward with another NH dealer that was not. Nothing hidden, no games just great customer service. William made the paperwork process quick and easy. Coach went over some features with me on the Jeep after purchasing that were very helpful. They also followed up with me after the sale, which can be rare these days. I highly recommend CDJR of Claremont!

I had a lovely experience with Eric. The process was extremely seamless! He was a fantastic communicator and truly made this enjoyable. To boot, I actually live on Long Island and got my new wrangler delivered to my driveway! Super convenient.

Buyer Beware! We decided to order a new Jeep and started the buying process with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Claremont on May 14, 2022. We just took delivery of that Jeep on October 19th, 2022! This was a 5-month journey of stress, lack of responsiveness, lack of foresight, and lack of professionalism on the part of their salesperson (when it was promised to only take 2 -3 months, since we were on a tight deadline).We obviously should have done more research as we now know that the dealership has a C- rating with the Better Business Bureau! Read about the pain of our Journey below so you can avoid buying a vehicle from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Claremont, and having to endure the same fate:Lack of Responsiveness: Two-week responses any time we reached out to the salesperson by phone or email, it took 2 weeks for them to finally respond to our questionsLack of foresight Tow package troubles We ordered the tow package. Our salesperson knew that the tow package came without the hitch receiver installed. Unfortunately, the salesperson didn t have the foresight to tell us or ask us if we wanted to have the dealership install it. Meaning that when the Jeep was finally delivered to the dealership we had to wait almost 2 additional weeks to get the hitch receiver and wiring ordered, delivered, and installed. Electrical Issue - The Jeep was delivered to the dealership on 10/6 but it sat for almost 2 weeks (while we waited for the hitch receiver to be delivered and installed). The salesperson didn t have the Jeep inspected when it was received on the 6th, so as they were installing the hitch receiver on 10/14, they discovered an electrical issue with the liftgate, which led to additional delays.Lack of Professionalism: Not Detailed/Cleaned - While fixing the electrical issue, of course, the Jeep was filthy the salesperson promised that it would be washed and detailed before delivery. Nope, it truly was disgusting - fingerprints everywhere, and a weird white substance in the rear seat door cup holder! The Salesperson said, don t ever come back ! Here is the email response when the salesperson found out we gave them a 1 out of 10 on the new car purchase experience survey. This is verbatim, I promise, we made no changes to this paragraph: When you return to the area, do not reach out to us for service or any issues actually - which apparently you have many issues with us. I have already cleared this with my manager. We are good enough for our customers who appreciate us, who recognize the effort we put in. We are good enough for our customers who know we are a TOTAL sales staff of 4 people and try our best. We might not be good enough for you, but at this rate, we don't want to be. While we love our new Jeep, this was theabsolute worst vehicle-buying experience we have ever had. I realize with supply chain issues; the buying experience is different but 5 months when we were assured it would take 2 3 months?? Our advice is that when you are ready to purchase a new vehicle, avoid Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Claremont or get ready for stress, unresponsiveness, and unprofessionalism.

From start to finish, the purchase of my new to me jeep went flawlessly. I walked away with everything I wanted at a fair price. Our sales guy Jay Farrar was honest and down to earth. He treated us with respect and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. It was honestly the first time I have thoroughly enjoyed going to a car dealership.Thank you Jay and the rest of the team, you really are amazing and great to work with.

Had a great experience, they didn't try to sell me something out of my cash range. Received a few extras, including his and her hats, a coffee mug(that could've been better by having a lid that closed), and 3 free oil changes/ tire rotations. Overall happy experience on my first 'new car' purchase.

Find another place to buy a car if you can. I don't have the space to write down my experience, but it really hasn't been good. There are much better dealerships to go to. From not sticking to their own timelines and causing us to make multiple trips to the dealership to not returning our phone calls to telling us work was covered under warranty only to then tell us it was not after the work was already done to not showing any urgency in fixing an issue they created. The Service department is short staffed and inexperienced. We bought a Jeep Wrangler there on 7/29. We brought it in on 8/22 because of a TMPS sensor issue. We still have the issue with no solution in sight. Make sure you get a killer deal or find a different place to go.

I've been waiting 6 months for a sensor to be replaced. When they received the wrong color sensor they took a black one from the back and put it on the front then put they grey one on the the back as if they were trying to hide it. No one said anything! Luckily I noticed within 24 hours. However this situation continues to be unresolved. I was told by the general manager that it's hard to find time to work on non-paying customers vehicles and I told him it's a brand new truck under warranty! He also suggested I just go get it painted. NO! You will honor the warranty and replace the sensor.

I haven't bought a car through them, but we have used their service department and they've always been very kind, quick, understanding, helpful, and most of all respectful. We've considered purchasing a vehicle so hopefully that goes well!

Service takes an extremely long time for an APPOINTMENT scheduled days prior. I should not have to wait 2 hours for a software update on my entertainment system.

Update 8/24/21I visited the service center for an oil change and tire rotation and was sad to see that Jay no longer works there. I want to be clear that my review was based on HIS service to me as a customer, and HIS trustworthiness. I've knocked off two stars as I did not find the new guy to be very personable. There was also a 15% increase in the service. I guess I'm no longer motivated to drive out of my way to this dealership.I cannot say enough about the service dept at this establishment. I did not buy my Cherokee here, but I have been returning for service for 4 years after bad experiences elsewhere. Prices are fair. Customer service is extraordinary! (THANKS Jay!) Most importantly, I trust what I'm told, which is not always easy in a field where customers are frequently taken advantage of. Bring your Jeep here for your maintenance and repair needs. You won't regret it.

Big thank you to the parts department...I needed a windshield wiper arm for my Ram truck. Our local dealer didn't have it in stock he advised me that Claremont "might" have one. I ordered it on Monday recieved it via UPS on Wednesday...Thanks Guys,Andrew

What can I say, only one individual was less than friendly...but I will not hold back a Star because of him. This dealership is about money, just as any business is. However, the top of their list is customer care! Awesome people to deal with. Lindsay, Andy, and Eric were fantastic from the time I walked in the door to the last minute I left. They deserve awards for customer care. I will see them in a year or so to buy my next vehicle.

After years of going to this place for my jeep services I had a bad experience with the new employee. I have heard that since Lambert s sold the place wasn t the same and now I know that it s true. Bad customer service at the service window. Grumpy employee who did nothing to retain our loyalty. Tried to over charges knowing that I had insurance and he had a copy in my file and we just spoken with him prior to bring the jeep for service. Missing the old happy and helpful employees.

I cannot stress enough the experience I had at Claremont CDJR and how awesome it was; Eric, Jeff and Andy went well above and beyond and were awesome to work with. They care about giving their customers a positive experience and making sure you re truly happy in your purchase and put you, the customer, first. I highly recommend them over any other dealership, they ve earned a lifetime customer from me and their customer service and experience widely separates them from the rest. You guys rock!

This was by far the most exhausting experience attempting to purchase a vehicle. The dealership is clearly run by a novice. He quoted me a number on my trade, I agreed. The next morning as I was driving to the dealership to buy the truck I get a call from them, telling me that my trade was going to be $5000 less than he quoted... How do you make a $5,000 mistake? Then he actually stated that it was my fault for not giving him a deposit right away when I spoke with him the night before. When I asked to speak with his boss (the owner) he stated, "that's the great part, you don't get to talk to him" Just unreal. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

We walked in over the weekend just to look and ending up leaving with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee! I can't thank Cody, Andy and Eric enough for all they did this weekend to make this work. I was not expecting to be able to pick up my car on a Sunday when they are normally closed. It was great to talk to real people and not be pushed into something, they really worked with us and for us with getting me into the jeep I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and the people I worked with! Thank you Again for going above and beyond!!!

Unfortunately the new ownership and management team at this dealership has ruined a great business in Claremont. After years of great service, our most recent purchase went terribly wrong. Our used vehicle does not work properly, and hasn't since pick up. Trailering features that were sold to us were removed from the vehicle before delivery. There is no attempt to fix the issues despite multiple attempts to reach out to management. When confronted, the manager blames others for every issue. Go elsewhere for your Ram.

This dealer operates an eBay business to sell parts. They should either stick to selling vehicles/parts from their B&M location or learn a little more about how a digital marketplace works. I'm out the money (better part of $500) I spent on parts now until eBay and PayPal decide to clear the transaction and return the funds, all because this dealer couldn't calculate and apply shipping costs accurately.Overall very poor business practice.

I was very pleased with the purchase of my car. I wanted a used one with low mileage and John Lambert found the perfect one for me. He helped me to set up the blue tooth and took the time to answer all my questions. His staff are all professionals and they have a great selection of new and used vehicles to chose from. I would definitely go back.

Great experience from initial contact via email to final transaction in person. Matt Maki had complete transparency and earned my complete trust. A couple minor details were taken care of as promised after the purchase and one issue that the Lambert team took care of post sale. Jim LaRoche (Asst Parts Manager) got a replacement part quickly and because of he distance i live from he dealership, Jason Greenwood, Service Manager delivered and did a driveway installation (Who does that)! They all went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Lambert Auto........ go see Matt!

Had our jeep detailed here and it was the worst experience it looked like Helen Keller could have done a better job it wasn't vacuumed wiped down and the outside wasnt washed I mean I have a 12 year old who pays better attention to detail. We dealt with Mark in service and he was a pleasure to deal with if you like to sit on a cactus. I will have to say that when we go to upgrade to a new Jeep or when we are looking for our new Challenger it will not be here

These guys are amazing! I had a 2014 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn with the diesel Cummins and I had been struggling to find a new version locally that I liked. Low and behold when I took my old truck to CDJR of Claremont they did have a new version on the lot. I tried it, fell in love and bought it. They treated me incredibly well throughout the whole process and I have nothing but positive praises all around. Bonus points for then calling me today to let me know I had forgotten my EZ pass on my old trade in! You guys rock! Thank you!

I first started taking my 2008 Jeep Wrangler to Lambert for service about two years ago. I had a pesky intermittent start issue that turned out to be a recall on a known computer issue that a different dealership in Lebanon, NH (Miller) could not figure out even though I googled and found the service bulletin and presented that to them. Anyway, I decided to go the further distance (an additional hour round trip) and tried out Lambert. They fixed the problem and since then I've had awesome service from them every-time my Jeep has needed repair. They have figured out some vexing and hard to diagnose problems and always are very communicative and right on with their estimate expectations.Last Friday I stopped in after hours to pick up my Wrangler from service and I got a chance to meet John Lambert the owner. He took the time to speak with me about my service experience and gave me a personalized intro to the new Gladiator. Thanks John!I'll definitely keep coming here for service, and when I purchase my next Jeep I'm planning to do so at Lambert.
