On Thursday 22Feb2024 after leaving work, I ended up having my tire come off the wheel at 08:25 & I had to come up with the means of reliable transportation back. I had to get a full set of tires between paychecks & life really throws a curveball. Thanks to my insurance, I was able to get the tow taken care of without charge. I chose Asetex Tire & Auto because I ve lived in town for quite a few years. I had multiple vehicles over that length of time, they took care of them for a reasonable & understandable price. The staff is friendly & they make it really feel as welcoming as a family. I really have to thank everyone at Asetex Tire & Auto for taking care of my vehicle right away, in no time all was taken care of & I didn t need to worry at all. They had my back & thanks to them, I didn t have to miss out on getting around to important places & helping my family. I will continue to come here, I trust them & you should too!

This shop is great, they have a quick turn around and have good availability toschedule work. I have been going to them for the last year and l am always impressed by their communication and professionalism. They also always wash down my car before returning it.

Staff was upfront with what had to be done to fix my vehcile, & get into good operating shape. They finished the repairs within the time frame they promised at the price they first quoted me at the beginning of the day

Roy and Tim are very nice and treat you like family. Love that they talk to you in simple terms, and will answer all my "stupid" questions. Also, love how you don't have to wait weeks to get an appointment like my last garage. (Now, don't all flock here at once, lol). I highly recommend this shop and the techs.

I was on a trip 6 hours away from home in the area, and Asetex was able to complete same-day service to get me back on the road. On top of that, everyone I worked with could not have been more pleasant. If you need service I can't recommend them enough.

These guys have really got it going on. I received a flyer in my mailbox and took advantage of it. I received an oil change and 4-wheel alignment for the least amount that I have paid in 3 years. Their current software tells you everything about the car and what needs to be done in the future. Fabulous absolutely fabulous!

Great service! Ran something over and took my tire here to have it looked at to see if patching was an option/if it was safe to still drive, it wasn't. They were able to match the one tire, stud it for me, and put on within a few days!

Friendly, fair, modern & thorough! As a small business owner who relies on my truck for work, I trust this local business with my F-150. Recently got my 100,000+ mile tune-up. They made recommendations for upcoming brake maintenance, notified me of a minor recall on my model year, and returned my truck clean and shiny from a fresh wash. Great service. Love this place. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service went in for one job ended up needing alot more done to keep my car safe to drive. Left my car there and they were able to bring me my car to my job once the work was done.

Welp, re working my review.Brought my car in for a oil change. (5.8 quarts, bought two gallons.. 5 quarts to a gallon, rotella doesn't sell single quarts) I supplied the oil. But apperntaly the shop can't supply the common sense.My car left with two gallons of oil in the engine and now my cat is burning out.Yeah they fixed the over fill issue, granted it took two days in a row and finally to the point where ol Roy boy did it himself.If you've had your oil changed there recently by the new dude. Check your levels.

I highly recommend Asetex. Both my van and my husband's truck needed work to pass inspection. Asetex got us in quickly, they were honest and fair priced. They also were extremely helpful getting my husband to and from the shop while our cars were being fixed. They explained everything clearly and even provide pictures of the issues. We will definitely be coming here for all our vehicle needs.

Fair prices, fast & thorough work, professional service. I blew out a tire on I-91. Asetex quoted $159 per, so I replaced all four, and they aligned everything to prevent shoulder wear. They also inspected the car for any other issues, and explained each of them to me. In an out in about an hour.

I had a flat tire, and did not have the tools or knowledge of how to change my tire. I called Asetex and spoke to Roy Greenleaf, within an hour my tire was fixed in at my own home at a very reasonable rate with professional friendly service. Roy restored my faith in kind helpful people. I have found my new mechanics. As a women I really appreciated the respect show to me. Thank you so much Roy.

There are not a lot of automotive facilities that will allow the customer to look at the components being assembled on their vehicle, and also observing the defective ones in the shop on your vehicle. Great job by James, the mechanic and Tim for the efficient paperwork and appointment communications.

After a tire blew out in my travel, I went to the nearest Tire shop.Asetex Tire &Auto.What a find! Instant,courtesy,affordable and Excellent service.Long story short, instead of replacing one tire, I purchased 4 new ones.I came as a stranger and left as a friend.Thank you all.

I brought my own tires to be mounted and balanced and received so much more than that! They did a multi point inspection with a little report card which was immediately texted to me! I was excited to see my car wasn t in need of anything more so they put on the new tires, emailed me a message saying I was all set and my car was ready for me to pick up whenever I was ready to grab it! Everyone I spoke to from scheduling to pick up we re very nice and very helpful!!

I m about a month into having my new parts put on by these guys, and let me tell you; they truly did an amazing job. On a brand new GT, they installed coilovers, and some 305 tires to a 20x11 wheel with NO scratches OR scuffs. They called, had me come in to check ride height, take it back and adjust it to how i PERSONALLY wanted it. some shops i ve been at had never given me an option of what i could do, but Asetex helped put together my dream car with precision and care!! Thank you again!!

Want to start off with great friend service. I had been calling around to get someone to look at my car, needed some major suspension repairs, everyone was booked solid. Astex had me come in right away for the evaluation of what I needed done and was able to knock it out the same day. Great pricing too, will be going back for all my work going forward.

One day ago, I stopped in at Asetex in Claremont NH to inquire about putting winter-worthy tires on the car we had bought and driven only in South Carolina. They knew exactly what I needed and set about finding 4 of that tire. The best was a 2-3 day arrival. In these times, we know that might translate to a couple of weeks, so we left it that they'd call me when the tires arrived. I awoke this morning to news that the tires were waiting for me. I was there within 30 minutes, and less than an hour later Scarlet had 4 new tires, wheels aligned, oil changed, and 30-point inspection including her fluid levels. This is by far the fastest, easiest, and most positive experience I've had in a garage ever.

These guys went above and beyond! They made a stressful situation when my car needed repairs to pass NH State Inspection. They explained everything to me and even gave me pictures with an informative report they texted to me. I felt confident in their abilities amd their customer service really made me feel valued!

We had a failing alternator on our 2004 Honda Pilot with 267,000 miles. Being from Massachusetts (and needing to get back home), I had no idea where to go. After reading all of the positive online reviews, I decided to call ASETEX. Roy (the manager) told us to bring it over, but unfortunately it died on the way. I called Roy again, and he got us and the vehicle over to ASETEX. Because of the high mileage and age, we were hesitant to replace the alternator, but we finally decided to do it (he was able to give us a very good price!). However, before they started work, they put it up on the lift to make sure it would be worth doing the repair. Roy and the mechanic found major frame rust and told us that the vehicle was actually very unsafe, and while they would love to do the repair, they wouldn t because of how dangerous it actually was. Roy then drove us to the local Hertz and was able to get a great rate so we could get home. As Roy and his staff went well above the call of duty in so many ways for an out of state customer, I can only imagine the level of service that area customers will receive!
