Dustin took care of literally everything he understood my situation and even related to it there was no pressure at all he even said to take time and think about it. My husband and i were looking for a car for me . We stop to look at Arrowhead Motors. Dustin showed us what i told him i was looking for. My Husband wanted something better so he showed us some . He never put any pressure at all on us and understood what we were saying . He really listens to you .I bought the car that I have wanted for years I am so happy I just love it . They go above and beyond for you. That was the easiest and quickest car transaction that i have ever been in Thank you so much

Arrowhead Motors was a blessing Dustin had no problems explaining how the car industry works! They were very helpful in calculating & crunching all the numbers to work with the amount of cash I had, and the less than good credit making it possible to DRIVE out of the lot in my newish Ford F250! This experience was absolutely amazing!!! Both David and Chris are amazing to work with! This dealership is top notch working for their customers. We posed a challenge with credit and they overcame the hurdle and didn't stop until they had the right deal and right payment for us!I will continue to buy and recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Definitely one of the best whether you have the credit or not!! Thank you guys so much!!

I brought a 2012 Subaru Legcy Tuesday ! Love the car found a few issues that I'm not acceptable at this point. I have an appointment this morning to get them rectified to no cost to me.. it has a 30 day warranty..I will do a follow up this afternoon. I am at the dealership now and the problem is being addressed as I tex. The crew really worked them self to the bone to get me the financial assistance I needed. I highly recommend this dealership. They also have some nice classic autos and big boy toys. THANK YOU ARROWHEAD MOTORS FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE

I wish I had read the reviews before I did business with these guys.They were great on FB messenger in telling me everything would be ready and in great shape on a John Deere Gator I saw on their website. They advertised it as having AC and also an electric dump body. The sales manager also told me they would give me between 25-26k on a trade In for my Jeep Wrangler that had a new engine and over 12k of upgrades.I was willing to take a loss on my Jeep to get out of it and into what I was assured was a clean, ready to go Gator.They knew I drove 2.5 hours to make the deal. When I got there, it was bait and switch because the Gator didn t have AC nor was it an electric dump...very expensive upgrades I had asked them to confirm before I got there. Also they made me wait 2 hours while they had to clean it, replace a battery, fix the torn seat with spot patches, and make some other spot repairs after assuring me it was in great shape and would be ready. They didnt disclose broken tail lights and damage to the bed nor an emergency brake that wasn t working even after getting it home. I m also having problems with the shifter now!It got better when they informed me that they thought my trade was a different year when they gave me those numbers on the phone and came in almost $3000 below. I mean, how do you mess that up when they had it in writing??The sales manager tries to come across as a nice guy who understands my disappointment but it was obvious they weren t upfront with me and had no idea about the condition of the Gator prior to me coming out there and wasting my day. It seemed like a well rehearsed act they do fairly regularly. One of the owners was even sitting in his office while I was trying to discuss the situation with the sales manager and he had no interest in getting involved.The misrepresentation of the product, along with the manner in which they showed no regard for my time or good faith dealings is very disappointing. It sounds like others have had similar experiences.STEER CLEAR!!!

Great service, Very accommodating. Very friendly Helped get my significant other and I got into a 2013 Jeep Wrangler today. I would recommend them. They have great options.Also a very knowledgeable staff. Thank you guys at Arrowhead Motors.

First time car buyer so I walked in almost clueless to the process but the guys at Arrowhead made it very easy on me and knew how to work with me based on my financial struggles really well and gave a very friendly and welcome experience the entire time, allowing for test drives and looks at the car before hand and being very patient with the down payments as I couldn t get them all they wanted immediately due to the bank being closed at that point. Provided me with a car I love, certainly the nicest one I ve ever owned so far

Pulled into this place about 5 yrs ago with my van I had for 11-12 years old. Told them I was looking to buy a car. He then told me I don't think you can afford anything I have. I'm pretty sure it was because my van was old and beat up.Never did any paperwork just assumed. I was shocked at the way he assumed I couldn't afford to buy a car . I work as a traveling nurse and decided to go somewhere else with my business. I couldn't believe how rude and condescending this guy was. I ended up getting a brand new Nissan at Nissan north in Lebanon instead. So.. I owe this company a huge thank you for judging me by my old beat up van because I now own a brand new car that I enjoy. Their loss not mine. Hopefully they treat there customers better now.

I am impressed with this dealership. Zack and the rest of the staff are professionals without being stuffy.This is truly the kind of dealership with a "laid back" sales approach which is refreshing. I travelled from the Keene area because they had the car I was searching for and the price was exactly within my range.I was able to do 95% of the financing through emails with Zack. I drove to the dealership and found the vehicle washed, detailed, and waiting for my test drive.The car was more impressive than the online presentation would suggest. It actually had a few more features and details than I was expecting.The entire process took less then a half hour of paperwork and they were accommodating with everything I needed. After a recent divorce my credit was less than perfect. Not only did they get me excellent financing (based on my credit score) but Zack gave me a few ways to help improve and re-establish my score and informed me of an error in the reporting of the credit bureaus.Further, I was there close to closing time and I am sure they all had plans but they never tried to rush me out the door. It took a little time to get my insurance settled with my insurance company but the entire staff was very patient.Keep in mind, this is not a large corporate dealership. It's a small dealership selling quality used vehicles. At no time did I feel like I was getting "cheated". It was refreshing.

first time ever car buyer here, walking in nervous, but ended up leaving proud and very sure on the purchase of my vehicle. talking to Dustin made me feel comfortable and like he knew what i needed in a vehicle that would meet the needs of my commute and status as a single mother of two kids. he was more than willing to work with my bad credit by not denying me but offering and helping me find one that fits my budget. thank you arrowhead motors for fixing me up with the perfect car for me and even in my favorite color!

If I could give negative stars I would. This 4runner they ve had for about a year now, I stopped and looked at it this past fall if not mid winter. Then it was gone and showed back up at their main location a couple weeks ago. Stopped in to take it for a drive, it won t even make it out of the driveway, brakes are locked up, the brand new custom built exhaust has a hole in it and when we showed up the guy literally tried to talk us out of buying it. Then afterwards meanwhile they re both acting like customers themselves smoking cigarettes hemming and hawing he goes we could take $6000 then you put $1000 into it and have a nice vehicle . I m not here giving a bad review because I m looking for a great vehicle at dirt cheap but every single thing they have is over priced and they are just insanely unprofessional people and I have no idea how they re still in business. A 1994 4runner with over 200k miles for $7000? That doesn t even make it out of your driveway. That s just sad. It ll be sitting there for a while.

Lies and Scams. Terrible place to try to do business.I called and asked about the price of a vehicle I was interested in and they told me a number that above book value. They said the car was in excellent condition and well taken care of with 80,000 miles. I negotiated them down on over the phone and met the next morning with cash as instructed. When I got there, the car was not in the location they indicated over the phone, so I had to travel to another location to see it. After getting to look over the vehicle, the car was covered in dents and scratches, and not in excellent condition at all. One concern I had was the wheels being completely curbed and trashed. They said that they would buff out, then later admitted that they already knew they were really bad and unfixable. I also noticed the car did not have 80,000 miles on it, but instead had 130,000 miles. When I got back to the main location to talk about price, it suddenly cost more than the original asking price. They negotiated down to 25% above the price they agreed to over the phone, and still above book value for excellent condition even though it was not in excellent condition.

I recommend this dealership to everyone !! Especially those who want a good loyal salesperson mine was Shawn he went above & beyond his job for me & my family ! My experience is very different than most , I m from upstate Ny & found arrowhead because of there great reviews , on my way down to NJ a car t-bones into my older car !! Shawn was on the scene to be helpful in every way possible !! Thank god we are all ok ! He got a bigger car to transport my family to him & was very kind & considerate from beginning to end !! Rob the finance guy was amazing also , everyone there is amazing !! I m gonna be looking for a second car for my daughter in college & I don t think I would ever go to anyone else ; I went to two dealers before arrow 500 down that is a scam & a lie they don t even report your payments to the credit bureau , because the money goes to them although they run your credit 8 times !! So if you want to pay 600$ a month & not build credit then those places are for you : If you want a honest , loyal & great customer service with no pressure go to arrowhead motors !!! Trust me you will be happy ! I m great full for my 2013 Lexus E350 & I m building back my credit in this pandemic , I can also add I m glad I did not pick carvana because I wouldn t have built that 1 on 1 relationship with Shawn who fought to get me into the car of my liking ! Thanks again arrowhead motors I see why you have been in business since 1975 , see you guys soon

Tried to get someone to help us several times before giving up and leaving. No prices marked on the vehicles, no prices listed online, just difficult all the way around. We ve bought several tractors/excavators/utv/kei trucks from other places instead.

Worked with Dustin to get into a SUV got my fiancee and I into a 05 jeep liberty at a decent finance rate and good terms..it did have some issues however Zac the sales manager and Dustin fixed the problem and then some with no hassle or cost to us. Would definitely recommend Arrowhead. Only 4 stars because the liberty wasn't good to go but they were quick to make the deal right...Thanks guys!

I bought a 2014 polaris ranger brutus diesel from arrowhead Motors now it cost me in repairs over $4000 to get fixed they lied to me thats was a good machineI think they should reimburse me the cost in repair when u sell something don't lie to people

Arrowhead Motors is a very organized, diverse inventory and overall, extremely helpful dealership. Personally, I have not bought anything from Arrowhead but I know I will be in the future. Chris and Dustin are great to deal with. When it came to questions about my daily vehicle or about tractors for farm work, they had very detailed and helpful answers.Great place, great people and cool stuff!

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Arrowhead Motors now. A plow truck 3 years ago and a Ford Escape just recently. I can't say enough about this dealerships integrity, honesty and care for it's customers. We couldn't decide what we actually wanted this time and we've been comparing and visiting other dealers for a couple of months, and the staff at Arrowhead never put any pressure on us at all, just let us figure it out. That was the big reason we decided to stick with them when we did decide to buy. They were willing to get whatever vehicle we decided on even if they didn't have it in stock. When we finally decided to buy, they had the escape that fit all of our criteria- basically we were looking for an older X-5 and astoundingly, the 2014 Escape had all the same features! We couldn't be more pleased. I'd recommend Arrowhead to anyone looking for a good vehicle, and their financing options are the best anywhere.

Dustin is the best salesman ever! After my truck died, I couldn't work my two jobs anymore. He came out and picked me up to get me a car! They got me a wicked good deal in a trade in and I have an amazing monthly payment and interest rate. Plus while you wait, there's at least one bulldog to pet, if not all three! I highly recommend this dealer. I'm gonna miss coming in!

Great place great people thanks to Chris and Dustin. They put me in the car that I wanted with a great price and super friendly about it. They ask me what car I thought about getting and I said I wanted the 2013 Honda CRV. They said OK we'll see what we can Do. 2 hours later I drove off the lot with that car they made car shopping for me extremely easy And definitely a place I would recommend for anybody who doesn't want to deal with the hassle thank you guys

WARNING EMPLOYEES ARE ABUSIVE!!!!Verbally abusive people threatening my friend and screaming at him infront of my wife and daughter for simply looking at their cars, my friend was going to buy a car to get to his full-time job.

The way the handle business is outrageous. They sold us a vehicle that had to have over $1000 worth of repairs within the first 2 weeks of owning it. When I asked how they were going to make this right they stopped responding to me altogether. They only care that it is money in their pocket. They don't care if they are selling safe vehicles to families. I suggest you never go here to buy a vehicle! All you will get is a headache and a money pit.

Came down to Arrowhead Motors to check out a 2014 Toyota Camry. I met with Dustin who was friendly and professional. He made entire buying process relatively quick and simple and even helped to set up my car insurance. I would highly recommend going to Arrowhead for your next vehicle.

We had great salesmanship. Chris helped us with all our questions and knew a lot about the different cars we were asking about. We were allowed to test drive, ask more questions, and think about price options without feeling pressured. We were offered choices and made aware of all our options.

Stopped a few times this spring and summer looking for a truck or suv. I talked to a few sales people over the phone and in person. One guy (can t remember his name unfortunately) was very helpful and nice, the rest sounded like they don t care, don t know much about what they are selling, and just want to sell a car. Most of the cars they sell are old, high mileage and way.... overpriced for what they are. Last week I was looking at a SUV ready to make a deal, but decided to walk after I saw what was the owner or manager screaming and belittling one of his customers or staff in the sales lot. That is unacceptable and unprofessional to do that in front of customers or in general! Sorry but I won t be back because of it.
