This place is the best. Great mechanics, the best service, and all around good people. They really know how to operate a business. I ve been taking all our vehicles here for a few years now and I am always so impressed with their care, honesty, and expediency. I ve never trusted my nicer cars with a non-specialist until Mountain View. I can confidently tell you that they are the best around and you should look no further!

Amazing service! Really fair and honest people. I am usually really apprehensive at auto repair shops, but you can trust these people. I dropped my car off in the morning and they called me the same day to give me an update. Would recommend to anyone!

I did not get the gentleman s name, but he was a godsend. We were unlucky to be in a crash, and trying to get back home to another state the transmission cooling system broke down and all the fluid leaked out. We were very lucky to be stranded exactly in front of Mountain View Service Center. It was Labor Day, and he was there working on his own time. We asked for help and he patched up the car enough to get us back home another 200 miles, where we can now get things taken care of. So very grateful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service! I had slow leak in front tire. Drove up and service man stopped his lunch to put car on lift. He found metal in tire, plugged it to fix. He went back to his lunch & said to have a safe trip. What fast and friendly service!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I've used these guys on a number of occasions to fix various things on my gooseneck trailers that I use for my storage container business and they've been great. Quality work at affordable prices. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of the Mountain View Service Center for 20 years plus. Dennis & Cindy run a great business. The work is done fast, well, and reasonably priced. Dennis rebuilt the body of my 2008 Ford F-150 (welding panels and grinding and painting the frame) then painted it. I now have a new truck. Love these folks and their business.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I just had new tires and transmission lines replaced. They did a wonderful job! This is going to be the place I bring my car from now on. Employees there are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them!

On the way to Conway yesterday (over 2 hours from home) my strut/shock completely snapped. I was 3 miles from Mountain View and I called and spoke w/ Cindy - she told me that their bays were all full but they would take a look in the parking lot. Once she diagnosed the problem she helped recommend other local shops that I might be able to tow it to and even helped me make some calls. After around 8 calls with no success, she said she would move some things around and fit me in for the afternoon. We were able to call a taxi to continue on with our riving tubing plans for the afternoon and they had it fixed quickly (for a very fair price) so we were back on the road later that day. AMAZING customer service! If I lived locally I would have all future repairs done here!
