I had a great experience with the employees at tire Warehouse and felt like it was a fair price for four new all season tires plus rear brakes, pads and rotors (which they offered to do after I mentioned I needed them, was not scheduled). I'd recommend making an appointment online via over the phone and Ryan especially was super helpful knowledgeable and honest.Will be back!

We arrived in VT for a Thanksgiving holiday, only to discover the next morning that one tire had lost 15 lbs overnight. Tire Warehouse took us in on Thanksgiving eve and found the teeny piece of metal that had punctured our tire. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and incredibly generous. We can t say enough good things about them.

Only cost $20 for immediate service to rotate four tires. Multiple people did the work so we were in and out in about 5 minutes or so. Brandon was excellent on the phone before we came and in person with quick checkout and friendly professional service. Highly recommend this place

Made an appointment online weeks in advance and it was Confirmed through email and text, got to my appointment and was told oh the online system doesn t work well, it ll be a long wait because we don t have you down for an appointment Extremely frustrating to hear after driving 35 minutes for your appointment. Complete waste of time. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Did a walk-in and had to have snow tires ordered. They arrived when promised, scheduled installation when called. Prompt, professional, knowledgable service.

Thankfully these guys were open over the Holiday Weekend! Repaired my tire quickly! Very friendly and helpful. Even showed me the nail that caused the leak in my tire! Got me back on the road safely. John and his crew are great and I would highly recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly excellent service at the Tire Warehouse # 0989 in W. Chesterfield, NH. I was concerned because my vehicle had out of state plates that I would be treated and charged a higher rate for service. The Tire Warehouse provided me with honest and fair service. My tire could be fixed instead of replaced! Thank you J. Tortorelli for making my day.

The online appointment scheduling system DOES NOT WORK. CALL TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!! Guys are nice enough but understaffed usually. Waits are crazy long even for simple stuff.

Given a price over the phone. Went in, had service done, bill was 25% more than quoted on the phone. Excuse given, counter personel could have cared less. No estimate/price was given in person before work performed, so believed price off phone was correct. Poor business practices and customer service. Get a printout of cost before work performed.

Appointment to switch out tires and get an alignment- Crew noticed that brake were grinding as they brought vehicle in for switch. Immediately asked me if I wanted it looked at as they did have a brake service technician available. Technician located problem and with permission went ahead and got parts to replace rotors, calibers and pads on both sides. Problem was with rusted scalier stuck in rusted position. Once fixed the remainder of work completed in a timely manner and off I went. A week later it s running beautifully brakes work great and ride is much quieter and smoother. The team was excellent in meeting every need. Dependable and trustworthy.

I was in a total panic today finding a flat tire on a Sunday - the day prior to starting my new job! I took a chance driving over because this place was literally the only one open with tire services on Sunday.I received prompt and friendly service and didn t even need to wait very long. I was very pleased and thankful with the service.

I loved it!!! These guys are great. Super efficient and quick and the price was amazing!!! I got a $ 20 coupon off a tire that had a hole in it and after that it only cost me $14. I'm so grateful for everything. These guys are wonderful!!! I highly suggest any/every body come here for car service! <3

Really frustrating when you book an appointment online and show up only to be told that they don't use their online booking system. If they're not going to use it, they shouldn't allow it to be booked on the Tire Warehouse website. Don't book online they don't use it and will not honor the appointment.

June 10th I cannot say enough about how very helpful and knowledgable the 2 guys were inside!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help get us back on the road safely. We wanted new tires but We had a leaky brake line and they took it upon themselves to try to locate one when we couldn't.we never asked them to do that. they found it and they even drove over to get it when it couldn't be delivered!! Got us safely back 9n the road. We are customer's now for sure

On 5/1/23 I had a confirmed email of an appointment time of 12:30pm to have my snow tires swapped to summer tires. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment was actually for 11:00 am and that I had missed it even though I had a copy of the 12:30 confirmation email with me.I was given a song and dance about this happening when using their computer program for setting appointment times and was rescheduled an appointment for 5:30pm. No apology was given or compensation on the charges for having to make two trips to their shop or the hassle with my work schedule. Also I was charged $23.96 for TPMS cores when I was not asked if I would like them replaced or not and not notified of the charge.I called the infamous "800" and was told they may be able to do something about the TPMS charge but would have to wait for their area manager to get back to me about the cost of wasting my time and the incorrect appointment garbage.The person I spoke with at the 800 # was pleasant and tried to help but it is obvious that real issues need to go further than just a simple phone call.I have been dealing with TW in W Chesterfield ,NH. for nine years and have always been more than satisfied but if this problem isn't corrected to my satisfaction promptly, I'll be taking my business across the road to PETE'S where they have better reviews.

I made an appointment and they took me in immediately. They were a huge help in finding me the type of tire I was looking for, with lots of options, in helping me make a decision. Being a female it s hard to find someone who doesn t talk down to me. Each associate treated me with great respect and courtesy. I m very happy with my purchase and the work they performed.

Make an appointment and call to double check before you go. After going there for the third time with an appointment, I'm happy with the knowledge of the outcome the employee gave me. I wish they were not short staffed.

Would give a zero if I could.Absolute joke. Had an appointment at 1, took over 4 hours to get tires changed and an alignment while waiting with a baby. Many people who came in after us without appointments were helped first and left first. The man at the front named john was less than nice.Spend your time and money anywhere else.

Received quick and excellent service, as always. Staff are courteous. I wasn't kept waiting when I arrived for my appointment. It couldn't have been smoother in my view, even though my appointment was during the very busy snow tire buying and mounting season. Heartily recommend the Chesterfield, NH location to anyone.

I got 4 new tires put on my car last week, there was no wait to get into the bay and it only took the tire tech about a half hour to replace my old tires with new ones. i went back two days later and had the lug nuts checked. The crew is courteous and works well together. I have gone to tire warehouse for decades to get tires and have always been satisfied with the service.

Excellent service today. I had went to another tire place and they said my tire was fine. Left and went here and they pulled a large nail out of my tire and patched it quickly. The staff was wonderful and friendly.

Kayla is great. She's super knowledgeable and incredibly hardworking. I wasn't wild about the way the technicians were treating her. She's obviously the backbone of this place; she deserves more respect than she seems to get.Make sure you check your tire pressures and your valve stem caps. My tires were improperly inflated and they replaced my OEM valve stem caps with two different-colored plastic ones that didn t match. I feel like if I m paying this much for tire mounting, they should ask me before arbitrarily replacing the caps.

Please institute an actual workflow system that keeps staff informed and moving jobs along....much like a restaurant. I came for a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 minutes to get into the tire changing bay. Then the staff stood around chatting while the tires were in the back of my car sitting in the bay for 35 minutes!!! Seriously? The manger did not check so I finally had to ask about the lack of work on my service order. Then another 35 minutes ticked by. Meanwhile friends of staff were seen moving in and out of the tire change area, chatting and smoking etc while my order was not processed. I will not come back again

I came here for the first time because my front driver's side tire kept popping off the rim and going flat. I took it multiple times to multiple places and no one could fix it. When I took it to Tire Warehouse and they fixed it quickly and affordably. Have not had the problem since. They did an excellent job.Now I always come here. Service is excellent. Employees are professional. Work is fast and reliable. Could not recommend more.

What a wonderful experience. I was referred by a friend. I went on line and found tires in my price range, then called for an appt. I did this on the Friday of Memorial day week end and they said come over now! Amazing. Tires done in the time that they told me while I waited and knit. I liked the free alignment check.The tech was polite and explained what was good and what needed to be done. And i got a printed picture of 4 wheels and a readout. One tire needed something special and they gave me a referral locally. I love the free rotations, flat repair and free check of lugs after a couple of days. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they did not return the wheel lock to the tool pouch where it is stored and the pouch was not returned to where it belonged. A great experience overall.

I have always been treated really well here. Their tires are always fairly priced. And they take especially good care of their regular customers.This morning, I swapped the winter tires (already mounted on separate rims) onto my wife s car at home. One of the tires was completely flat; had a leak along the bead. So I knew it needed to be remounted and balanced. I called up TW, and Walter said they could squeeze me in because of the urgent nature of my wife needing the car for travel. And this despite their heavy workload with all the winter changeovers this time of year. They got me right in and taken care of quickly. Most surprising, they didn t charge me, even though I hadn t bought the tires and wheels there. You re a regular, don t worry about it. I m not promising that they would do that for every customer. But I feel it s indicative of their overall approach to business.
