This is Joanne M with the Chevy avalanche, I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Ken, the manager while he was working in Somersworth. He went above and beyond his job description to help me get out of a major bind with my truck when my tire had a flat, I had no spare and all three of my other tires weren t any good. He assisted in helping me get my old tire back, went above & beyond to prevent me from being stranded! He s the best!!

I thought everyone was very nice. Waiting room was spacious with outlets to charge laptops or phones. Customer service was amazing. Honest feedback and not pressured to do more work than needed to my vehicle. Definitely will be back!!

I was in desperate last minute need of work done on my vehicle. They got me in same day, working with my work schedule and stayed late to make sure my vehicle was completed and safe to be driving. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, honest, and helpful. I left knowing exactly what was wrong and with confidence that I could safely transport my children.Prices were reasonable and they honored discounts that applied.

It's OK. I asked for a alignment and to balance the tires. They fit me in and did the alignment . But then they drove it around and I meet the mechanic to ask him if everything went OK.His response was " ya it's aligned but I recommend you get your tires balanced " !Um ok thought that was supposed to be part of the service .I left with a truck that drives straight but still had a shake and brought to a local shop for balancing.Alignment was good I guess so ....

Went in for two tires and will be back for the rest of my work!! Mark made this experience pleasant and was upfront about the pricing. As a woman I appreciate not being treated like I don't know what I am talking about. Mark listened and we had some laughs as well. I would highly recommend!!

Came for an oil change and state inspection, wasn t expecting to have to do a bunch more stuff to my vehicle, but Mark as very helpful finding something in my budget, to see that my car was inspection ready. He gave me great price options and informed me of discounts that were available to me! The entire staff was very friendly, will definitely return!

This place is fabulous! I came here after the other tire place in town could not see me for a week and the guy at the front counter did not even seem to care. I arrived at VIP tires and Marissa kindly greeted me when I walked in and Jake made sure all my tires were in good condition after finding a screw in one of them. I m currently traveling from California and pulling a 30 ft travel trailer so I need honest people to make sure my vehicle is good. The price was right and the employees were very good. I would definitely recommend this place.Service: Tires

I have been a customer to the Rochester VIP for many years. From general maintenance to larger purchases like having all 4 tires replaced on my sons car. I feel like we can always find the best product and best deal here. The staff has always been kind and honest with me, I definitely feel safer knowing they'll be here for my son as well. Fantastic place to shop. Great staff, affordable prices, and decent parking. I've visited this place multiple times and have always had a great experience. The have always been my go to place when I'm looking for quality stuff and I don't want to spend an arm and a leg or my first born son every time I hit the register and get the bill. Nowadays the prices seem to be double what they just were a few years ago and when I can find an establishment that isn't going to break the bank and put me back into the low income tax bracket then I have to point it out from my other consumer brothern so I hope this review might help someone out there and have a better day

My car past inspection last year with flying colors one year later rusted break lines. But they are rubber coated can t rust. Need an entire exhaust system but only resonator. All new rotors the ones on it only have 5000 miles. Overweight guy with a beard watch out.

The Customer Service Reps and Mechanic at VIP Tires & Service my husband and I dealt with were so courteous and very helpful when we found ourselves needing a battery and getting it installed with us being in the area on vacation. I was overdue for an oil change and didn't have an appointment. Stopped in to buy a coupon book and much to my surprise they were able to take me right in. In and out in a half hour or less! Great service! Marissa was very helpful. Glad I stopped in by chance.

I just can't say enough about my fantastic experience at the Rochester VIP Tires & Service. From the initial call to schedule the appointment I was fortunate enough to have Marissa Fitz-Gerald (Service Writer) walk me through the process. When it was time for my appointment, I dropped my vehicle off and after a conversation with Marissa I was on my way. Not long after I recieved a text which allowed me to log into the system and follow along as the technicians went through my vehicle to figure out what the problem was. Online i was presented with a list of options that were highlighted in yellow and red to emphasize what was most important. I was given pricing before I agreed to anything and was able to approve or decline what i wanted, all online. The real nice thing about this system is that there are NO SURPRISES which is another reason VIP Tires & Service is the way to go in servicing your vehicle. I'm more than happy with the service, and feel like I'm part of the family after interacting with Dalllas and Marissa. My alternator died suddenly when I was 2 hours from home on a weekend, and all the other shops I tried were closed. They were so polite and helpful, and were able to squeeze me in and even offered to phone the local Enterprise rental shop to try to get me a rental. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was a prior long-time customer with VIP before I relocated. In this circumstance, I was unable to make a timely appointment with my dealer for a necessary oil change and I was headed out of town on emergency. I made an appointment with VIP and just as before on all of my other visits, everything was EZPZ; Marissa was great ! I'll definitely be back.....

Went in for new tires and an inspection. I told them to not pit on the tires if the inspection doesnt pass (glad i did that) about an hour later they came back said it failed, since it has a major power steering leak. I stated some disblief since it turns amazingly well. The tech got all mad took me out there showed me the "major leak" that was spilled motor oil from the oil change i did minutes before bringing there. He argued with me that it was steering fuild not oil and gave me a quote of 1500 to fix it. The checked the quote and they said needed an ENTIRE new steering system, even had some parts listed twice to up the price to 1500. These giys are either to stupid to know what motor oil looks like; or are trying to take advantage of a younger first car owner. Either way dont want them touching my car

We needed to replace all 4 tires, they had to order them, they were in the next day. They priced matched a competitor and gave us a great deal. They were friendly courteous and went above and beyond. I wasn t having luck finding tires at a reasonable price. With the upcoming storm I really wanted to get tires today I called this morning and Jim got me right in. I was also concerned about my brake pads and rotors that also needed replacing and Jim made sure their guys took great care of me and my car, I will definitely be back. We scheduled an appointment for my daughters car to get an inspection for Saturday. We show up and wait 35 minutes for them to get it in. When we scheduled it, we told the manager there was a clicking noise from the steering wheel, he said it may be a cv joint or something, but it may not affect the inspection. SO, we bring the car in. After being there for an hour and 27 minutes, they come out and say the car failed inspection because of our State issued/authorized plate. I show him the paperwork online saying its authorized for the front plate until 12/31/2020. He then says the steering clicking needs to be checked and we could schedule an appointment to bring the car back to diagnose and fix it, then they will pass it. What concerned me most was what he said next. He told us that the air bag sensor was loose and we need to drive very carefully until we can get it back to be fixed, that he couldn't do it then. He said if we hit a pot hole or something, it could accidentally inflate the airbags and cause injury to my daughter (its her car). So I get freaked out and call the dealership, who first asks why they didn't disconnect it or tie it up if they were that concerned. They told me to get it there by 2 and they could look at it. We drive, very carefully, thinking that the airbags could deploy at any time. The manager at VIP was like we can schedule a time to get started on all this stuff to pass inspection. I said we will call back after we go to the dealership to get the airbag done. He asked why we would bring it there, I told him since you said it could go off anytime. He asked me for $35 and we were on our way. We get it to the dealership, and you know what, it wasn't an airbag sensor, it was a FOG LIGHT wire that was loose. The mechanics checked all the air bag sensors, NONE loose. So they checked the clicking, it was the motor for the power steering making noise, but nothing that would fail the inspection and they documented through the testing zero steering looseness, which VIP stated was there. It passed with zero items corrected, but VIP wanted hundreds of dollars to fix and also misdiagnosed a loose Air Bag Sensor with a loose fog light sensor. We have bought thousands of dollars worth of tires and parts not only for us, but for our business through VIP and I can assure you, that fraudulent $35 spent this Saturday will be the last. The mechanic at the dealership knew the clicking right off and knew it wasn't anything to do with the steering. You would have thought the "mechanic" at VIP with 30+ years experience would know the same. They fail your car for not true reasons, tell you to bring it back for the work and then they reinspect. Anything to get more money, when it wasn't needed! They will try to steal money from young kids who dont know better!
