Got in quickly. They were communicative. I also needed my coolant changed, and were honest in telling me that i had a leak, needed to go to a garage, and filled up my radiator for free! Very impressive!!!

I came here tonight to get a last minute oil change before a long trip and the entire staff was so sweet, efficient, and just made the entire experience comfortable and easy.In the past, I have had nothing but terrible experiences getting anything done with car from other places, and going to get anything done always makes me extremely anxious because of that. But this place made me feel beyond comfortable. I cannot stress enough how great it is to find a place that focuses on getting what you need done and making it a positive experience.

Best oil change place ever!! We only bring our vehicles to this place. Everyone is so nice and handles everything from start to finish with the utmost care and professionalism. They are super thorough and always go the extra mile. I run a transportation company and only send my fleet here. Go here you will not be disappointed. Thanks Tommy, Julie, and team!!UPDATE:This place no longer gets 5 stars! When they changed management it went from 5 stars to 1 star. I tried other valvolines as I own a company with 10 vehicles in my fleet. They all FAILED! They lost my business! Don't go here you will be disappointed. Go to Speedy Lube on second street in manchester NH. It is a family run business and they CARE!

Julie, the manager greeted me and was so nice and helpful. She was calm, confident, polite, and was directing her team seamlessly. She asked me exactly what I needed and made sure it was all done all while managing the other bays around me. She made sure I knew the prices of everything along the way and gave me plenty of options. The facility seemed to run very well under her leadership and direction and was also clean! My service was fast and no surprises.

I had an emergency across the street at common man and luckily one of the guys Chris was around. He helped me out and told me they'd take care of me, gave me a discount they were running as a promotion and I only missed a little of my work.Thank you so much to all of you.Service: Transmission

I Always get my oil changes done here . But was under my car today to see they zip tied my splash guard up instead of using the factory screws. Ik it had screws cuz I put them on myself time to buy more now

First time customer at Valvoline, here are the pros and cons:Cons: No direct way (through Google) to call a particular Valvoline store, you'll always be directed to a help desk (call center staff are very knowledgeable and friendly though, and can contact stores for you). No signage to tell you where to pull up to (employees were on top of directing car traffic) YOU CANNOT RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT. First come first serve basis. Like every oil place, they'll try to convince you to get the highest priced oil change.PROS: Parking lot/entrance easy to locate and navigate through for Manchester. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff who give clear and concise instructions. YOU NEVER HAVE TO EXIT YOUR VEHICLE Valvoline staff perform the oil change in front of you. The call center staff gave me a coupon when I told them I was getting my oil changed today!! They texted the UPC code right to me phone. Basic oil change included checking fluids, air filter(thank goodness because they found a squirrel nest in mine!), tire pressure, blinkers and other lights, and resetting any check engine or oil change codes. Decently priced for an air filter change and the gentleman serving me offered another coupon for the air filter (just had to sign up for email notifications).Total bill: ~$67I will always be going to Valvoline on S Willow St for my oil change, and I recommend every new employee to Valvoline be trained by any staff member that I saw present today. You guys rock!

Extremely rude and incompetent staff. 4 years ago they didn't reinstall my skid plate properly and it half came off on the highway. Their repair was to zip tie it back up. The only reason I continued going there is because my vehicle is now an inconvenience to whoever changes the oil and I figured I might as well subject the shop who caused the problem to the inconvenience. Today I brought my car in and they said they did not have any zip ties to replace skid plate and I could either not get the service or put the filthy thing in my back seat they would not dispose of it. When I was frustrated with those options I was told to leave and never come back. Avoid this place like the plague. There are better deals and better service elsewhere. I should have known to stick to the mom and pops.Service: Oil change

My first time there. All the mechanics were very friendly and worked together. They explained everything and even put on wipers that I had purchased elsewhere. A bit more expensive than my garage, but not having to make an appointment, great service and being done in less than 15 minutes make this worth every penny! Will definitely be back!!!

A friend recommended me to this particular location. The guys there were just amazing! They started by asking what I was there for, continued with 2 other locations in my area that include services I was asking if they provided, and I was seeking on top of my oil change. No pressure. Showed me exactly what and how much I was optionally capable to purchase. My air filter was shown to me (an additional purchase) , but no obligation to buy new. This location is my forever! Hands down!!! Best customer service I ve ever experienced auto wise. Thank you!!

Just needed an oil change and stopped in after picking up my kids from daycare. The staff was so quick, very informative and not over salesman like. Ran in to get an oil change and the girl there caught a huge nail in my tire I must have caught on the way there, showed me, was super nice and helped me figure out what to do. To the manager of this particular Valvoline by the name of Julie, if you are the person responsible for hiring the individuals who served us, we thank you and appreciate your hard work and ability to choose the right team. We chose to leave two other locations from different companies and we ended up at your location. The experience was incredible! Kevin, the assistant manager and our technician, Erik, we re great. We witnessed every employee in the shop working like a team. Great communication with each other and great communication with us as customers. If this team remains at this company, we will come here every time we need an oil change and send our friends as well. Please accept a special thanks from us to you.

Probably the best customer service I ve ever received in my life, specifically from the blonde gentleman that took care of payment. Extremely helpful with a minor car part that took two seconds of his time to fix, not pushy to get new filters or tire rotations just provided a pamphlet with prices for future uses and the oil change was $91 and done quickly. Def only using this Valvoline location going forward.

They do a good job. I'm in and out quickly. I can almost always find a coupon so its cheap. Keeps my 96 Firebird happy.
