I came from the central Ohio area to Tulley BMW of Manchester and purchased a 2021 BMW 5 Series that I saw online. Overall, a really great experience. Special thanks to the BDC manager Chris Olsen, my sales rep Matt, sales manager Dawn, finance manager Chris Winslow, and BMW genius Joel. They were all very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Joel even helped me drop off my rental car which I really appreciated. Very happy with the purchase and the experience that I had. I would definitely make the 800 mile trip again to Tulley BMW of Manchester.

Tulley BMW of Manchester NH in my book is the top BMW dealer in New England. Here's why. About a month ago, did a deposit on a 2021 BMW 530i, with the intention of coming back a couple days later, to use my trade-in, a 2015 BMW 330i, to finish up the transaction. On my way to the dealer to finish the transaction, driving my trade-in, someone rear-ended me. Explained the situation with Dawn, the sales manager at Tulley BMW of Manchester, and she worked with me with the net result Tulley BMW of Nashua Body Shop, will do the necessary repairs, and when finished, Dawn will cut me a check for the trade-in. Only a top BMW DEALER would do that. And as a side note, my car insurance network was down for 5 days after the accident, and Dawn worked with me on that as well! Bottom line, was a great experience working with people who actually care about the customer. And I might add, their Certified Pre-owned BMW pricing is the best in New England. You can not do wrong buying a Certified Pre-owned BMW from Tulley BMW of Manchester.

One of the best dealership experiences I have had. Dealerships always fill me with anxiety, and the team at Tulley made it stress free. Matthew Sargent was willing to listen and help me find the BMW that was more me. Even the service department was super helpful and easy to use when there was one minor thing that needed to be fixed. The dealership is worth the drive for sure!

I recently purchased a X5 M50i from Tulley BMW Manchester and want to commend Matthew Sargent for his outstanding service. Matthew held a car for me while I drove five hours to the dealership from NJ. His extensive knowledge and passion for BMWs made the process enjoyable, and I would honestly love to have a beer and talk cars with him! I have to give a serious shoutout for Devin at Tulley BMW because, though I despise the entire car buying experience and am a huge procrastinator when it comes to getting around to writing a review, it would be impossible for me to NOT show some major love for Devin at Tulley.From start to finish, my car car purchase was seamlessly executed, courtesy of Devin. I'll start by stating I did not end up buying a vehicle here, but only because we ended up buying new from another manufacturer. That said, I wanted to take the time to praise the excellent customer service of Matt S. and Joel in Sales. From our first visit to the showroom through until us deciding we were moving in a different direction, Matt was pleasant, courteous, professional and bent over backwards to assist us in any way possible to get us the BMW we were looking for. Joel supports Sales and my wife couldn't rave about him more - can't miss him - he's the guy with a huge smile and pleasant demeanor that can answer just about any question you have about the models. While we did not end up purchasing a BMW this time around, this will be our first stop if we do so in the future - and we hope Matt and Joel will be there to greet us.

I had a bit of rough start on my first visit to Tully in Manchester. However, Gen. Mngr Chris reached out and between him, Dawn (she's a queen, loved her) and Chris in finance my experience was exceptional!!!Would certainly recommend Tully. TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP! This is my first experience with Tulley and my first time owning a BMW. I called in on a vehicle listed on their website and set up an appointment with the BMW Client Advisor, Kathy Rand. Kathy was very busy that day, but took the time to listen to what I was looking for and set me up with a few vehicles to test-drive. Joel Karara joined me for the test-drives and did an AMAZING job of PATIENTLY explaining BMW's cars and features. He listened to my likes/dislikes on each and zeroed in on a vehicle in Nashua that would he felt would be the perfect fit. Kathy had it brought up for me to drive the next day and worked with me to negotiate a price that worked with my budget. I sincerely appreciated Kathy's honest / no-nonsense approach. I never felt pressured or haggled. Sales Manager Dawn Jellow also spoke with me and expressed Tulley's commitment to making customers for life... and I felt that through the entire process!!! A HUGE thank you to Dawn, Kathy, Joel and Chris for making the buying process smooth, easy and most importantly enjoyable! I am thoroughly enjoying my new vehicle!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2020 BMW i3 at Tulley BMW of Manchester and I had the most seamless car purchase ever! Kathy Rand in sales came in on her day off just to help me, and she was so nice to work with - professional, kind and efficient and answered all my questions. Dawn Jellow, the sales manager was very helpful in moving things along too and getting my car to me as quickly as possible. I can't speak highly enough about Joe Fritz, the service manager, who helped me get the proper snow tires for my car, installed before delivery, and for answering the many questions I had even after I took possession of my car, as this is my first EV. I highly recommend this dealership!

Dawn, Kathy, Chris and Matt are truly top shelf. I needed an SUV and my shopping multiple dealers was torture. Actually signed an agreement for a Benz, between the lack of quality and customer service, I'd better go to Tulley. This is my 3rd BMW with them and I am tickled pink! I got the most for my money and the certified warranty offers a ton more then Benz. It's also nice working with new and seasoned people over there. The song "where everybody knows your name" from Cheers comes to mind. Thanks for everything Tulley crew!!!

I had a great time purchasing my first vehicle from this dealership in February of 2022, Jen was a pleasure to work with, as the rest of the team, from financing to the receptionist. Pickup for my new vehicle was smooth and exciting, it was only a day after when I was driving my vehicle and noticed some vibrations as I was exiting my driveway, this was the beginning of absolute terror to my wallet. From the moment I purchased the vehicle (89k miles) to the present time that I'm writing this review (103k miles) I have put over $7,000 of required work into this car, from tires needing to be replaced after the vehicle being sold with bald ones (oops, didn't notice) to replacing thermostats, air induction components, motor mounts, suspension components, and the list goes on. Again, after $7,000 worth of work to date, the list of issues and items on my car that STILL need attention continue to grow, from brakes, to long long overdue spark plugs that I would have expected to been replaced when I was sold the car, and a new starting oil leak. An overall FAIR dealership with a good variety of cars, welcoming staff, just beware of what you are purchasing.

We explained our requirements for the desired auto and Devin found exactly what we were looking for. It was a seamless transaction with every detail managed beyond our expectations. The phone call with Nick at the parts department was a terrible experience. His lack of professionalism and understanding left me feeling utterly frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It was as though my mere inquiry was an inconvenience to him, and his attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable and disheartening. This experience was far from what I anticipated, especially from a reputable establishment like a BMW dealership. I URGE others to steer clear of this BMW parts department to avoid similar encounters.

I recently purchased a vehicle from tulley and worked with Jasmina. She was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely funny! At no point did I feel the usual pressure or pushiness associated with car dealerships . Everyone on the team at tulley made me feel valued and appreciated the entire time. Just visited Tulley for a recall issue. Just like free oil changes they use the recall visits to generate non warranty repairs. During the recall work they sent me an elaborate video claiming my car needed over $4500 in repairs! I have owned 5 BMW s and am very familiar with their issues. I do much of the work myself. They said I needed new wiper blades for around $60, my wiper blades were replaced two months ago. They said my tires should be replaced. They are at 7/32 of tread. New is 11/32, they are legal down to 2/32. So I have 5/32 of wear left! Tulley said I needed a new oil filter housing gasket ( common issue), this gasket was replaced 6 months ago! (The small oil leak MAY be from the oil cooler gasket). They wanted over $600 for right side mirror glass! I ordered one on EBAY FOR $35.In my opinion they are like many dealers way overpriced and try to sell service you don t need. Their labor rate is $199 an hour. And like all dealers they price labor for each job on Book Time . Any good mechanic can usually do a job in 1/2 book time. So, you re actually paying $398 an hour for labor!!!Beware, find a good independent BMW garage for non warranty service. I use German Autowerks in Concord.
