Be careful when dealing with their service department. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I overheard service writers tell multiple customers that they didn't install parts or that the part installed was the wrong one. This was while I was there during my evaluation of my jeep. The one they tried to steal from me.

I would not buy a dog house from manchester toyota i went there to buy a truck and they told me a lease would be better and they would lease to there own mother i put 7000 down and it was a lemon with fuel pump problems so i called to get it fived 7 times ginaly they call me and tell me the part was in i brought the trd pro to manchester and waited 7 hours for them to tell me they did not have the fuel pump and they would not take the lemon back even though the law states they have to.

I had a difficult mouse related problem to fix and they did the repair in a timely manner. The service tech kept me updated as time went on. Will definitely use their services for other things in the future, hopefully not mouse related.

John Oliver and Tyler, the supervisor, are the very best. They treat me with respect and friendliness. My truck had some problems develop but John went to great lengths to solve and fix everything. I am truly overwhelmed by the service I get at Toyota.

Had a really good experience with service. The Advisor was outright on the cost and gave me a discount on the final price as well.Has a waiting area with few snacks and coffee.

Jenny-Lynn at Ira s service center was professional and friendly from start to finish! She took time to keep me informed throughout the process and willingly reached out to management when a concern was presented. Ira s team, from booking the appointment to providing repair was very fair and treat you like a valued customer throughout the process. Thank you Jenny, Brian, Norman, and the rest of the Ira team.

They'll promise you one thing, and might not deliver. Also if a "celebrity's" brother happens to come in they'll bump you down in priority. I was promised 100% warranty coverage on damage and a 2 or 3 day turn around. Ended up paying money and it took 7 days.

Went there and got a 2019 Toyota Corolla!!! I showed I was a hard-worker willing to go the extra mile and they worked all day showing they definitely could go the extra mile! 100/10 would recommend highly!

Worst experience I ever had. Went to trade my car that's worth $1,000 they brought it down to a $500, then try to sell me a 2012 Kia 160,000 mi for $10,000. Then they try to sell me a Toyota Camry 2012 with a dent in it for $13,000. I had the happiest smile on face because I left with my car that doesn't have payments on it. It could be the economy it could be the customer care but either way I have a smile on my face.

IRA Toyota is a rip off, they wanted $400 to replace my cabin air filter because of a mouse nest that wasnt there, i changed the filter myself and there was no nest there, the filter was dirty thats all.

Always a great experience. My service manager even gave me a good recommendation of where to get Chinese food for my grandson!
