Very knowledgable staff. They were able to diagnose my issue immediately and resolve it in a very short amount of time. Switched to these guys at the Rochester store from the newington store based on the customer service alone.

I needed tires for my truck and my wife's car. I worked with Dan, and my experience with him was very positive. He was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about options for different tires. Based on what I wanted, he was able to recommend a tire; it was clear he know what he was talking about. I would highly recommend Town Fair Tired in Rochester, and Dan specifically. Thank you.

My wife bought 4 new tires from Town Fair Tire before our road trip to Florida. We got to Lexington, KY and two tires suffered sidewall damage from a piece of metal. Unfortunately this happened on a Saturday, when most tire shops are closed. We had to be towed 60 miles to an open shop. My wife thought to call Town Fair Tire; they told her they would refund us the amount we paid for the damaged tires. We brought the damaged tires home and they were true to their word and refunded the cost of the tires.

I had a low air light on. They got me an appointment in a couple hours time. They looked at the tire in question and pulled out a small piece of a screw. Fixed it up in about an hour and charged me 0 dollars. Yes, FREE. They ve got my business from now on! Nate and Dan were very nice and personable also.

I worked with Dan at the Town Fair Tire Center in Rochester, NH.I must say that this was one of the best retail experiences that I have ever had. Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all respects from the selection of the tires, to an explanation of all services performed right up through the 30 day guarantee.I will always go there for my tires.

I went for an alignment, rotate, and balance it was fairly priced. Dan provided great customer service and my car was done after an hour. They have a waiting room with comfortable chairs.

These guys are great! Quick, friendly, reliable service! I ll continue to shop here for any tire purchase or repair - hands down.Edit: Can you believe, barely 4 months later and I was back at Town Fair Tire for another fat repair?! Different tire - screw this time. Same excellent service - Dan was a huge help! Happy to have a place like this close to home and my daily commute.

Appreciate Dan and the crew at Town Fair Tire for making life easier. Came in with a nail in tire. I had no idea as I didn t look just knew tire was flat. Town fair filled my tire with air then examined my tire where they saw the nail. Dan set me up with an appointment to have my tire plugged at a time that works perfect with my schedule.

Stopped in to Town Fair Tire of Rochester needing to have a flat tire fixed. Dan got it in quickly and had it fixed and back my car no time.Great job Dan, I'll be back when I need new ones.

Got a nail in my tire and I couldn t remove metal valve stem cap due to corrosion. They replaced my stem and did an internal patch after removing the nail. Very friendly and repaired my tire quickly. Texted and called when complete. Didn t even charge me because I bought the tires from them!

My family and I were on our way for vacation to North Conway. My tire started losing air on the highway so we had to pull over to Town Fair Tire. Dan was more than helpful in taking care of the issue. It was quick and easy .

My first time going to TFT in Rochester was for a new set of tires. Dan checked me in and was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated toward the end of my wait. I was treated well and it looks like TFT did a thorough job on what my car needed to get me back on the road. Dan did a great job informing me of what's next, and I like that they'll check the new tires in a few weeks to make sure things are all good.

My mother and I were on our way home from a shopping trip when our tire blew while on the highway. we happened to be close to the town fair tire in rochester so we luckily were able to make it there. We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and asked if there was anything they could do for us. The nice gentleman, Nate, at the front counter was more than helpful and went above and beyond to get the tire replaced and us out the door very quickly. Town fair tire stayed open an extra 15 minutes past close to help us out. Everyone there was friendly and quick to help us! The tires on my mother s car are not very common to have in stock and town fair tire did infact have the replacement we needed. Thank you guys so much for all of your help. My mother and I recommend town fair tire for anything tire needs you may have.

Update, 4/1/24: This locations Manager Rick is really something special. He and his team continue to work hard to make a situation that was well out of their control into an A+ experience for me. I never had to advocate for myself or push on them. They just have a super high standard and haven t given up on making one particular manufacturer make things right. I cannot say enough about Rick and his team here in Rochester, NH! Having my trucks tires serviced and maintained properly is one LESS thing I have to worry about.Thank you Rick, thank you to your team and thank you Town Fair Tire for setting the bar up there above the rest!Bryan K.THANKS RICK! Eas able to make an appointment to have 4 new tires put on and was able to get in quickly. When I arrived I was greated by Dan and he was super friendly, told me what to expect and within an hour I was done and on my way home. Great experience and great people!

Had a leaky tire that needed repairing quickly, as I am on the road for work. Brought the car in, and the tire was plugged in no time. I had picked up a 3" aluminum roofing nail somewhere.Thanks Town Fair Tire in Rochester NH for the great service!!

I m 64 years old. Went to TOWN FAIR TIRES where I have spent thousands of dollars. I had a small screw in my tire. He said they were busy and that I should put my donut on the car and come back the next day. I told him I would wait all day and leave my car there until they had time to take a look. He called me an hour later and said his supervisor said I needed a new tire. I told him to order one. Well, it has been 8 days. Not a word from them. Meanwhile I am not a dumb woman. I went to a professional and he patched my tire. The tire was fixable. I grew up in a garage! My dad had 3 of them. He never would have treated anyone so badly. If I didn t bring my car to another place I would still be driving on a donut! Shame on you RICK AT ROCHESTER TOWN FAIR TIRES! You lied and was totally disrespectful!
