I started my experience here with Steve , I already had in mind the wheels and tires I wanted but of course but Steve also helped reiterate my option choice. Took 3 days to get the wheels and tires to the store and they had a full schedule but still the amazing techs out back were able to fit me in the next day and I had my truck by end of the day. Thanks to everyone at town fair tire for the great service and fast efforts that was able to help me .

I worked with Steve in my entire wheels and tire package, he was very motivated to get me exactly what I wanted and helped throughout the whole process. Got my new nitto 37 s and Balck rhino raid wheels on this weekend and couldn t be happier. Thank you to the Manchester team!

Eric and Corey hooked me up and took great care of me with a new set of BFG KO3s for my GMC 3500! Eric helped me decide on the right tire to address all my needs. Tires were not in house, but they were shipped, installed, and my truck was aligned all in under a week. I will definitely recommend Town Fair to friends and family.

I ve worked with a few of the guys there and they ve been nothing short of phenomenal every single time. Very knowledgeable and they ve always taken great care of me and my vehicles. Recently had them put Falken Wildpeak AT4 s on and they look and drive perfect.

John was very helpful, got me in and out in an hour with 4 tires and an alignment. Explained the alignment to me as well. The techs though need to take more time and follow directions. John explicitly told them to return the spare to its proper location and they tossed it in the trunk, I had to fix it when I got home. John did offer to fix it but this is the second time that technician lack of care has adversely affected me. The last time it was with my truck, again 4 tires and they snapped a stud. John was awesome! The techs there no so much as they treat cars like they dont care. Takes a lot more than just the people out front to make a good business get repeats.

Corey did a great job! He was professional and understood that I knew NOTHING about cars! I needed four tires and an alignment. I called on Wednesday; the tires were in the very next day. I made an appointment for noon and the car was ready two hours later. Great service! I would highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Manchester, NH.

Always have a good experience with this Town Fair. Woke up to a flat tire and when I called I was told there were no appointments available for three days but could try a walk-in. Sam was awesome when I got there and he got me in no problem and had my car back in a few hours. Highly recommend

Corey and the Town Fair Tire team in Manchester were outstanding! I needed to get my tires changed same day and they got me in immediately. I was out of there in a half hour with by far the best price around. I highly recommend getting your tires changed with Town Fair Tire in Manchester!

Sam was absolutely awesome, He really knows what customer service is. (which is lacking these days) He spent the time to explain everything and with a smile. It was a pleasure to be treated as a person and not a bother. I will buy my tires from him next time for sure.

Corey and his team at Town Fair were SUPER easy to work with. I was able to secure an appointment for installation. The appointment took almost 2 hours but they wifi was good so I was able to get work done Thanks for making this an easy experience. Bonus; if I continue to get nails in my tire, Town Fair will replace/repair for FREE plus free rotations!!

Great overall experience. I ordered the tires on line and made the appointment. They confirmed via text. When I arrived, John checked me in quickly and showed me the tires. No up sell or sales gimmicks. He offered the protection plan, but wasn t aggressive in trying to sell it. The car was ready shortly afterward. I came back to pick it up and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Great experience. John was great and very funny.

I had a tire puncture along my side wall that was not reputable. I bought the entire set here about half a year ago, and thankfully they had a like one in stock. I was initially told that because I was a walk-in I could be waiting as many as five hours. Being the amazing crew that they are, they got me in and out in two and a half, once again going above and beyond while providing absolutely professional service. I remain impressed by their commitment and execution in their trade. Their pricing is fair and their professionalism is chef's kiss perfection.

I am new to New Hampshire and this is my first winter here so it was imperative that I got winter tires. I initially went to Sullivan who told me they couldn't help me so I went next door to Town Fair and am so glad I did. Corey helped me with a purchase of winter tires and scheduled me for an appointment to mount them. Everything was good but there was a miscommunication between the desk and bay. I had to return the next day to get it fixed as I didn't notice until I got home. Corey and the team did excellent service recovery. They were transparent and fixed the issue right away and apologized. That response right there speaks volumes in professionalism and I will continue to go there for tire needs. They made it right! Corey was very helpful and made it a good experience. Pricing was reasonable for everything. Kudos to Corey and the entire team at Town Fair Tire.

I started talking with Corey and figured the options I wanted. Eric added more options when I arrived at the store and I decided to go with the longer lasting option. I got the new tires with some discounts. Overall they did a great job

Jon, is one of the most knowledgeable we ll round tire salesman I have ever met and a huge asset to the company. His extensive knowledge of tires and incredible flexibility to manage customers and team is nothing short of exemplary. He always insures the highest levels of customer service and curtesy whenever possible. He ensures that he gets all the information needed to give a sound recommendation on tires and services relevant to that specific customer and their needs. Came in with a screw in my tire completely lost on what tire I needed as I know nothing about cars. John was very helpful over the phone explaining the process and getting me in that day for a replacement. Upon arrival Corey got me checked in quickly with an approx. wait time of 2 hours, they had it done in half that time. From inquiring, to check in, to pick up this location was amazing and I will definetly be back again for my next emergency. Thank you both!!

Went in for tires on my Ford f150 after my original ones only got 30k miles... Eric from the front counter greeted me immediately. He took the time to look at what I had and showed me about 5 other tires that would be better suited for replacement ones. And they did the factory alignment for the truck. Great service would go back again no question asked. Thanks.

Corey was absolutely amazing. I got a flat on a fairly new tire. AAA changed it for me with the lousy spare I had. I called Town Fair and Corey went out of his way to help me. He drove to get me a tire from another location and got my car back to me. I appreciate this customer service.

A mechanic from a different company stated that I needed a tire alignment. Took my car to town fair tire in Manchester, NH. they examined the car and informed me that I do not need an alignment. They provide a detailed alignment diagram featuring before and after demonstrating an alignment wasn t necessary.Corrie at the front desk refunded my $95.I appreciated their honesty and would recommend Town fair tire to anyone in need of service.

When I say this place is just amazing, it s an understatement! I ve been here multiple times to get repairs on my tires, and they have always treated me amazing! Today I was helped by Eric and John, a mistake on my end had me three hours late for my scheduled time to be seen. They were both super cool, managed to squeeze me in, And also got the job done in less than the time! These men are super cool and laid-back and definitely know how to treat a customer! Thanks again guys! I ll definitely see you on my next tire repair lol
