I was in and out for an inspection in about 10 minutes.The gentleman at the desk was personable and knowledgeable.My vehicle was flagged at the dealership for having an illegal exhaust (it was not illegal and the dealership just got upset at me when I pointed out it was indeed not illegal and had mufflers). The gentleman at the desk assured me the exhaust was not illegal and I was correct.I ll definitely come back again for an inspection!

The Sticker Station is in a convenient location and they were immediately available to complete my inspection. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and eager to help, I was glad to learn there is no appointment needed. I truly appreciate the prompt and courteous service I received. Highly recommended!

Very professional, friendly, prompt service, took my car right away this morning, Inspection was done in approximately 15-20 minutes. I will be coming back next year, I'm a happy customer.

Great little shop to get the necessities done. One man shop, so the wait might be long, but worth it. Decent prices, willing to walk you through the problems, no hassle. Will definitely be coming back

Excellent service. I would highly recommend the sticker station for your next repairs or inspection on your vehicle. Nice clean and tidy shop. Shop mechanic is polite well mannered and very informative.

This place is a big huge waste of time, just like the boy at the front counter. I don t expect much these days considering customer service is a lost art but DAMN dealing with someone pleasant every now and then wouldn t hurt. As soon as we walked in the guy was unprofessional and unpleasant. I don t usually listen to reviews but I wish I had in this case the first thing he managed to mumble out of his mouth was that I needed to go remove my tinted license plate cover to which I let him know, I didn t have a tinted license plate cover. It has color but nothing you can t see through. His response was can you see it from here. Which no. Obviously I can t see my license plate when It s not even facing me :-) ANYWAYS as a customer service professional his job would be to kindly tell me I was in the wrong and why. Not give me a disgusting attitude and act like I m the biggest moron on the planet for asking a simple question. I guess the simple question was too much for the big boys simple mind. Shouldn t expect much from Rochester, I guess! The last words out of his mouth were him telling me not to come back you don t have to tell me twice! LMAO I quickly left and took my business up the road to VIP and was in and out with a new inspection sticker and an AMAZING customer service experience. Listen to the reviews folks- don t waste your precious time.

The sticker station was readily available and took me immediately upon arrival. Mechs were courteous and straight forward and offer fast service! You won t get the runaround here.

Very personable staff, quick an efficient. This is now my second visit and I've had no complaints. Having worked in a body shop for nearly 2 decades I understand the challenges technicians experience with older cars, highly technical cars, crazy and demanding people and everything in between. I was treated respectfully and the work I asked for was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate that an employee showed up for work today as so many businesses are having issues with staffing. I was as able to get my car back on the road with a current sticker. Thank you!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Don't bother going here.First I was greeted by Mr. No Personality asked for my registration had to run back out to my truck to grab it I return inside to him telling me my 4 small L.E.D lights under my rear bumper need covers my truck is a 2010 and these lights have been there since 2010 they don't even make covers for these nor do they make covers for 90% of aftermarket lights. I've never had a problem getting a sticker in the past never been pulled over for them. My vehicle is in great shape and I can't get a sticker because of lights lol.Side note as I'm leaving noticed what must have been his vehicle parked beside the building with blacked out tinted windows must be nice to be the guy that does the stickers.

Went for inspection. Not overly friendly. Failed inspection with power steering leak was told can't pass because if you lose power steering you could kill someone. If you lose power steering you still have steering. Just manual steering. Its not that it failed inspection that gets me. I fixed everything that was needed and more... You have 14 days to fix and come back, after that it is another 50 dollars. It took me that long to get power steering line set.( All about the money) Rip-off. Should be no other charge if you are the one that failed it. I was told not to go there but still did. Will not again and already turned two neighbors from going there.not looking for a response. You can tell it's not the best business. Money Money!!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Super fast and friendly service. I have never had an inspection go so smoothly. The worker was great and greeted every customer with a smile when they walked in. I'll be referring my friends to come here for inspections and oil changes.

My boyfriend and I have both come to inspect our vehicles here and the gentleman who dealt with us was extremely positive and polite. He is a very genuine person and is honest with the work he does. I came into this business for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I met Eric there, he was very pleasant and professional. I explained to him that I was a bit nervous about my inspection. Being a single Mom with 3 kids these days is difficult with the prices of food, rent and fuel going up. My savings was almost depleted. Eric came to me after the services were done to tell me what I didn't want to hear. My car had failed inspection. I instantly broke down crying. This man talked to me and calmed me down and even went as far as cracking jokes to make me laugh. He explained what needed to be done and even showed me the costs for every thing to ease my mind. In that moment he was more than a mechanic. He was human and showed concern. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Eric and the Sticker Station!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Stopped by a few minutes after they opened. Had to wait for two vehicles in front of me, but even with my inspection, oil change and tire rotation I was in and out in an hour.Prices seem fair and the service is very quick even with the one guy working he was courteous and professional. I can say a lot about this place, but If you can, just go somewhere else for inspection services. You will save time and money. This business is not honest and it seems like the goal is to make as much money as possible at the unnecessary expense of the customer. If you would like to find out more about this unfair business go ahead and try, hopefully you'll not be disappointed.

This is truly one of the worst businesses I've been to. I had been going for 5 years but last year they failed my car for various reason, none of the issues they said it had actually existed. Brought it to another inspection station nearby the same day and they passed it with no problems. I decided to give it another go this year because I had good luck in the past but this is the second week in a row I've gone and been told they aren't accepting anyone else even though there are 2 hours until they close. Awful customer service and theyll do anything to get more money out of you.
