I had my Atlas in for an oil change and tire rotation. I spent a delightful hour conversing with salesman Jimmy, thank you, I learned a lot and the service girl was wonderful. They got me out promptly by 10am. Nice work folks!

Terrible experience, my GTI had two errors pointing to a turbo issue. Waited there 2.5 hours for a 1 hour diagnostic and was told roughly $3k for a turbo replacement. Called Seacoast VW and provided the error codes over the phone. They replaced it under warranty no questions asked!

They're incredibly helpful. I added stuff that wasn't part of my appointment and they happily took care of it for me. Will definitely use them again!

I went to Rochester VW to have the locking lug nuts taken off so I could put on the Snow's. I went to Auto Serv the day before and was told it would be 10 days before they could do it that's pretty lame. I'll go back to Rochester any day, good people and great prices. Go there...
