This Place Is Awesome! Friendly Customer Service and Very knowledgeable Staff! I had the Pleasure working with Woody & Joe and it was just an Outstanding experience. Today I brought home my Brand new 2024 Yamaha MT-07! She's a Beauty! The staff take very Great Care of there Inventory and will give it 1 last wipe down before handing it off to you! I got to see that First hand today! I highly recommend these Guys over here At Rochester Motorsports! 5 Stars all the way Around!

Really nice, but it's tight so truckers they keep a gate locked so no overnight parking. Couple miles down the road Is a shell with diesel pumps pull through park overnight behind building. I backed in off if Route 11 down between the gates. Here is how I sit. I showed up at 8:30 gate was opened as always confirmed how others delivered then decided to back in off the hwy. I was in search of a new bike for the season and I stumbled across Rochester Motorsports. I am sure glad I did! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Adam assisted me in the purchasing process of my 2023 YZ450fx and made the buying process more enjoyable and exciting rather than stressful. I definitely recommend Rochester Motorsports and I am definitely going to return. Worth the extra 30 minute as opposed to my local dealership.

Got me on just the right bike to start out. After a season, went back and upgraded to something bigger. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. No pressure sales. Just a good group of people that want to see you out enjoying a motorcycle as much as they do. Go see Woody. Very nice guy.

Absolutely love the bike purchased a few weeks ago and little brother loves the $800 in new gear he just got for his birthday so on top of the ktm 450 bikes great until I was stranded in the trails because of a cheap old battery that was asked upon purchase to upgrade to a new ktm battery. After receiving the bike from service, we assumed the battery was changed, but it always seemed weak today I went down after talking with someone down there about a battery replacement upgrade, and when I got there, I received a low end lead acid battery and at this point, I will just be ordering a new battery. This is design specifically for my bike. not just a generic lead acid that retails for $50 on Amazon now we spent a lot of money with them and to have it not only installed from the beginning like agreed saving me hours of pushing a bike out of the trails to simply ordering the proper battery for the bike regardless if the battery cost $250-300 I would have waited and would have been nice to know seeing how I only had about 3 hours of ride time on it thanks again Rochester motorsports

My husband and I drove from NJ to pick up a 2023 Polaris Slingshot. Our salesman Woody was super helpful arranging everything from financing to picking up. When we had an unexpected issue with one of the seatbelts, they went out of their way to fix it and get us on the road. I want to thank the entire staff for making my husband s dream come true. From Woody, our salesman and the sales manager to the technician who fixed the problem. I want to say Thank you!

Met with Mark in parts (as I found out later the parts manager) today. He was nothing short of awesome! He was working by himself which didn t slow him down. He found all the parts I needed, was very kind and helpful. The man knows his business and is an asset to Rochester Powersports. Rochester is a little further drive for me than other dealerships but well worth the extra time in the car!

I just went in to buy a battery for a 4 wheeler. What's the most common place for a four wheeler? I would say mud. My old battery had some mud on it. I brought it with me because I don't know exactly what I need. The girl behind the counter who said her name is Tristan. Immediately looked at me and said that is absolutely disgusting. When the gentleman behind the counter found my battery and went to go get the box, I asked do you guys just suppose of these? She looked at me and said I am not touching that disgusting thing. So I told her you do not need to be rude to me and she stated I wasn't being rude I just said I wasn't going to touch it. So I said it's not what you said it is the manner in which you said it to me. And I wasn't asking you to touch it I was asking if Rochester Motorsports disposes of old batteries. She still never answered my question and again said the thing is disgusting and covered in mud why would I touch something like that. And when I specifically asked her to let the gentleman finish taking care of me because I did not like being spoken to like that. She refused and still continued to just process my order. I will never go back in there. In fact if we were not in a hurry I definitely would have bought it somewhere else.

Easy and seamless buying process for my new Honda SCL 500. It was no pressure, laid back and fun. I was still too new of a rider to ride it directly home, so the salesman was a huge help with loading it onto a trailer for me, so I could get it home and practice in my own neighborhood. They also gave me a discount on a nice pair of riding gloves after purchasing the bike. Looking forward to bringing it back for maintenance and/or any other future toy purchases!

They were short staff due to an event, the guy covering from another store was doing his best and a good job. Ordered parts waiting for delivery then install. Clean shop, many choices for purchase and if you look real close a good deal can be had, just don't tell Miles.

These guys really saw to it that, as a beginner rider, I had everything I needed to be successful on the road. Purchasing a motorcycle was painless, the staff were very friendly, and the bike I got is great. Will be doing business with them again.

Brought my bike in to have forward controls mounted. Darren and his crew did a great job getting it done, which included relocating the horn to a less conspicuous spot and modifying the mounting holes to get the pegs exactly where I wanted them. LOVE the new ride!! You guys rock!

I wanted to let everyone know what excellent buying experience I had the past week. Peter Skouras is by far the most honest, caring, knowledgeable sales person I have encountered in my lifetime. His sincerity and pure willingness to help was astounding. At no point was I under any pressure to purchase anything. My Vulcan 900 is superb and it runs flawless. Peter should be considered to be a key asset to Rochester Motorsport. I am recommending him highly for any new customer. Thank you Peter for everything, I appreciated it all.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is an absolute joke!!! When I bought my new machine, they have it over 5 different times and most the riding season, would call for information they would give me the run around. This was all trying to diagnose the same issue! Just tried to call to find out what oil and filter go into my rzr and the response I was giving was" we don't give out that information over the phone you can come in, but not over the phone. we don't do your online shopping for you!!!!!" We spent over 60k on rzr there and over 100k just on Polaris in the last three years and that's the response we get. Unreal.

Purchased a Kawasaki UTV here Brand New, love the side by side but honestly I wouldn t give a dollar to that heartless soul demon of an owner at this establishment. His lack of any capacity for Empathy is a frightening reality that our community has a Socially deranged individual among us and he s pretending to be a normal person in plain site. The Fact A hidden Sociopath is lurking Among People in our community that have actually felt humility for the pain others living individuals, all while this imposter will never actually know what it s like to feel an emotional connection for another. It is bone chillingly terrifying thought that should keep you up at night for days if you actually understand the ramification of what could happen with a man like this hiding among us

Brought my bike in for service (brakes, tires and chain) I had all the parts and was given an estimate. Didn t get a call for three days until i finally called them and was told they wouldn t work on my bike because of a chain adjuster. Then told it would be almost $1000 more in labor. Upset they didn t give me a call before and they wanted to overcharge the original cost I said I would just pick my bike up. Never once did i ask them to look over the bike and they tried charging me $60 for looking at the bike. Apparently they have been charging people extra. Later my dad went over asking why I was charged and they were incredibly disrespectful. I got my money back and never going back again. Service department sucks, parts department was great otherwise!

Peter&Courtney at RMS are great! I've bought two motorcycles from them this year, about a month&a half in between them. I traded the first one back in for the second&was given a fair price for it since I brought it back into them shortly after getting it.Peter is great to deal with. When I walked in&asked him about bikes, he said he had one that wasn't even listed yet&brought me over to it. It was a great 1st bike 100%, but I outgrew it fast. So I started looking for a replacement, &saw some at the sister store they have&he said once I decide which one of like, he'd work on getting it sent over for me. Once it arrived at the store a few days later, he let me know it was ready for me whenever I had time to finish the paperwork.Each time I did my own financing, but I still dealt with Courtney for all the paperwork, &she is so easy to work with. Normally I am not a huge fan of the F&I office, but she made it a pleasant&quick experience both times.They both are knowledgeable with the departments they work in, &Peter knows his stuff very well&won't push you into getting something with more power than he thinks you can handle. He'll make sure you get a bike/machine(they do sell plenty of other toys) that will suite you. As I said earlier, the first bike was great for a beginner, but I just outgrew it quickly. I knew I could handle a more powerful bike&that it would make me much more happy. He made sure I was sure that I was ready for the next step&after texting back&forth about it, he was comfortable with helping take the next step.If you are looking for a bike/ATV/side-by-side/snowmobile/generator/etc, give them a call or stop by&ask for Peter! Everybody is great there as well though that I have talked to, so you can't go wrong.

Besides the long 4 hours spent here everyone was very helpful for our 1st time purchasing. We ended up leaving with 3 different things. They are always steady. I highly suggest a weekday stop instead of the weekend when they are usually slammed.Due to the thing purchased being surprise Ill upload photos later.

Norman who is the service manager is the best. He is better than a Doctor. He comes out front when you drive in and can diagnose what is wrong the 1st time. (better than a Doctor) I brought my 2019 Polaris Slingshot in and it was diagnosed right and repaired right. It drives better than new. Thank you Rochester MotorsportsJust brought it in for service a couple weeks ago and once again it was done right and on time. Employee's that work here are the best.

I wanted to express how truly amazing my experience was with Rochester Motorsports Inc. My fiance and I purchased (2) 2019 Kawasaki Brute Force 750's. The entire process was VERY "hassle free". I did business with Bob Zimmerman in sales and he was VERY professional. Courtney in finance was also VERY personable as well. I just felt very comfortable from start to finish and knew I was in good hands. They even helped us load our quads onto my trailer and I left with 2 FULL tanks of gas!! What MORE could you truly ask for?! Now a days, it's not the easiest to find good customer service through and through and that really was how my entire experience was. I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new purchase and would HAPPILY go back in the future. Service department was friendly but Service was poor had and oil change and inspection done. Mind you I live 45 minutes away! took the motorcycle home on a trailer. the next day I went to go for a ride I wasn't even 10 miles from home when I noticed I was leaking oil! I took the motorcycle back the next day and they took it back in and so called fixed it. They over filled the oil and did a very poor job of cleaning the oil off the motorcycle. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement!
