Deer strike resulted in significant damage to my Toyota Camry Hybrid. Tim did an awesome job in making it whole. Incredible attention to every tiny detail.***** Kathy in office was helpful. Owner Jim was clear in explanation of all that was done including calibration. As others have noted, yes, there was a delay in getting parts, but seems this is the norm in auto world right now. Highly recommend.

I had very mixed feelings about my experience. The people there were always polite and from what I can tell the quality of the work is good. The problems I had were all communication based. I called the day I was supposed to pick up my car to be told it wouldn t be ready 2 or 3 times, when it was ready I went to pick it up and it was missing an insert for the bumper that hadn t been delivered; I came back when the part arrived and had it installed, they called my wife a couple days later to tell her the part came in and I could come get it installed.To their credit they owned their breakdowns in communication. I think with a practice of calling people when they re cars won t be ready on time as soon as it s known, and some sort of system to keep everyone on the same page as to parts and work progress this could be easily fixed. As bad as a two star review looks, I would still consider going back here; They re good people who do quality work, but call ahead of time to see if the job is done and take a look at it before you drive off.

I don't wish a vehicle accident on anyone, but if you do need bodywork I can't recommend R&J enough.My 2019 Forester was in a minor accident but required repair to the entire drivers side of the vehicle.R&J were amazing throughout this entire process. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but they've earned my business if needed.

I hit a deer in July and had some damage done to my vehicle. I didn't know where to call and inquired here.I had a great experience. All of the people on the phone and in person were very kind, understanding and knowledgeable.Below are some before and after pictures. They did an awesome repair job and color match of the paint.I would definitely recommend and going to use them again in the future if I ever need work done.

Had my 2022 corolla passenger side damage fixed. Took them 5-6 weeks to get the work completed after saying it would only take 3-4weeks. Didn't even look at the car for a month of being on the lot. Then finally realized there was more damage than they originally noticed. Work was average at best with orange peel in the paint. Hood seems misaligned in comparison to drivers side. R and j was attempting to fix parts rather than replace. Jim screens phone calls and doesn t answer to messages at all. i had to drive from 3 towns over twice to get updates. This is a brand new car and should've had all new parts. Car has more road noise than previous. Car was returned to me with tire sensor light on and they said I would have to bring it to toyota most likely. I talked to jim about a quote for trunk damage. He never got back to me. All around bad experience and would not recommend R and J autobody.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my 2022 corolla in for work on passenger side damage. They were trying to cut corners and replace with non oem parts and fix rather than replace portion of frame damaged. Car was claimed to be ready to drive in 10 days and than fixed within the month completely. 5-6 weeks went by and car was still in pieces in the shop. When I talked to Jim he said it would be done within a couple days. It was done the next day and appeared rushed. Body lines are not good anymore and paint has orange peel. Not impressed with the work done. I called and asked about a loud noise when driving. I was told Jim would give me a call back. Never received a call back. This whole time Jim screened his calls. Never got messages back so I would have to drive 3 towns over to get updates on the car in person for insurance purposes. Horrible job and would not trust my vehicle with r and j.

Jim and Kathy are AMAZING people and I can see why they've been in business over 22 years! They treat customers with respect and always look for ways to make things right. Long story short, they fixed my wife's vehicle after a minor accident when she was hit in a parking lot by an uninsured driver. Being a brand new car, there were some finicky sensor issues that took many trips back and forth to figure out. Throughout the whole process, they were informative, kept us posted on what was going on and what they were going to try next, and finally they solved the mystery. After hours of labor (which we were not charged for by the way, so not like this was a gimmick that other places would use to keep charging the customer for time) the problem is solved, my wife has her car back to new condition, and R & J Autobody now has customers for life. If anyone needs ANYTHING done, you need to give them a try. I know you won't be disappointed. As an employee of AAA, I'm proud that we have approved auto repair facilities like R & J to send our members to. Thank you all for everything!-Adam & JilleynService: Body & Trim

I brought my 97 wrangler in for some minor body work and paint, and I could not be happier with the end result. My jeep looks brand new and I am very pleased with the quality and speed of the work that was done. The owners and staff are very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their cars.

I recently sent my 17 year old daughter into RJ AutoBody to have her SUV looked at after a minor accident.Jim and his wife were very nice and professional explaining everything to her. They had her back on the road very quickly.Jim is very knowledgeable and I definitely wouldn t hesitate to bring any of our vehicles there in the future ( If needed)Service: Body & Trim

R & J replaced my rear bumper in July 2019. When I picked up the car, I wasn't happy with the paint match and told them about it. They said the paint supplier currently didn't have a rep, and they wanted their input before making an adjustment. He said that he would put a note in the file and notify me when a rep was in place.I waited a couple months, and after no response I finally called them. He said there still was no rep in place, but assured me that he had my contact info on his computer screen and would call me as soon as a rep was in place. It has now been over four months and I haven't heard a word from them.As far as I'm concerned, they were just trying to blow me off. Their customer service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. And are they incapable of making a paint color adjustment without the help of the paint rep?

Did not complete work. Sound dampening materials weren't transferred from damaged parts. Rubber weather shielding was cut off car for no reason, was not replaced.I went back several times, they never installed missing parts I asked for. There was damage to the car from technician, did not get repaired. I was told technician was fired for multiple problems. Technician being fired didn't fix my car.I suggest using other shops in the area that have much better rating. This is a family friend, I read reviews but I thought I'd be different."R&J auto body,where incompletion is our first priority!"Good luck

Fast and amazing service. They make you feel as thought you and your vehicle are a top priority. I have been bringing my jeep there for over 10 years. I definitely recommend them for both mechanic and autobody services. You won't be disappointed.

Metropolitan Insurance pressured me to use R & J Auto Body after my Fiat 500 was hit from behind by a pickup truck and pushed into the car in front of me.There was damage to the rear bumper, exhaust system, lift gate, front bumper, right front fender, and right side door.After I got the car back, there was a lot wrong. The rubber seals on both sides of the right front window were incorrectly and crudely installed, the front half of the right door handle fell off, the lift gate was missing 4 of the plastic plugs that hold the interior trim in place, and the lift gate had a very annoying loud rattle when I hit even a small bump.To R&J's credit, the paint, fit of the body parts, color and finish is superb.I �brought the car back to them so that they could repair the problems, but they only fixed a couple of them. They replaced the outer rubber seal on the right side window, they put the plugs into the lift gate trim, and they replaced the right side door handle. It took 2 trips backI still have the annoying loud rattle in the lift gate, and the inside rubber seal on the right side window is still incorrectly and crudely installed.I will try again to get these issues repaired. I will update this review afterwards.Update: I visited R&j once again, they took my concerns seriously and pulled my car into the garage immediately. 3 people took my car apart, figured out what was wrong, and repaired everything. I updated to 4 stars because I have done business with them before and they did good work. They really don't deserve 1 star. Overall, now that the problems have been corrected, I am very happy with their work.

I haven't personally had to take a vehicle here...yet. When I do need auto body work, though, this is where I will take my vehicle. My SO has brought several vehicles here and the end result of their work is super. You would never know anything had been wrong.

Wasted an hour of my time with them! Scheduled a 10am repair estimate and arrived at 10am after a 30 minute drive. I was told they were short staffed and I need to wait in line. Would not even give me a wait time. I set up an appointment! If this is how we start I'd hate to see how we end. Took my business elsewhere.

Work was done on time and budget. I found a defect in what they painted, which they never saw?? They said twice they'll repair, which was an easy fix, and stiffed me both times and never showed up.If something isn't right....good luck.

Toke these guys a month and a half to fix my truck after an accident. They ordered the wrong parts and gave me the truck in worse condition then before the crash. When I brought it back to be fixed the right way they t ok it and said it was fixed and its not. Now im stuck paying other shops to fix my truck the right way. TERRIBLE SHOP

Always quick repairs. If anything has ever gone wrong with any repair work i had done here they take care of it right away and dont try and screw you over. Best mechanic I've ever gone to.

I needed new brakes, rotarys,and catalytic converters and waited three weeks for my Audi A4 to be 100% and after about a day my car starts spewing white smoke and has a cracked head and is burning oil what did they do idk
