I brought my jeep to queen city auto, after a minor accident, though was extensive damage, they did an amazing job. My jeep looks better now than it did when I bought it! I highly recommend Queen City Auto Body, The owner Gary, is a very nice & professional I would bring my car back to them anytime, great group of experienced & professional personal! 5 stars highly recommend!Here is some before and after pictures

I could not have had a more incredible, helpful, and empathetic experience with Gary at Queen City Auto Body. This man made sure to take the upmost best care of me and to make this experience the easiest on me it could be. I am so thankful to him and his team. There's absolutely no one else I would recommend or go to with my vehicle after this experience. They contacted my insurance company the whole time and all I had to do essentially was drop the car off and pick up a car even better than before. After my vehicle was damaged in a hit and run, I reached out to multiple body shops in the Manchester area. Queen City Auto Body was the only shop that could get my vehicle in for repairs right away (other businesses were quoting wait times of a month or longer before beginning work). I had my car towed to Queen City and had a conversation with Gary and Crystal. I immediately felt at ease while speaking with them. They are such warm, kind people! Supply chain issues made the process a little lengthier than usual, but Gary and Crystal communicated with me every step of the way. I never once questioned the status of my car's repairs, because they were quick to be in touch. When I picked up my car, I could hardly believe how beautiful it looked. It looks like a brand new car! I'm so happy with the service and professionalism at Queen City Auto Body and I will be recommending them to anyone who might be in need.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

I have an almost 20 year old Toyota 4Runner and Gary and his crew have done all the body work to it since I moved to Manchester 6 years ago. They do great work and Gary only suggests what is necessary to fix my issues, I have never felt that he was trying to over-sell me. After my first visit, I never felt the need to go anywhere else.

I went to Queen City Auto Body for rust repair on our Dodge Grand Caravan. Gary, the owner, inspected the rusty areas and quoted $650 for the work. When I asked if they honor a military discount, he said, "Honey, it's already discounted at that price." So disrespectful. We ended up bringing the van back to have the work done there. They put black tectured tape on the qtr. panels but apparently didn't put any type of sealant underneath. Within a few weeks, the rust was leaking right through the tape. It looked terrible. I got the receipt out to get the number to call them about it, and right on the receipt it was stamped, "Rust work not guaranteed." I paid $650 for black textured tape! Do not trust them for rust repair.

I was involved in a car accident and was unsure where to take my car. I had my car towed to Queen City auto, the service was beyond my expectations! Even though the parts took a bit longer to come in due to Covid, my car was ready in a timely manner. I recommend Queen City Auto 100%! Gary and his team are phenomenal! Gary and the team here are AMAZING! Had a tree branch fall on my car and cause almost $1000 in damage. Not only did they do amazing work, they even painted on my racing stripes so I don't ever have to replace them again! Also they got me in almost immediately when some places are 5-6 months out on repairs. Go here for body repairs, you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Gary!!

Great auto body shop. One of my cars was in a small collision and needed some body work on the front fender. I read the positive reviews online and they gave me a fair estimate, so I decided to give them a try. Gary & his staff were friendly, accommodating, and got the job done for a good price. Now it looks brand new. My only complaint is that they charge 3% extra when you pay with a credit card, so be prepared to pay with cash.

Gary Is Good Dude to Deal with very honest, and Assertive, he s got great team working for him they did a Bang Up Job On my 2021 Tacoma.I got it back looking like Brand New.I would refer Queen City Auto to anyone looking for Auto Body Work. I got into an accident. A friend that does Ford parts business with QC A/B recommended them to do my repair work. Wow am I glad.They got me in the shop right away.I had my car back in just a few days. The quality of work is nothing short of perfection. The prices were were more than fair. I will recommend Queen City A/B. Gary and his workers are the best.

Our experience with Queen City Auto has always been positive. Gary and his staff have always been honest with expectations of work outcomes and timelines. They always treat us with respect and treat our cars as if they were their own. They take pride in their work and always, in our experience, have done an excellent job on all repairs on our cars at very reasonable prices. Incredible experience. Insurance company estimated my repairs would take 8 days. Queen City Auto Body completed the job to perfection in 3 days. They also completed it cheaper than the insurance estimate. QCAB also helped facilitate my rental to make the whole process easy and as painless as possible. Don't hesitate to bring your car here for body work. You will be treated fairly and receive top notch service.

I had shopped around for my repairs and Queen City Auto was the most reasonable so I went with them. And, they did not disappoint!! They were respectful, competent and professional. They also stayed within the expected timeframe which is very important to me. I hope I don't need them again but, if I do, there will be no more shopping around for me! We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Sport Trac Limited from out of state. It had severe rust damage to the rocker panels and undercarriage. We turned it over to Gary and the other professionals at Queen City Auto and asked them to do whatever they could to resolve the rust issues. We told them that this was probably our last vehicle as we are both in our 80 s!! They performed miracles fabricated new rocker panels, removed the sport trac box to work on wheel wells and to allow better access to the rear area for a complete rust mitigation of the undercarriage. They even provided us with before and after photos of the whole project and put a big red bow on the hood for us to see as we arrived to pick it up. They are extremely friendly and accommodating professionals who did a fantastic job for us. Highly recommend! I have had work done here twice, and both times have been great experiences. The first time, I had been rear ended and gotten quotes from a few places. Queen City Auto was among the least expensive, by far the fastest, and my car looked like knew when they were done. The second time, I had damage to the underside, so it wasn't clear what work needed to be done until it was taken apart. Gary kept me updated about what they found and the work was done quickly. After picking up my car and discovering that a dashboard light had come on that could have indicated anything from a simple reset needed to a major repair, they were able to get me in the next day and confirm that it only needed a simple reset, saving me an expensive trip to the dealership. They absolutely did not need to help me out with that, but I appreciate that they did.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Queen City Auto Body. Very polite and professional staff. The repairs to my car were top notch and it was immaculate, inside and out, when it was returned to us. Gary and his daughter got our car promptly scheduled-in and promptly completed the repairs. Great tip from Gary's daughter to immediately reserve a rental car, as they are in short supply. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

The Team at Queen City Auto Body was Great! They'll go the distance! The work they did to my old truck was unreal! Besides that they help fix it more than the collision damage that it received. They were able to fix and help the sale of the Truck without any question that it was hit by Ex-wife in our home parking lot. Thank you guys again! You guys crushed it. I had a situation where my damaged repairs were covered but Jason and Gary made an easy process of assessing the damage and Crystal was very communicative in when parts would arrive and when the best time to come in was. Friends recommended Queen City Auto Body and we couldn't be more pleased with the work that they did repairing our SUV. Our experience was so positive, from the first visit to discuss the damage and get an estimate, to the drop off and pick up after the work had been completed. Everyone was helpful and polite. The shop is clean and organized. Gary was extremely helpful, worked with us to find a convenient time to leave our vehicle with him, and the repairs were completed on time and on budget. Gary and his staff take great pride in their work, as they should. We have found our "go-to" repair shop for ourselves and our extended family.

I got into a bad accident and my car was towed to Queen City Auto Body. I first met with Gary's son and Gary came out to meet with me shortly thereafter. It was so refreshing to have the both of them assure me they would take good care of my car and restore it back to the way it was before. They even offered me advice that proved very helpful when dealing with insurance. The 50+ hours of skilled labor they spent on my car shows and I am so thankful

Horrendous experience, and I didn't even get my car fixed! Came to get my bumper cover replaced so I got a quote.I made clear I need to arrange transportation so I could get to work before I can leave it there (we are a one car family and I am a teacher.) Owner said it was fine just call me when you're ready, not a problem. I called to arrange a time and the owner belittled and was appalingly rude saying I should've been there that day, they had ordered parts there and I was holding them up because they are a sought after business. Keep in mind I didn't schedule a time with them, or confirm anything because of needing transportation. Long story short, after I was ready to drop it off, he told me he sent the parts back, I needed to take me business elsewhere and hung up on me. I have never been treated so horribly by someone in customer service!!

Gary is the best!! My front bumper (and more) came off and not only did he replace it quickly at a reasonablePrice, he popped out some of my other dents from hitting curbs over the years :)If you re looking for a trustworthy shop this is it! So glad I was referred here.
