This is the only Prompto I go to. The staff are so nice and they do an awesome job changing my oil and topping off the other fluids. I m in and out in less than 10 minutes and the price is very reasonable. I get full synthetic and it s been very good. They are very professional and nice.

I use this location often and honestly, the service seems to vary on different days and bays.... often times because I wonder if the less attention to detail is associated with my frequent visits. I have two vehicles and both are serviced here for oil changes.

I've been using Prompto since they opened in Rochester. Not sure the actual time but it could be the entire 20 years I have been without a garage. I go every 3000 miles and I've gotten exceptional engine life from 5 vehicles.

I normally go to.Rochester however I called to find put how much an oil change was and I was told under 100$. Didn't like the response asked if he was gonna tell me the peice than he did. Called Dover and they didn't play a game with me, so that's where I'm going from now on. Rochester just lost a loyal customer.

I had an oil change done about 3 weeks ago with this company do not and i mean do not go here. In 3 weeks my low oil light came on and i called and they asked i go back. So i did and the teck said you already did 5000 miles i drive lots for work. And said im due an oil change but my truck said im 32 percent from being due an oil change. So he faught with me saying its every 5k miles i looked up on chevys site its 7500 to 10k miles idiots. The issue was they never tightened down my oil filter slow drip lead to a super fast leak. I had to go under my truck to tighten the filter. But these guys are not the type to back their problems this is a 55k truck but my problem not theirs dont worry they will be hearing more soon as i had people with me each time. Stay away if tou care for your vehicle.

Awesome job. Good price. Excellent service. Usually go to the Dover location because I work out that way, but here is closer to home and I was impressed with the overall service and turnaround in time. Will be coming back.

I have always had a good experience here. They always ask how you are and wish you a good day. Always very quick service. They have the additional products if you need them, but are not pushy and up selling. The other day I went in after a snow storm and they even completely cleaned off my windshield and any snow under my hood. Highly recommend.

I typically do my own oil changes but when I don t have the time, I llstop in the Rochester facility. While the service is always quick and friendly, when they finish draining the oil, I frequently feel the vehicle being tugged down. Based on the difficulty I have removing the oil drain bolt after they ve done a change, I assume they are over-tightening the oil drain plug. On my car it s supposed to have a torque setting of 20ft pounds (which is typically a quarter turn past hand tight.) I definitely should not feel the vehicle being pulled down nor should i hear air tools being used to tighten anything during an oil change. Unfortunately I do forget to mention it when I go prior to getting the change.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change and a couple weeks later noticed I had a small oil leak coming from the filter. I called them and they offered to come to my house to check out the problem after work hours. We decided it was best I come to the shop the next day. Came in first thing before they opened they took care of the issue didn't charge me a penny and were super pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond for customer service to a degree I haven't experienced in a long time. Couldn't be more pleased with the guys at rochester prompts. They all deserve a raise.Service: Oil change

We stopped by for an oil change and experienced really great service. There was a part missing so they pointed it out to us and gave us the option to replace it. My other half said, if we need it, we need it, go ahead. They let us know that it was $31 and after he told them that was fine, they let us know that it honestly wasn't essential and explained what the part does. We opted out, and saved some cash. The guys servicing our vehicle were friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to make the 40 minute drive south from Ossipee to use them for our next oil change.

In and out in less than ten minutes and they did what I asked. Very happy I didn't have to crawl under the Vardo to change my oil. Not a bad price either; synthetic for under $50. Good deal.

I went here to get a oil change. And when look up they spilt oil all over my engine and did not even edit to it then when I called the guy up they were in denial. Never again will we ever go back here

I waited 30 mins to get oil change. Three cars get service before me and I m ahead of them. Two cars leave and I thought I would be served but they still make me wait. Also they wipe others people windshield except me. I will never come here again. Very very poor service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I usually go with my wife to get the oil change but the one time I didn't they ended up charging her over $80 for a simple regular oil change that always cost us a little more than 30 every other time we went , seems they try to take advantage of single women .

You're in, they change the oil, and you're out. Reasonable price. They don't try to upsell me on Extras that I don't need (they don't know that I track all the little extras, like when I get new windshield wipers or have my air filter changed, so I know in advance what extras I should probably need to purchase. I don't believe they've ever overstepped what would be a prudent and proper suggestion.)

Had a great experience today! They kindly let me stay in the car with my toddlers, interacted with the kids, were quick and efficient and even filled my tires that were low! Incredible service. Thank you!

They changed my oil, changed wiper blades (I already had), checked all fluids and checked/added air to tires and washed my windshield all for under $30. And did so politely and professionally. All done in under 15 minutes total time.

Quick oil change however, they say they check your fluids at every visit and they don t. I had my regular oil change not even a week ago and tonight my car began overheating, come to find out my coolant was pretty much empty. (This is something listed in their description that they are supposed to check) I ve had my vehicle for a long time so I know it doesn t piss through antifreeze like it s beer. I ll be doing my own oil changes from here on out and checking my fluids! If anyone wants an oil change done I m offering better services for half the price.

Went in for an oil change today; they were friendly, professional, and fast. No complaints--will be coming back next time
