Husband was getting a set of windshield wipers for his sister's Buick. The young asked him "Are these for a vehicle"? My husband was like " yes a Buick". She gave him a set and he went on his way. ButT of course the where the wrong ones. He brought them back and a different person helped him, those also were WRONG!!!. FINALLY WENT TO A DIFFERENT ORIELLYS AND THEY FINALLY had people with some knowledge of what my husband needed. Hope A lot of people don't need any wipers this winter!!!!

Do not trust this place to test your car battery. They claimed to have charged and tested mine, they did neither and pushed me to buy a new battery. When I dropped it off it was at 11.7 volts, when I picked it up it was at 11.7 volts, I purchased a cheap charger, charged the battery and brought it to Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, the battery tested good at all the places.I know typically these places have a high staff turnaround, but this guy has been there for years.Do not trust their advice.

Third parts store that I tried for replacement spark plugs for my 2020 DL1050XT. Nobody had them in stock, but O'Reilly had them in the store within 2 hours. Other chain stores had ETAs of a few days.

Had new studded tires put on my vehicle. I went for my appointment but they studded the wrong tires. They had me come back the next morning, thankfully one of the technicians stayed late to get them ready for the next morning. Went back and they were ready. It happens,we all make mistakes and they very quick to fix the error. I had an all wheel alignment as well. I overall had a pretty descent experience. I will say the only thing I would suggest is that when having tires put on that you request them hand tight. Otherwise if you get a flat and need to change it you will not get it off.

O'Reilly Auto has been fixing my vehicle issues for over a decade. They are professional, clean, and quick to get my vehicle back out to me so I can get back to my travel/work. VIP garage attached to this business for quick easy repair and pricing. Enjoy the great people there!!

Just needed a parking light when went in. Can't thank them enough for the help of making sure I had the right part. Taught me something about the tool I would need the next time I needed to change the light again. Very courteous and respectful. Ladies if ever need to go somewheres for a part I would strongly suggest here. Didn't feel overwhelmed or intimated being a woman asking questions. Thank you for everything!

A substantial amount of the inventory were returned items that looked abused and had damaged packaging. Associates were rude, whe. They were around. On time I stood at the counter for 0ver 15 minutes and no one rung me out, ended up leaving without what I went in for.

I am saddened to report that for the first time I felt undervalued as a customer...usually, I receiveWONDERFUL customer service.Maybe, everyone was a bit 'off' so I will return based on past service.

Not impressed at all Don't go here looking for any help not even a code reader to hook up to your car And if you have any questions about anything though send you over to the tire service that's connected to them and I want 70 bucks the check out your vehicle no thank you I found just about any other parts store in Rochester was more helpful Advanced is one of the best got a code reader from figured out the problem and get the part That's the place to go

No one talked to me , or even asked if they could be of any help . But my smart phone looked up my answers for snowblower oil. Two employees behind the counter. Thanks for asking and I would like to be anonymous. Maybe next time things might be different if I go

Rude old man at the counter, he really needs a job that isn't customer service. Broke down on the side of the road and the dude won't help us get the part because he already cashed the drawer out before they even closed. Awful customer service.

O'Reilly's is definitely one of the names that comes top of mind when I think about Auto Parts because I don't have the usual problems associated with trying to order parts from other dealers apartments that don't seem to really know what they're doing. O'Reilly's always has somebody there that can answer the tough questions and they often ask me questions that I can't even answer about my own vehicle that help me to determine whether I'm buying one part or two parts and then returning one or not cuz I don't have to make a return trip is 20 miles to go back to the store once I find out that ones cars apart or truck is apart but I don't have the correct part because it's a different size for example this is something that other dealers do not even tell you about they'll just hand you the part and here you go you're off and on your way only to find out in the middle of the job when you're stranded in the middle of the Woods that you got the wrong part. O'Reilly's will continue to be my go-to source in the Rochester area.

Not often that they answer the phone. We were actually in the store today and the phone rang and rang. There were three people working that shift, only one had a customer yet no one picked up the phone.

Very helpful, I stopped in to get a part listed on the website and the team in Rochester looked all over the store while I called the Dover store, the Dover store ended up having it but both stores were extremely helpful.

Super small store. Staff was NOT knowledgeable on basic car questions.Didn't open the store until 8:15 even after I called from the front door asking them if they were open.

Just came in for stuff to detail my car with and walked out with everything I needed with some great advice from the knowledgeable workers there. My car came out looking amazing and cheaper than getting it detailed thank you!!!

Alright...they have good customer service there. It's that I'm not to impressed with O'Reilly auto parts as a whole. Seems like there parts are getting cheaper

This place will RIP you off with prices, I asked how much a bulb was for my car and they told me $150. I decided to call another location and they said it was $30. Do not go here.
