Unsafe driver. One of there drivers cut me off at a merge this morning. I was in the right lane about to merge behind the car in front of me in the left lane. They came up behind me in the left lane and forced there way into my space. Had to brake and pull back to avoid being hit. Glad there wasn't someone behind me.License plate was 399 something.

The 2 men working the parts counter were super friendly. Great customer service. I picked up an online purchase and it was one of the most easiest experiences I have ever had in a part store. As always, we will continue to do business with Napa.

Advanced auto parts now has my business! I placed an online 30 min pick up order at 11:30. I never received an email stating my order was ready. I decided to go to the store at 2:15. The store was closed and the sign said it closed at 2 even though the napa website and my email confirmation said the store was open until 4pm! If they knew they were closing at 2 why didn't they call me and let me know that! I proceeded to advanced down the street and got what I needed. While I was in line the guy in front of me was telling the clerk the he ordered a part a week ago from this store and they said he could pick up sat by 4. He was met by the same locked door!Unbelievable! Terrible store Management!

After going to 3 different stores I went here in a whim... Didn't have high hopes but they had what I needed and the guy at the counter was intelligent and knowledgeable... It was refreshing after a day off wasting time at Advance Stupid and AutoBone.

I don't usually leave bad reviews... But I have to say something. First- Very little in the store was priced so items have to be brought up to the cashier to check the price. Not very covid conscious.Also - Approaching the checkout corner with my items the worker answers the phone told me he'd be with me in a minute...even left the phone on the counter and went outside ..so he could check to see if he received a text message from the customer on the phone.Last I knew you helped paying customers that are in person and you ask the people on the phone to hold or tell them you'll call them back.I asked if there's someone else who could answer question and ring me out. When I was exiting the store another customer (guy) approached the counter, the phone rang.. same guy picked it up and asked them to hold followed by one of the then saying "that was pretty rude".As far as I can tell they didn't think I was as important because I'm not a man.

This is a clean store, which is semi important to me. It also has a knowledgeable staff and if they don't have your particular part in stock, they can get it for you the next day, generally. The only problem is the parking. It's a little hard because of the other little small businesses located in that same area. But, I would not let that deter me from going there, as I said very knowledgeable staff and many many items in stock. I recommend the Napa in Rochester.

Probably the worst auto parts store I have ever tried to use. Was in here a month ago and apparently the ownership changed recently. At the time five people were in the back doing something while there was a line almost out the door, and they had one register to process orders. I gave it another try today and even though there were three people behind the counter, one was answering the phone and two were helping one guy who they seemed to know. I just wanted a can of brake kleen. I went up the road to AutoZone and was helped immediately and out of there in less than five minutes. If you want to spend a bunch of time hanging around waiting visit this NAPA location

Six out of five I went in looking for a plastic retainer clip that I ve been searching forever for. None of the other auto parts stores would help me look or even give me the time of day to figure out if they had itBut at Napa the guy says if you have one it makes it a lot easier to match it to one that will work. Ran out to the car and grabbed the only one I had and boom he matched it with accuracy perfect fit. Thanks scott

Ordered part from this store for Sanford ME store. Didn't send with shuttle. Tried again next day. Didn't send again. Drove 20 minutes each way twice for nothing. Poor service.

Great service got the perfect match for paint for our Altima mixed right there on the spot. Very helpful people. The gentalman who mixed our paint went the extra mile looked up a photo and had us make sure the color was correct. A+ Way better than the compitition!

It's great that parts store like these are still around. The ones that still look parts up in those thick books. The turnaround on ordered parts is only a day which is super convenient if you're in a jam.

If I need a part, they have it or can get it pretty quick. If they happen to not have a way to get you something, they are more than willing to help you find who does have what you need. The staff is very friendly & welcoming.

The guy was nice in the beginning in wanting to know what kinda car I was buying blades for but when he answered the phone never excused himself and when he handed me the receipt didn't say thank you just went back to the phone call
