I bought two cars from Merrimack Street garage; my mom has purchased many and had them serviced here for over thirty years. Jim Karpf in the service division is fantastic and Alex Saidel in sales is amazing. This is a rare, independent and trustworthy place to buy and have your Volvo serviced. I travel all the way from MA for it!

My husband and I purchased a car from M.S.G. and it was an awesome buying experience!!! The sales associates were great, no pressure. :) Although we had a few problems they were promptly dealt with by Alex to our complete satisfaction.

My wife and I purchased a used Ford Escape from this dealership and we are very happy with it. We found the staff knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I hoping that they will receive used Mini-cooper in the near future.

Each time it's been a pleasure to work with them, no pressure and willing to work with you.On the latest lease return, they went above and beyond their responsibility to help us return the vehicle to volvo after discovering an unknown issue at the time.
