Nothing but a great experience. Chris was very friendly at the desk and did everything to make my large repair easy and convenient for us .. he was willing to address any problem there was and and help facilitate warranty repairs that are coming up. Is strongly suggest using meineke for any of your future auto repairs.

I've been going to this shop for nearly 15 years now. I was always impressed with Paul's (previous owner) friendliness, honesty, efficiency, great work and commitment to customer service and the way he worked with customers to help them keep the cost of repairs low. I started going there because the previous auto repair chain I was going to went from doing excellent work to having to return it repeatedly to fix mistakes in repairs.So I was a little nervous when I went there and found out Paul sold the franchise to retire. It turns out I had no need to worry. He sold the shop to two of his employees. And he obviously instilled in them the same values he held dear. They maintain the same high level of friendly and honest standards of customer service and communication, commitment to quality work, and fair prices.My last visit was to replace rusted brake rotors and pads and parking brake pads (yes, the car has separate parking brake pads), and an inspection. My 2005 Jaguar XJ Super V8 is not always an easy one to work on, and parts can be very expensive and they put the effort in to find good reliable parts at the most reasonable price possible.Oh yeah, and they have an excellent selection of free coffee and snacks if you wait at the shop for you work to be completed :)But seriously, I would not hesitate to highly and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in the area.Services: Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

I was in the midst of a busy day when my daughter contacted me that she had a flat tire on her car. I was able to get the car home and bring the damaged tire to Meineke with zero notice around noon time. The folks there got a new tire mounted and balanced for me by the end of the day. Great service in my dealings with this establishment!

The staff and service are awesome! The whole process from booking to the end of my service needs was so smooth and staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I love the follow up information sent after as it ll help prepare me for my inspection next month. Great job to the staff.

These guys are incredible. Chris and Travis are so kind, and great at what they do. My car completely broke down at 4:30 pm on a Friday night when I was on a road trip ~80 miles away from home. They were willing to take a look same day just to help me out, even though they closed at 6 pm. Chris even gave me recommendations for where to get dinner, stay for the night, and how to proceed. He is so honest and so thoughtful. Can't recommend this place enough!

This was my first appointment with this shop. I needed an State Inspection Sticker for my newly purchased used vehicle. I expected to be done in just minutes, but they went over every aspect of my vehicle. The front desk team was friendly, helpful and really just a delight to interact with. I will definitely choose this shop should my car need any work in the future.

I was 30 minutes from home one afternoon when I started having brake issues. It was right before the holiday and even though they were clearly busy, they looked at my car and quickly assessed the issue. Everyone was kind, understanding and professional. Highly recommend this shop!

These guys are the best. The service is always not only professional, but also thorough and honest; they ll tell you if something can wait or not, they ll fix instead of replace if they can. This time we had a brake light out, and it was the socket, so they ordered one; before it was installed, they realized the socket had resettled and was working again they did not replace the socket or charge us for it, even though we would have been none the wiser. It s that kind of experience that builds trust; I never have to worry with these guys!Also. They clean the acorns out of my engine compartment in the fall. And they send pictures. Best laugh of the season.

I took my van in for a inspection. Toyota said no issues yet meineke found my rear bumper brackets rusted off. I have towed with it. I'm lucky they looked and did a great inspection. I swapped tires to winter, got new filters, air and cabin and fixed in about a week as the bumper part had to be ordered. It was around $1,000 fix for everything but I pass and have a higher end van even at 155,000 miles. No fear driving cross country again this year. Also very nice as I'm almost deaf and they were slower and louder for me to understand. Bonus points for the front end staff. Even if they are higher price you get what you pay for and more. This is not a lick and stick shop.

The team did an amazing job on my vehicle and squeezed us in with short notice. I absolutely love that they send you text with pictures of what is wrong. If I could give more stars, I would. Been going to this shop almost 20 years.

Finnley was my Service Advisor and was so incredibly helpful every step of the way. Travis D was my technician and found a few issues with the vehicle that needed addressing. They gave me a "Must Have Done", "Should Have Done", "Could Have Done" list that I found very helpful and got everything done with incredible speed. Great service, will use again. Extra Thank You To Finnley!!

Friends at Meineke have been patient and kind. Service has been quick no matter what the car has needed. Finn and Chris are very fun and explain everything very well. I m grateful to have found a reliable local mechanic with personable people that make life fun and easier.

Love the personality of this place. Very professional yet down to earth. I like having a place that I can bring my cars and not have a worry about how they're treating it. It's always way better than than it was going in... I wish it was free. LoL

Have been going to Meineke in Rochester for several years and have complete confidence and trust in their work. Finn, Chris and every technician I've met are great. Highly recommend this business.Once again, it's Chris and Finn to the rescue! Serpentine belt broke in my driveway. Called and they went the extra mile, got me in and fixed in record time even in the midst of being short-staffed and dealing with 2 other emergencies! Phenomenal positive experience! 10/19/23.Another positive experience with Chris and technician at Meineke. I completely trust the care of my truck to this company. 4/11/24

I took my truck to Meineke expecting it to take two weeks. There lot was full. Two days the work was complete and I drove away happy knowing that they went through the car thoroughly to make sure it was save for my family.

I needed a vehicle NH state inspection on a company vehicle. I traveled 14hrs from NC to accomplish. No one in the area but Meineke manager Chris was able to help me out with my unique situation. Chris and hid crew were able to get it done within 1hr even though they were short staffed, and had a lot full of other work. Top notch crew and management.

I had a transmission failure and had my vehicle towed to Meineke. Chris was very helpful and informed me that there would be delay in getting to my vehicle sine they were really busy. He was great at keeping me informed on the status of my repair. When it was discovered as to what the problem was, I was contacted by Chris and give a quote for the repair. I approved and was kept up to date on the status. When the repair was completed, I had the opportunity to talk with Travis, the technician about the work that was completed. I was most impressed with the inspection report that was texted to me letting me know who did the work and other items of interest. I have been coming to Meineke for years and have always been impressed with the service. Great job!!!

Finn was the best! Finn answered our questions over the phone and even though scheduling was tight found a way to squeeze us in. While we were there another customer emergency came in and the phone rang and Finn kept a cool head the whole time while acknowledging all customers. Very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! They also did a great job on the Battery replacement however the customer service really impressed us. Thank you so much Finn and the entire team at Meineke in Rochester!
