My husband and I recently traded in our 2015 Ford Escape for a 2020 Ford Edge at McFarland Ford of Rochester. Our internet inquiry was answered promptly by Lauren, and she set us up with our salesman Connor. We found them both to be very friendly and helpful. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the Edge, the many options it had and the great price. Our salesman, Connor, the sales manager Ben, and their finance man Jonathan, all helped make our trade in and buying experience pleasant and easy. This team worked together and got us into the car we always wanted. Couldn t ask for better Customer Service. We highly recommend McFarland Ford.

Service was prompt and proactive. They had my vehicle done ahead of schedule and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of services provided. The service advisors (Dan / Kaleb) were extremely friendly. Best service experience ever or at least in a long time.

I walked into McFarland ford and everyone was very helpful from the start my salesman Connor was absolutely great helping me find out what vehicle would be best for my situation WITHOUT pressuring me on a vehicle or decision I would 100% recommend McFarland ford and ask for Connor

Steering cable snapped in my car one night, so I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealer. Turned out it happened to be due to a recall, great. They got it all fixed along with a few other recalls. I am very appreciative of the work, it was great. One thing I do not appreciate, though, is being charged $155 for lug nuts when I could have easily purchased them for a Max of 19.95 via the Internet. I told the boy on the phone that I was hearing impaired, and I really do feel as though that I was taking advantage of. I would never have in my right mind okayed $155.00 lug nuts. But at the end of the day, this is on me because I put too much trust in my car dealership. The trickery needs to go

Every single member of the team from manager, to sales, to finance did a spectacular job! They had keys ready to hand me for a test drive almost the moment I got to the sales floor. Connor sat in the vehicle with me and was extremely knowledgeable on the ins and out of the operations of the vehicle. The sales team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle!! I even had my 5 year old with me for the duration of the sale where they gave us water and checked in on us frequently to see if we needed anything! From start to finish it was a breath of fresh air to have such a wonderfully accommodating team help me through the purchase! Great Service. Wasn t looking for a Ford that day, but Drove away with one. Connor was superb. Between him and the Finance crew they asked what it was I was looking to do. They made it happen. I did wait quite awhile to sign all the paperwork but apparently he was new and there were a lot a people ahead of me. I guess that means the sales people were selling vehicles. Not a bad thing. Overall great experience. Go see Connor. He has great knowledge on the vehicles and is not pushy.

Ben was friendly and personable. Finance was slow but on a Saturday I guess that is to be expected. Bought a used truck and the service department is even sending me a new tailgate! Manager Ben was also friendly and did some paperwork ahead of time.Thanks, Ben, but I wish you had told me there was only one key for the truck from the start otherwise 5 stars would be given.

No problems with the maintenance performed or time spent doing the work. Scheduling online was easy. Service employees were great, that is why I continue to use McFarland to service my Ford truck.

Bought a new F350 truck, came in 4 times to ask questions but no one could help, went to the service department, I was having computer issues but they didn t resolve all of them and forgot to do a oil change. I told the service guy I was waiting in the waiting room because they said 11/2 hour, I asked for a loaner but again they didn t have any available. Service guy came out to tell me it was going to be about 2 more hours, I told him to call me when it was done. I had my wife drive to me and did a couple of things around the area but they never called me back. I called around 2:30ish and I could come back. When I returned back at 3:00ish it was outside, when I went in to get my key and asked about my truck and if he did everything I bought it in for, he said he forgot to do the oil change so next time. I wasn t happy. I m still having some issues and taken pictures of what comes up on my dash. I own 32 new vehicles in my life so far and service is not very good in most of the dealership, they just want to sell you a vehicle. I did ask when I bought it will I get a loaner car if I needed service and of course the answer was yes. Bob

I had an excellent experience buying a car from McFarland. From the beginning of my first phone call to my arrival. The sales team treated me with the utmost respect. Connor is the sales guy to speak to. He made some magic happen for my situation. I don't have the best credit and they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. The finance managers were awesome and very personable. I highly recommend checking out their used car inventory. Thanks again guys! Thank you Connor! I will be sending my friends to you guys soon! From first call through completion of the work, I can't tell you how satisfied I am with the service I've been getting at McFarland Ford. Jason and Brian are true professionals and they have been making it a breeze to work on my fleet. It's very difficult to put a truck down for an extended period of time and they recognize that and get my vehicles back to me very quickly.

We got a key cut and programmed successfully. It was not the (extremely unreasonably priced) brand-name Ford key but they were still able to get it done. Very happy with the service.

I came in to have air put in my tires and noticed that my car was due for inspection this month and he asked if I wanted to have it done now and I did so that was nice. He was courteous. He was nice he was helpful. He answered my questions I m definitely going back to McFarlane Ford.

It was a pleasure working with Dan at Granite Ford. He kept me updated while my vehicle was being worked on, and it was completed ahead of schedule. I was able to grab a couple items at Market Basket and return home before the dinner time rush. I will have more work for Dan/Granite Ford in the near future.

I was lied to about interest rates. I specifically asked for my credit union and I was told their rates were higher than the rates the dealership picked for me which was a bold faced lie. I ll never go there againAddendum to this! Chris the owner just called and told me he s sending me a check for the difference between Wells Fargo rates and my credit union rate at the time. It s almost $800.00 thank you so much for making this right Chris. Totally shocked at what great customer service you have. Thank you!

Their employee messed up the application for my financing after they let my husband drive off in a truck. They pulled my credit so many times over the next six weeks that it dropped my score 28 points, after their manager assured us that wasn t going to happen. They made mistakes that damaged MY credit and even though the employee was terminated never will I ever do business with them again. Buyer beware.

I called for a recall and they had me in within a week. My front tire was low and I never mentioned it but when I got in to drive away my tire pressure light was off. They filled it without being asked. I definitely appreciated that.

Very happy with the service I received. My appointment was made promptly and went very smooth,with my vehicle inspection done quickly at no cost as had been the case since purchasing it there. I will consider all future service on this car being done there.

What a relief to have a legitimate Ford dealer back in town. The last owner of this Dealership was a complete travesty on so many levels... so I had real concerns. I was told by another customer of theirs they had changed owners, and to consider giving them another chance. I'm glad I did. The service department took excellent care of me, on a last minute breakdown. They followed through to the end, diagnosed & repaired beating the expectations they set with me by two days. They have gained me back as a customer.

I had a fantastic result buying my second car from McFarland Ford and I owe 90% of it to Jason Ose. This person just happened to be helping out his sister store and overheard my struggles.Going through the difficulty of trying to find a reasonable financing rate seemed impossible. My initial visit seeming positive with insurance from the very busy sales manager. I left the store with hope.Not getting any news from the store I decided to pop in to find they could not find anyone to finance within my budget.Overhearing my difficulties with little explanation Jason ose went above and beyond, with what I see no compensation to himself (as his name was on no paperwork) to get me in a very nice vehicle within my financial limits.The actual car salesman Robbie also did an exceptional job being sure we were in a good situation when we left.

Great experience at McFarland Ford in Rochester. Connor was extremely helpful when picking out and purchasing my new Bronco Sport. The environment at dealership is welcoming and all employees were ready and willing to help. Manager introduced himself and offered any assistance, also gave his contact number in the case that I had any questions or concerns. Great experience , highly recommend!!

I recently bought a 2020 F150 xlt. Paid top dollar. Signed the papers on a Friday night. Asked to make sure it had two key fobs. Ben said it would be taken care of. Ben asked if I wanted to take it home. I was told by Robbie earlier that it has not been in the shop yet, so Ben offered Saturday. I said Monday night so they would have plenty of time to get it in and out of the shop.Called Monday not ready.Called Tuesday not ready.Called on Wednesday and they said it was ready. I asked about the second key fob and Robbie said they didn t have any spares (?). So, how do I get one? He said from a Ford dealer. Aren t you a Ford dealer? So, rather than Ben taking care of it , Robbie quotes me a price of $363. So, I bought it.I went to pick the truck up and it was not ready. They reset the system and didn t have time to drive the necessary miles in order to do the inspection. Robbie said bring it back whenever and they ll put a sticker on it. I went to pay for the extra key fob and was told it was $427. I complained to Ben, and he worked it so I paid the agree $363 (that Ben was supposed to take care of).I went to leave and try the remote starter, and of course, there is no remote starter, even though it was advertised with one. I insisted that I had paid for one and wanted it, so Ben said they would put an aftermarket remote starter in. I explained that I wanted it integrated with the current key fob (like my previous one). They said come back and they would put it in and give the inspection.Two days later I went back for the remote starter and inspection sticker and pointed out there was a crack in the windshield. Ben insisted that must have happened at the time I had the truck. He gave me no joy and no shared responsibility even though it could not be determined when the crack happened.Got there for a 9:00 AM appointment for the � hour job to put in the starter and at noon, Robbie comes over and says its finished and has two extra fobs. I reminded him I want it integrated with my key fob and he said, I like this better . They did not give me the inspection.I then went to register the truck and found that they never gave me the paperwork I needed. Robbie then had to drive to my town hall to deliver it to me.I then went to get the inspection sticker on my own and discovered the rear brake pads were shot. So, I had to have those done.So, paid top dollar for the truck, then had to pay:$363 for a key fob$500 deductible for a new windshield$45 for an inspection sticker$183 for rear brake padsThat s $1,091 extra.Am I supposed to be happy about my experience?

Dan always treats you with Respect and Kindness. He knows his customers well makes you feel welcomed. You never feel like just another customer. Great customer service.
