I really enjoyed working with the guys at Key GMC!The new building is beautiful and everyone was excited to be there.I think my sales person Charlie, was new but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and I was pleased that when he didn t know something he asked and didn t just give me a line of you know what. He was very easy to talk to and he listened to what I wanted and needed.The finance manager, Elvinson, made the entire process easy, and comfortable. I enjoyed talking to him about his family. Thank you for helping me get what I really wanted!

I had a great experience getting my 2022 Mazda CX5 from this dealership. They were very polite and efficient in working out a deal. It took me about an hour and a half from walking in the door to driving away with my car, which was impressive. Charlie was super friendly and honest with us. They were also respectful when we tried to negotiate the price. All around, they were very professional.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! Jay especially was super helpful and kind to me both times I have been here! The new building is beautiful and the service department must be having a much easier time getting their jobs done because I was quoted a 2 hour wait and I only had to wait an hour!!

Excellent Service!Drove right up to the bay doors, was greeted with a huge smile . Took some info and walked me to the waiting room , sat had a coffee and in no time at all ,my car was ready to go . Oil change with rotation of tires .New building , same great service !

Huge shout to Charlie! This was my first time financing a vehicle and buying through a dealership and it was a great experience. From test driving, to talking options, to financing; I have no complaints. There was no pressure in buying a vehicle, no pushing us into something more expensive. All of our questions we answered quickly and honestly. Charlie was great and was very genuine! Highly recommend and we will definitely bring any future business there!

I visited Key GMC of Rochester for the first time regarding my car, which I purchased from Key Auto in Somersworth a few years ago. The new operation has some familiar staff, but the presentation is much more impressive. I went today for routine maintenance on my car with a pre scheduled appointment. The staff was friendly and courtesy. When I buy my next car I will try out their sales team.

Key GMC of Somersworth, NH was really good to deal with! They had my vehicle warmed up and ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival.Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted and welcomed. The sales person I was communicating with stepped out momentarily. The other sales guys knew I was coming and assisted with the test drive and updating the quotation.Key GMC did a lot of work behind the scenes navigating the GMC system for available rebates, incentives, and tying my GM Points to the purchase. They also did a nice job talking about available accessories. I added running boards to my 2024 Cierra, and paid for that separately. The paperwork process went smoothly as well, electronic and hard copies.I would recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

Service reps very friendly and helpful. Explaind everything that truck was there for . Went over what GMC recommended but no pressure to have the extra done . Very fast service . Cost was reasonable for what was done . Will use for all my services as it s convenient as well .

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was lucky enough to experience both sales and service department. So let me tell you how this went.First, the sales department. I worked with Bob (rep) and Stephen (manager). I traveled 90 minutes to see this truck. It was the truck of my dreams. Both Bob and Stephen were pleasant and never pushy. They answered all my questions. They definitely do not fit the stereotype of your typical salesman. Everything was 100% upfront and fair. Even with working with my trade-in they never once tried to low-ball me and maximize their profit. It was a very smooth and excellent experience conducting this transaction.Well, a week later, I get to meet the service department. My new truck is a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali and the 2019-2021 models appear to have an issue with the engine. Some of the valves shut off when not needed in order to be more efficient but then the lifters can get stuck. Pretty expensive repair but fortunately under warrantee. I called up my closest GMC dealer as I wasn't too fond of having to go back. They couldn't fit me in until the middle of November (30 days out!). So, I spoke with Steve and he put me in contact with the service rep Alison (I believe that was her name) and she was extremely nice and empathetic. They told me to get the truck down. I did that day and the very first thing in the morning they called me back telling me I could pick it up and it was all fixed! They were able to move things around to make this a priority and get me on my way. I couldn't be more happy.This place isn't just about the sale. They are in the business of getting repeat business and that is what they accomplished with me. I'll be sure to go to them first for my next car purchase. As far as maintenance, well, it's a little out of the way but I may stop in for an oil change here and there just to say hi!

Saw a vehicle I wanted to test drive. Came in and spoke with Bob. He was fantastic to deal with. No pressure sales at all, (not typical when car shopping) very prompt in responding to me. Everyone else that I dealt with were great too! Love my new car so hopefully won t be back soon but I will send everyone I know there and be back for another vehicle some day!

These guys are awesome. Hands down will always do my business with them. I went to hilltop Chevy and it was a horrible experience. Almost embarrassing. I called these guys up and I was in my new truck the next day. From the salesman to the finance department and the general managers they were all amazing and suuuuper helpful. Highly suggest to anyone that s trying to get into a great truck at affordable prices that work for you.. 10 outta 10 go here. Thanks again guys.Just want to reiterate how great these guys are . They repaired my rear door lock actuator after I traveled hundred of miles to secure the part in Maryland. I have an extended warranty thank god that covered most but i had to pay $100 deductible on the service. This GMC dealership was unwillingly to absorb that cost. My 2020 canyon had 17500 total miles at the time of serviceAddendum to my original post: after a conversation with the service manager where we discussed my service challenges and what i feel are opportunities for a better customer experience, the manager provided me with several oil change coupons. I really appreciated his call and taking time to discuss my thoughts. I have altered my rating to 4 stars to account for his gesture and commitment to my issues

Very accommodating as to schedule and responsive to my needs. Unfortunately, my bumper-to-bumper warrantee doesn't understand New Hampshire. has a lot of salt on the roads and that causes rust on parts even if you wash every week. So much for bumper-to-bumper warrantee. Not the dealer's fault. Need to be more detailed in reading the warrantee I GUESS

Key GMC has exceeded my expectations, they were fast, friendly and just an all around great place to purchase a vehicle, they helped meet my needs in my truck purchase. The service team was very quick with my new rack install, they gave updates with progress, that's a good feeling knowing they care about my time. Customer Service is a big part of their business and I will continue my service with them.

Damaged my vehicle by installing the plate holder totally off center, and then they told me its not a big deal that there will be 8 holes in my bumper since there already needs to be 4 holes there to hold the plate. Would love to see them drill 4 extra holes in the bumper of one of the vehicles they are trying to sell since its no big deal. Offered to drill more holes in the bumper to attempt to make it straight. Refused to replace my bumper.
