A deer ran into my car door and all I have left to remember the moment is the photo and memory. Fantastic work. Car came out looking great and got it back sooner than expected.

Key collision is amazing! Customer service is top pier and they fixed my car in a timely manner. I couldn t be happier with such a painless process and their communication is spectacular! They update you thru the entire process and allow you to be at ease. Thank you for all you do! :)

Top notch experience at Key Collison in Rochester. They completed the job much quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. Their communication was terrific throughout, and it was also convenient to have a link to check the status of the repair online.Most of all, the people here are great. Laurie was just so sweet and pleasant to work with. Mike was great in explaining the work needed and making sure i felt comfortable and had a chance to ask questions. Mr car looked great when I got it back!Thank you for the terrific work!

Not a good experience this time with an insurance claim for accident repair. They have done well in the past with easier non-insurance repairs. Car dropped off on 12/12. Found out it was totaled on 1/9 a month later after several calls to both the shop and insurance. The repair quote after their "tear down" was more than double the initial quote and I never really got a clear explanation why. It was a dent to a rear door. No broken glass and it could still be driven. It took them another 2 weeks to issue the manual refund check to insurance for the initial amount paid out. I am still waiting for that to get to the insurance company so I can get paid. I had to do all the follow up. They never reached out to me with updates. Lesson learned to not sign over an insurance check to the repair shop until they complete the work!

These folks are wonderful! The work was top notch - the paint was matched perfectly. Even though it wasn't ready when expected due to circumstances beyond their control, they kept me informed and were very friendly. This is the 2nd time we've had them work on our vehicle and I highly recommend them.

These guys do great work! I inflicted a deep scratch on my new truck and they got me in to have the work completed quickly and had it back to me in just a couple days. It looks great, and when I brought it back the next day to have them address a light scratch I discovered that wasn t there before I brought it in, they pulled it right back inside and took care of it for me immediately. Very happy with my experience.

The ONLY place I will take my vehicles when repairs are necessary. Very friendly and efficient group. They do top notch repairs and the service is excellent.

Had 2 front fenders replaced and the driver's side rocker panel repaired on a 2010 Honda Accord. Fenders came out nice, but rocker panel repair still had ripples in the panel. Final charge was almost $200 more than the estimate (not informed of the added charges until pick-up) Communication from the shop was almost non-existent. Had to make several calls to get updates. After delivery found that there was an issue with a turn signal lamp. Appears socket was damaged during job. Looks like they don't bother to do a safety check before releasing a vehicle(?) Time to find another body shop.

Key Collision was very easy to work with. After bringing ny car to another garage after a minor collision I quickly realized I was not at a business I wanted to work with. Key arranged to tow the vehicle to their shop and handled arrangements with the insurance company. My car now is back in its former state. Laurie was particularly helpful. Thanks! Toby

Key Collision of Rochester did an amazing job on my vehicle. They were very convenient, kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, completed the repairs 6 days earlier and my vehicle looked like new!Best place I have ever taken my vehicles.

This place is a joke. They had my car for over 10 days and didn t lay a finger on it. All that needed to be done was an estimate but it sat out back in their lot the entire time to the point my tires went flat because it wasn t MOVED for 10 days! They lie and say they are waiting on insurance when in reality they didn t do a bit of work to it. And then when you show up to get your unfixed car they tell you they don t know where it is and to walk around the lot and find it . The worst and most useless service I have ever received, I hope this place goes out of business. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The repair was decent enough, but they took forever. Originally said it would take two weeks, then after 2 weeks said they said they were on track to complete the repair in 2 days. After the 2 days, they said it's going to be 3 more days. Then there were paint sprayer problems. Then there was a computer problem with the paint color match system. Finally, 2 WEEKS AFTER they said they were on track to complete the project in TWO DAYS, I got my car back. A couple of years ago, I had some body work done at a different shop. They gave me an estimate, I drove the car home, and they called me back to bring the car in when it was next in line. That shop then completed the repair within 3 days. This leaves the customer with the impression the shop knows what they're doing. Rescheduling the completion date 4 different times leaves you scratching your head.

These guys do great work and worked well with my insurance, but are horrible with communication. They will not let you know what's going on with your car, or even that you need to keep your rental for an extra 2 weeks! I think the emails are auto generated because I did get one saying my repair would be on time and they'd be in touch if anything was delayed. This was 2 weeks after the original completion date, and it's been 2 days since and no car or follow up yet. You'll feel like a nuisance calling all the time, but it's the only way you'll get any info so don't feel bad about it.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

This is the best body shop in the area. I have used them to work on two cars for me on three occasions and they have gone above and beyond to make my cars look great. The staff are incredibly professional and kind. The quality to detail and perfection regarding the workmanship is superior !!! I have gone to Key Collision on two occasions with two different cars a few years apart and the service and staff were superior each time. Brought my car here per my insurance for minor accident repair on the front of my car. It took them over a month, longer than they originally told me, and when I finally got my car back my windshield had a huge crack in it. If you need body work done I can t recommend Key Collision Rochester enough. They worked hard to get all the parts we needed and our car was finished and ready for us two weeks before the anticipated date. They communicated with us every step of the way and if we ever have a need to get repair work again this is the only place we will go!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Don't bring your vehicle here, they tell blatant lies, they leave you hanging and wondering, and then do garbage work in a hurry. Insurance uses them as a "partnered" provider. That says enough. Took them 2 weeks to do nothing with my vehicle and give me a trash result. They are another sketchy sleazball group of scammers.

Would 100% recommend key collision! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was impossible to talk to anyone from my insurance providers, and the staff at key were very helpful each time I called and explained everything very clearly to me. Car was brought to them for rear bumper and camera damage due to minor accident. Repairs were performed in a timely manner and shop made arrangements for alternate transportation while mine was repaired. Bumper looks like new and backup camera is now perfect. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend Key Collision and their Team!
