I brought my car in because of a flat tire. I was scheduled in for 1pm. I brought the car in at 1pm and was there for 3 and half hours. I understand it might take some time to put 4 new tires on a car, but it didn t take me more than 10mins to switch the flat with a donut and I don t have a lift. I explained I had to go to work at 4pm; they didn t finish the job until 4:30. This made me a little over an hour late. So now, not only I m out $755 I lost an hour s pay to boot.I m delighted that my dog is your favorite costumer, but I d like to be favored too.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful customer service! I was looking at a very specific car and Aristedes went above and beyond to help me get it! So kind and great with answering all my questions and concerns and truly made what was feeling stressful for me an easier process . So glad I was able to find my car with them and how patient and understanding Aristedes was dealing with me. Shout out to Lukas as well who made the paperwork part feel like a smooth transition!

Purchase wasn't too bad. But DO NOT use this place for repairs or inspections. Service department is one of those that will try to scam you out of as much money as possible. Bought the vehicle and a few months later needed an inspection and they said we had bad breaks and a few other issues. So either they're scamming to get money, or they sold us a vehicle knowing that it had these issues. Either way, I do not feel comfortable using them. Be careful.

Received attached letter from the dealership s general manager in the mail, called to inquire and gave them my year, make and model as well as the VIN and what I was seeking to be paid for my car and was told they couldn t give an exact estimate over the phone which I completely understand as they need to see the car. When I went to the dealership the number I was given for my car was below the lowest end of KBB and the reasoning I was given was they would auction it as the dealer only sells cars 1 year newer than mine on the lot. The part I m highly upset about is the excuse was attributed to the salesperson I spoke to over the phone lack of experience as she was new to why stating she was unaware of the policy to wholesale 2017 and older vehicles, however the dealership used my file containing my cars VIN, year, make and model from a previous service I had done at the dealership to identify me to send the letter from the general manager in the first place. Overall just feels like a bait and switch situation.

Aristedes was phenomenal! Even after spending time on the lot looking at vehicles and deciding none of them sparked my interest he helped me find one at another Key location. He was able to give me upfront pricing and contacted them about the specific questions I had on the vehicle before making the trip to see it. Really went above and beyond.

A little bit of bait and switch. You can get a value for your car on their website. It's actually through Edmunds and gives a fair estimation of value. What happens is that they then totally ignore that estimate, KBB and NADA guides and then give you an offer significantly below market value. In walking their lot, I found several of the same make and model to mine but substandard in equipment and options. Those were priced at more than double what they offered to me.

My experience buying car was great, Shawn the sales representative was great. But service dept , especially Mike was an A-hole. Bought used nissan and engine light came on after 30 warranty. All I wanted to do was to make sure it wasn't something that was drive train mrelated. But Mike kept reminding me that I Bought a nissan at a chrysler dealership. Came to the point where he asked me to go outside. Was very unprofessional and will never buy a car there again. Buy a used car just make sure its in the dodge, chrysler family. Sorry Shawn you were great.And parts department was also great.

The service department is the best I've been to, they do quality work and get it right the first time. The guys at the desks are very nice and do everything they can do to help the customer. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else!

I was severely disappointed. They inspected my truck that is one year old. Did not put the inspection sticker where the other one was AND left a big mess of glue where the old sticker was. I have all weather mats. I asked them to put something down on the floor. My vehicle now has grease from their shoes on it. My radio was not where I left it and the seat cooler was on. I did not have it on. To top it off, I was charged $6.95 on my bill for them to check a recall. A recall is not a cost that should be passed to me no matter what. When I went to leave they had wedged my truck so tightly in a parking space I wonder how they got out as I had a hard time getting in. This is the last time I will go there

Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation...however, the Jeep Wave Program had expired (no fault of theirs) so I was told to leave (from the boss...aka wife). They were very professional during my 4 minute late arrival and still professional during the confirmation of expired Jeep Wave Service when I was prompted to leave from "the boss".I would totally recommend and use this dealer again as our last interaction was Dec. 2021 and they had treated us fairly then also.Although you didn't receive our business today, you were still understanding and respectful...Thank You!

Everyone at Key was extremely helpful during the sales process. All of my questions were answered without hesitation. No sales pressure! When we picked up the Jeep (used) it was spotless and full of gas!

do not recommend. was looking at a truck for about two weeks. spoke to a sale person names Alyssa. she has messaged me and gave her all information on my Porsche i was trading in for a truck. and then wanted to change plans on my husbands job to buy it for us. and no answers were flowing for a week. I call the dealership today because Alyssa was no answer and they sold the truck that I had really wanted. They don t have any good communication.

I had an 8am appointment for an oil change. So did 3 other people. It was close to 2 hours before they came out and told me I needed new breaks. The price quoted was $1400.

Two week wait for a service appointment on my 2022 Ram TRX (an understandable time frame). Appointment was for 10am, truck sat in the parking lot for an hour before they finally brought it in (no communication) After three hours total they come out to say they didn t order the parts for the my scheduled service, they were unable to do a single thing to my truck and that they would call me to reschedule. Yes it took 3 hours for them to say they couldn t touch the truck. Yikes.Weeks have passed and they have not called or reached out except for a review, which I m happy to oblige!The whole environment of the dealership was off putting. The staff seemed irritated, stressed and were having foul language laced conversations in full earshot of waiting customers. Probably the most unprofessional and uninspiring dealership I ve ever been to and I ve worked with many many dealerships over the decades.Save yourself a headache and find a dealer who actually cares about the customer experience.

Service was no help with work getting done under manufacturer warranty, had to have to towed to a different ram dealer. Shawn in Sales will never call you back even after he says I'm making a note reminding myself. Save yourself a headache and go to Tri-City Dodge Ram Chrysler

these folks just keep spamming me with email because someone else signed up with my email address. i've tried numerous methods of contacting them to remove my email address from their system, but all to no avail. so here, have a 1-star google review. i strongly suggest you modify your email systems to require verification of the email address; to include working return email addresses; and to include links which allow people to easily report when their email address has been used incorrectly.

I stopped in a couple weeks earlier and spoke with Aristedes. He was nice and friendly and honest . I wasn t quite ready to buy at that moment but had the urge to trade in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee! After searching and searching I came back and jumped on a Wrangler. Aristedes or AP as I called him was great! I was really undecided, Grand L, New Grand, and ultimately my Wrangler. I test drove them all! It was nice and quiet, patient, relaxing, the whole process was quite nice. My first brand new vehicle and I couldn t be happier!

Do not go here. They tried to scam my elderly parents. Told them the whole exhaust system needed to be replaced and lifters needed to be replaced. Well, the exhaust just needed new hangers, and everything in the engine looked good. Just needed an oil change. They wanted to charge them $5,000. Avoid this place at all costs.
