Kane Auto Sales was a fantastic business to deal with. I felt that they were very personable and not like other car salespeople that are just out to screw you over. I was concerned that the car I was looking at wasn t going to be in good condition as it was posted but it actually was in very good condition. They really went through the car and made sure it wasn t a lemon. Finance wise is usually always a pain in the rear but I really liked working with Shaun and he got me a deal I was comfortable with. Michael was absolutely amazing on the phone and in person when talking about the car giving me information about its condition and putting my worries at ease. I drove out of there same day with my new dream car in great condition leaving VERY happy. Awesome company can t say enough good things about them! Thank you Shaun and Michael for my dream car and making it happen!

I m so grateful I went to Kane s!Honest, Friendly, Great Service!!!!I went to Kane s as a second opinion, due to another car place telling me I needed 1,300 dollars worth of work. Kane s thoroughly inspected my car, finding out that I didn t need any work done, and that my car is running perfectly!I definitely highly recommend Kane s,I will only be going through them from now on.

I've been to several dealerships, but when I went to Kane's they made me feel like family, it was more than just buying a vehicle. I will certainly return to purchase again. You can't go wrong going to Kane's. Great prices as well for your money.

I was very please with the sale process and treatment. However, 2 weeks later the car started to have a on and off noise in the front end. Brought it in and the car was not making the noise at the time. They were nice enough to extend the warranty (for that particular noise) for another 2 months. About 3 weeks later the noise came back; I brought it in and within 30-45 minutes they called that the car was fixed. Went to pick it up and did not make it to the highway before the noise was back. Frustrated, I brought it to my mechanic to discover that the front calipers were seizing and there was nothing left of the front inside brake pads. Someone could have died in that car and I do not understand how Kane Auto put an inspections sticker on that vehicle 2.5 months before. In my opinion they were negligent and totally disregarded the safety of the passengers.

Absolutely recommend, got turned down by many dealers and this was the only place to give me a second shot! And a two year warranty on my car!

UPDATED 5-7-2021: Purchased 2 cars in 2 weeks from here. What an amazing bunch of people, friendly atmosphere, small family owned buisness that deserves a look when youre in the market for a new car, low mileage, good prices and selection and when all others said no, they said YES! Love the New Malibu & Buick! Low mileage & at great prices. Thank you Pj & Chris for the quickest, smoothest car buying experience I've had to date. Hope to do buisness again in the future.

Kane's is great to work with! Salesman was responsive and easy going. No high-pressure sales tactics, just honest folks selling good cars. Would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a used vehicle. Finance person put the extra work in to get me the best rate available. Whole process from test drive to taking it home was about 3 hours. Just solid people running a solid small business here in Manchester. We need more like Kane's. Kudos, guys!

Bought a minivan. Came home, later found it had been in an accident and my bumper was held on by zipties. The front camera didnt work. The front left headlight was keyed. The left automatic door tries to close but will re-open itself.The Gap coverage was supposed to be removed. Owner of Kanes puts blame on Gap, Gap says they still havent gotten paperwork from Kanes. Its a massive cluster. I thought I got a deal. Turns out I didnt.

I bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK350 from Kane's recently. The salesperson Michael was very kind in having the car ready for me to test drive, and very responsive. He even texted me back after business hours to make things happen! Kudos! Thank you also to Shaun for getting me approved so quickly and an amazing deal on a warranty to make sure I feel safe and experience the value of having a luxury SUV. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

What an amazing crew! Popped in there on my way to another dealer; what an absolute blessing. Nancie, what a doll! SUCH a pleasure to work with. Her and team bent over backwards to meet our expectations and kept the process painless and were completely forthcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better car shopping/ buying experience- it was so much fun! We will most definitely be returning if the opportunity presents itself. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else! We found a car we were interested in online and reached out to Kane s about it. Shaun, our sales rep, was great. He answered our questions and invited us to come see and drive the car. He was very flexible with time for us to do that. He answered all our questions and followed up the extra requests we made. We first reached out on Thursday and picked the car up the following Wednesday. When we arrived to pick it up the detail guy was adding final touches to ensure it was perfect for us to drive away with! We truly appreciate the great experience with this purchase and would definitely recommend!! Thank you Shaun.

Can't get no better then Kanes. I purchased a vechile and the whole process took only an hour. The staff is great. They make sure they meet all ur needs and u leave happy. They are professional but have great sense of humors. Will not go anywhere else for a vehicle. So if your in need of a automobile come to Kanes Auto sales.

I recently went to Kane's as a first time buyer, I was very nervous and sceptical and the team there made me feel confident and secure in my purchase. Shaun worked day and night to get me a good deal, and afterwards he checked in to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. He pulled strings to get me a deal and I recommend Kane's for anyone who's doing this for the first time and need a helping hand. Thanks Shaun!

Do not think about purchasing from this place I have had nothing but issues with the car I purchased and they were not even willing to help. I bought a car from them in October 2021 by November I started having issues I ended up having to replace the engine. Then it has been constant issues after that between power steering issues, tire rods, control arms and wheel bearing.If you want to purchase a car that you need to dump in buy the from them. They purchase lemons and then sell them as lemons

This is my 2nd vehicle from Kane's. They treated me real good, very friendly, explained and answered all my questions on first car and the one I just purchased. They rock and so doesn't my New Used SUV. Love my ride!! And for the Service Dept... What a bunch of awesome people! I had something not working correctly on SUV, they looked at it , fixed it . But noise came back. Second time I brought SUV back, it's all corrected thanks to Eddy and the mechanics there. Eddy is awesome!! He explained the process and even showed me and told me about the part and what they had/did to it. Good learning experience! Thank you everyone at Kane's Auto in Manchester.
