The service was quick, timely, they listened to me and what I asked for. I like that they respect me asking them to not look at my filters since I check and change them regularly my self. I go to Jiffy Lube for all my oil changes and they never let me down. Everyone is always professional and respectful.

Not sure why all the complaints on this place. I ve gotten numerous oil changes and other services performed here. They are always very accommodating and professional.Just got my State inspection there today. Again, very happy with the service here. I dropped by at a little past noon without an appointment, end of the month and the inspector was grabbing some lunch. You gotta eat. So, I waited maybe 20 mins for him to come back and he got right to it.Even wished me a Happy Easter on the way out! Could not have been better for me today! I recommend them!

Not worth 1 star but google won t let me put 0. Absolutely WORST place I ve ever been. Just needed a quick inspection and they told me I failed for a tie rod issue. I took it to a REAL mechanic shop who just called me to tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I wasted $50 and my time. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVER!

Excellent service this time and the times ive been there before. Mechanic are professional, polite and explain everything. This will be the only sore I will have work done on my 2 jeeps.

Extremely rude front desk staff. Was turned down for a state inspection because my windows were too dark(factory tint). Moved here from Texas and was not aware they were too dark as I ve had it inspected in this state for the past 3 years with no issue and have never been pulled over. Being turned down wasn t the problem, it was the immediate rudeness and defensiveness when I said are you sure because I ve never had an issue before and no one s ever warned me. I was not rude and was asking genuinely as this was the first time hearing it was an issue but the front desk worker was still immediately very rude and defensive and replied with yes I m sure I do this everyday . No recommendations or advice on what to do to remedy the situation. If I was trying to pull a fast one do you really think I d go to a chain company to get it to pass? Went home, took me 15 minutes to peel off the too dark tint they wouldn t even look at, and got it inspected elsewhere. Absolutely unnecessary rudeness and defensiveness. Clearly did not want to help or be bothered and how DARE you question anything.

I went for an oil change - when I asked the price it was $120! I said no thank you and they told me they had already drained the oil and I had to pay. Practically robbery - avoid!

The so called manager must have failed their management training because he clearly has zero clue on how to operate a business. The same incompetent is also the only state inspector they have so when he regularly disappears for over an hour to "go to the bank" when there is one right across the street is utterly laughable.The same incompetent also complains to customers about he hasn't had a lunch break as an excuse for why he is so far behind on inspections and can't do any more well before their scheduled "cut off" time. Might help if this clown actually scheduled service appointments like a real, normal shop does to not waste everyones time but they only idiotically do "first come / first serve." Seriously, what sanely run business operates this way?Brought vehicle back again to finalize inspection after a 2 year old car failed due to rusty brake rotors and this same clown gives yet another lame excuse that it "will be hours" before he can get to finish the mere 10 minutes of work needed to get the final inspection done (i.e. look at the resurfaced rotors and slap a new sticker on) and me on my way because he is "inventorying" and needed to get it done by some unspecified time (because there is so much oil and filters to inventory???? LOL).Never, ever waste your time with this garbage excuse of a business.

Was here a month ago by chance to see if I could get some help with figuring out where my cooling system was losing fluid. The guys were great, took my car in and found the leak fairly quickly. They even gave me a quote on the spot to fix it, but I wasn't ready to do that at the time.Came back today for an oil change because of that experience, and also because I had a coupon. The guys I dealt with were polite and professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes. No complaints.

Service would of been good if they didn't vacuume my carpets and steal my 150 rug mats then have the manager ve disrespectful and lie saying they didn't when I have them on a built in dash cam.

I watched them rotate my tires.i should have said something but did.they rotated tires wrong.they went front to back.should have been driver tire front to passenger tire back and so on

All of the workers there were excellent and they helped me find a coupon to save money which is really nice of them and I happen to have my dog with me that day they were great to my dog also and it meant alot to me. also like I said they were also very fast and professional.

Overall friendly and did the oils change but I was not asked or shown my filters to see their status. And my receipt shows customer declined window washing and carpet vacuum which I did not decline and was very disappointed to find afterwards but I was least loading my 2 sons in so I did not go back inside to question them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are worse that Wal-Mart techs. Had these guys do an oil change on my wife's car and then a month or so later we had engine troubles. Brought it to our mechanic and he found the dirty air filter in backwards. Jiffy Lube took the filter out to see if I wanted to replace it and the put it back in wrong. Messed up the intake sensor and caused a costly fix. They refused to cover the cost because I didn't bring the car to them first for symptoms that had nothing to do with an oil change that I had them do. The the regional manager or whatever his title is refused to even take my call. I called him multiple times and left messages. He never returned my calls. I will never use this place again.Service: Oil change

This Jiffy Lube location on Rt 125 in Rochester, NH is one of the best that I have visited. The employees were very friendly, very polite and helpful. Some of the other customers were a bit odd, loud and very negative, but the Jiffy Lube team remained extrememly polite and friendly and continued to delivery the same high quality of service to all the vehicles. I was so proud of how they handled those few negative customers. This location has my service from this day forward. I would highly recommend them.

I went for an inspection, although I didn't get that done there due to short staffing, the rep on site was honest about the long wait time and offered up several other places to get my inspection done. I applaud him for his honesty. I will probably be back for other services in the future.

Tried to get and oil change done on an older Volvo. Was told they could ONLY use synthetic to the tune of over $120, even though it's run on a blend for YEARS from a certified Volvo dealer. All set, we will give our money to someone else!!

Was told they only did inspections between 1 and 3, so arrived at 1. I was informed that one guy was on lunch and the other was about to go to lunch and I could wait 45 min to an hour, or come back. So I returned in an hour. I was told he was going back on lunch cause he needed to pay his property taxes, and so was the other guy that was doing inspections.A pparently online pay is only for the rest of the world. He also informed me that they been swamped with inspections. Most likely true when u work an hour a day. Wasted my entire afternoon I took off from work.

Great start especially the manager that was working on my vehicle and take down my information in his computer. He was fast with computer and typing to begin with. Then he reset my oil change censor on my Cadillac with his computer. A sticker was replace and stick nicely and tight. Very friendly services and got me a usable online code on my cellphone. Excellent services and will def return. Thank you jiffy lube. Appreciate you guys still open during the Corona epidemic!

Mediocre service, OK work. Newsmax blaring in the waiting room without ability to change the channel. If I want right-wing propaganda I ll seek it out myself. You ve lost my business.

This is the second time I have had issues with a jiffy lube manager. My vehicle, aftermarket fenders that were designed for a different model so that the fenders overlap the wheels as required by NH law. The jiffy lube manager told me that it is illegal to put car parts on your car that were designed for a different car.The first time I had an issue with a jiffy lube manager they told me that if you mix synthetic and regular oil you will damage your car. I have heard this old wives tale before but I would expect someone in the business of putting oil in people's cars to know better.Three stars because at he didn't charge me for the inspection, but turned me away before. I took my car to a different place and it passed inspection with no issues.

Tried getting inspection at the end of the day and couldn't get me in. 5stars is for the manager who still was so polite about it that I left not angry at all. He answered my questions and treated me like I was the only customer there with 15 minutes left in the day. He is what all customer service employees should use as an example. I'll be going back soon when it's not closing time.

I paid for an oil change instead of buying the stuff and doing it myself because I wanted them to do the basic check up and stuff that is advertised as being done when you get an oil change there. The paperwork I left with says they did all of these things and they did not touch anything or look at anything else other than the oil change itself... I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning or recommending Jiffy Lube to anyone not even my worst enemy...

I flew up to help my daughter move back to Florida. everyone was great at jiffy lube. they checked all fluids, air preasure, wipers and filters. Even let me use their vacuum while waiting. Got in, got out. great job to everyone. thank you. we had a safe trip.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Ended up here at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon after my car broke down on SR-16. Called ahead to say a tow would be bringing us in and would they try to help. They were more than willing, They didn't up sell me or tell me it wasn't there problem. They were professional and courteous. If I didn't live 300 miles away I would use there service all the time. THANK YOU!!

Friendly staff and unbeatable service. Oil changes in 15 minutes or less. They make sure your car is in the condition it should be. They also offer brakes and soon to be tires! Highly reccomend this location.

Be aware of your car maintenance schedule because they will probably recommend more often than needed. Toyota recommends 10,000 miles between oil changes for my car but they tried to say 5,000. Have only had oil changes done here. They are always trying to get me to do other services but not for some of those prices. I only go if I am in a hurry but sometimes that doesn't work out well.
