Marcello and his mechanics are BEYOND amazing! They didn t treat me like a typical woman like most garages do! They actually listen to you, which is rare! This is seriously the BEST place around! Worth the drive or tow!

I was referred to this place by a good friend..l was tired getting screwed from Mechanic's because I'm a woman.#facts# l went there and met the owner Marcelino and not only he took car of my vehicle but it was prompt and the price was just right! Thank you Marcelino and team! If you need a loyal mechanic that's not going to screw you..try JDR. I recommend it!

I contacted several local mechanics when I wanted someone to confirm the part I needed to replace, but no one could fit me in that week, even though it was the start. After a brief phone contact in which I explained my situation, Marcelo was able to schedule me for a quick evaluation of the vehicle the following day. While there, he volunteered to install customer-supplied parts if I could find them cheaper and assisted in educating me about the problem, his business practices, and available solutions. I thought his pricing was reasonable and far superior to chains.

I can t say enough good things about my experience! My car was feeling off for a week or so I finally looked in my Tacoma to see a strap to my gas tank snapped and it s hangingIt was already like 5pm called around couldn t get I. Anywhere he said bring it in. I called to get the parts, he called me back 5 mins later and said do t worry I have the part in it s way here! I was shocked how I went from screwed till possibly tomorrow to just drive safe and even told me a way to rive it for the drive to him. Needless to say I didn t mind driving from kittery to Rochester to be squeezed in last minute! I have never had a place that was going out of their way this much circumstance, and for sure I paid less than I was going to be charge for the part by far the rates and professionalism are amazing and there a good group of guys as well! Thank you, Marcello, and the crew

fast service. marcelo told me my truck would be ready friday after i droped it off monday. had a lot of work to do. he called wedensday and said it was ready. great work just like a new truck. thanks for the fast service

Mechanics are beyond cool at JDR. Marcello does business as it should be done. Really helped me out for cheap with my Volkswagen Jetta. Best price around with great work and experience. Will forever have my business. Highly Recommend!!

This place is fast, efficient, and affordable. The owner is a very personable guy and is very knowledgeable about cars. I definitely recommend JDR Automotive; they have one of the best prices in town.

I've been with JDR for a while and they're always honest, quick, and fair. Many positive improvements recently which makes me like them even more, including a new location closer to my home. Cheaper inspection stickers and general repairs than most.

This is the worst auto repair shop I have ever been to very unprofessional. Mechanics are not certified to even work on cars. The owner of JDR automotive marceleo said he would work on my car then refused to made me drive my car off the lot with a bad lower ball joint said to me Goodluck he never had me sign a safety paper knowing my tire could fall off I would never recommend JDR automotive to anyone that wants there car fixed right .Service: Steering & suspension repair
