I bought a used 2020 Subaru Impreza with just under 10k miles on it from Ricardo Duarte in January 2023 (bought her outright, no experience with the financial department). Mr. Duarte worked with me on the pricing just enough to bring it down to under $21k, although I do wish I had seen the cleaning expenses before I agreed to them (the car didn't need it, anyway). I've put a little over 10k miles in her now and she's running and handling great. She hasn't needed any maintenance out of the ordinary (oil change, etc), her tires are still in good shape, and the car exceeds all my expectations. My only complaint is that the brakes are a little squeaky, but I've had them looked at and they'll still be good for another few thousand miles.I originally went down to Manchester Prime to look at a different Subaru, but Mr. Duarte called me just before I left for the dealership to inform me that car had just sold - great communication on his end. I decided to come down and take a look at the stock anyway, and am glad I did. Mr. Duarte showed me a Toyota Rav4 with 50k miles on it that handled great (he let me take it through a pile of snow!), but the 10k Impreza I saw on their website was just more fun to drive while still handling safely on a snowy, dark highway.All in all, as good of a used car buying experience as one could hope for. It was absolutely worth making the hour and a half drive down from Maine, in the snow and dark, to get this car. The price was several thousand dollars cheaper than anything comparable in my area, even including registration taxes once back in Maine. I never thought I'd be happy to leave my beloved Hondas behind, but this little car was worth every penny.

I am very happy with my purchase 2021 Subaru cross trek limited. I worked with Courtney and Michael the sales manager. They are both incredible. They worked with me to get me what I needed. There was no pressure. The customer service at this dealership is nothing like I have experienced anywhere else. I will continue to refer anyone to come here. I hate car dealerships and car salespeople. Except for this experience. Courtney was wicked awesome. I walked in after communicating online with another individual, Courtney was quick to greet me without any pressure. I let her know my story and she quickly got up to speed with my situation and moved the process along. We test drove the vehicle I was interested in and answered the questions I had. Crystal helped keep me from losing my temper while we waited over 2 hours for Steve to come finish the paperwork, so I'd recommend her as well (for sales people). As my patience thinned (like my balding head) Courtney was able to get the paperwork from Steve (whom I never met) and we closed the deal. If it wasn't for the delay with their finance dept. I would have given Ira five stars. No pressure, here's what we've got, do you have any questions type of business. I haven't forgotten about the bagels either.

Typically, I find the car buying process to be quite miserable. I m often left feeling like I was tossed into a game, scrapping with vultures, and leave feeling beaten. Not so with Courtney at IRA Subaru of Manchester! Courtney is very well versed in the models and options, listens to what you want (or don t want), and doesn t play games with negotiations. I love my new Crosstrek and recommend Courtney and her team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I had a great experience purchasing a CPO Outback from Manchester Subaru. Courtney and Niko were great to work with and didn't make me feel like I was being pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. Good communication after the sale as well when I needed some further assistance. I have purchased from other Subaru dealers in the area in the past and was not treated nearly as well. I would purchase from this dealer again in the future. Thank you!

Looked online for a pre-owned Outback and saw great pricing at Ira over other area dealerships. Ricardo met with us and showed us the vehicles we were interested in. I was unfortunately handed off to the sales adviser Charlie Peters as I was interested in a used vehicle. After the first time speaking with him he said he would give me a call back about the vehicle I was interested as it was being serviced. 4 days passed calling in daily asking for Charlie stating he would return my call. When I finally got a hold of him he said the vehicle was sold and they go fast. Well if you would have gotten back to me in a timely manner I would have had an opportunity. This dealership needs to do a better job managing customer inquiries and requests.

I am not a review writer. I am a Subaru fan having just purchased my fifth and this one from IRA Manchester. I really really hate when its time to buy a new car but the experience here was so refreshing and actually enjoyable. Professional, respectful and informative interactions with Jack to complete a fair deal and not feel taken advantage of. The same comfortableness with Jack's desk mates in sales Bob, Charlie. Steve in finance was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Prior to trading my car Service staff Tyler and Tomas were a pleasure to deal with.Great team currently at IRA Manchester.

Great experience with my sales person Jack. However the finance department is terrible. I cancelled my gap waiver in September, it is now December and I still haven't received the refund. I called the gap company to make sure it was cancelled which it was. They said contact the dealer for the refund. I have emailed multiple times with the finance manager and have gotten nowhere. He claims that the dealerships recent buy/sell to another organization has caused the problem. I do not care about their internal problems. All I know is that Manchester Subaru owes me a refund, along with "many other customers"It's been four months and still no refund is ridiculous. Other dealerships have gotten me refunds within weeks of cancellation. It is safe to say that if I don't receive a refund soon, the attorney general will be getting a phone call about them withholding cancellations for customers, along with the mess of the buy/sell.Update 1/16/24, I still have not received my refund. This place is an absolute joke. I am starting to make phone calls to make to take legal action.1/29/24. Still have not received a refund. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Honestly amazes me how its been 4 months and this is still going on.

Do not trust this dealership. I went into Ira Subaru of Manchester on 12/11/23 after I thought we had an understanding on the value of my trade. Their words were that offer is not unreasonable . Of course when I get there they low ball by $1500. I start to leave and they come up $1,000 but won t come up the final $500 because my trade has a nick in the windshield and the cover over the brake light has a crack. Today 12/21/23 ten days later I contact them and say I ve thought it over and I m interested in making the deal and they won t honor our agreement. Untrustworthy!

Philip and Prime Subaru are amazing. After calling every Subaru dealership in NH, Philip got me the exact car I wanted when others couldn t. I only spent an hour at the dealership- everything about the process was easy and smooth. We went to five other dealerships and Philip was hands down the most professional, not one ounce of pressure, but most responsive, and definitely willing to go above for his customers. I love my car and I love the service.

Christopher the sales manager tried to convince my 18 yr old son into screwing me! Let me explain. I bought my son a car when he turned 16, the loan is in my name. I paid for it until he graduated high school, at which time I said the car payment is now yours (I thought that was pretty fair) My son now wants a new car. This clown tried talking him into have your mom sell it to someone and you can buy this one, and you can drive this one home tonight ! BUT 1st he low balled him on a trade in value. $5,000 when it blue/black books for over $8,000 and we had an offer somewhere else for just that, but it was farther away. So we decided to stay local. Not to mention, he told my son You need new tires NOPE, no ya don t!! I just paid $1,200 for those little gems in April!! So, 7 months ago and with 1 oil change on them!! I don t know if he thought my son was gullible or just plain stupid! Well I guess we now take the drive we didn t want because I am absolutely not doing business here!

I'm very disappointed in the level of care we received after purchasing a car. Lorenzo Vargas was our salesperson. We purchased the car on January 6th. I called last Friday to see what the status was, and I was told they had registered the car and received the plates. I also asked what the status was on two minor items that needed to be fixed.I called early afternoon today, and Lorenzo said he would check on the status. A few hours went by, and I still didn't hear anything, so I called Lorenzo again. It went straight to voicemail, and I couldn't leave him a message because his mailbox was full. I texted him this time, and again, he said he would check on it. He called me at 5:00 and said the service department needed to order a part and it would take until Wednesday. Why hadn't the part been ordered already since he told me it was in the service department since Friday? I figured they had all last week to figure this out while the car was being registered. The finance manager, Christavo Sousa, said we most likely would have the car by today. Lorenzo now says that it could take another few days, and he said he told us it would take two weeks from the sale date, which is completely not true.He also said that he's been keeping me posted, but he really hasn't, and I am always the one to call him first to get any updates. He keeps making excuses as to why the car isn't ready.He also hung up on me during our last conversation because he said I was calling him a liar. I never said that. I only repeated back what he had told me, and things didn't add up. I would have been more understanding if he admitted he screwed up somewhere along the line and would have come clean. He insisted on playing the victim and putting words in my mouth.I can't believe a salesman would treat their customer so poorly. Gone are the days when the customer was always taken care of. I guess we don't matter once the sale goes through.Update: 2/10/24I'm changing our rating to 3 stars.After this complaint, the sales manager, Diego Catano, took responsibility and made sure our needs were met. He gave us a loaner car for a week until our car was ready. He went the extra mile to rectify the issue and did whatever he could to please us.

The sales experience I had here was by far one of the best. Mikeal was very easy going and listened to my needs, wants, and concerns intently. Steve, the sales manager, did everything he could to make me an appealing deal. It really says something about a sales staff when you leave feeling good about signing the papers.

I made an appointment online, the guy who helped me was nice and professional, as they always are. However, I went in for an oil change a week ago and they came back with a list of things about my vehicle that were wrong. It would have cost about $3k to have the parts ordered and everything fixed. The thing is, I took it to a third-party shop that one of my parents trust and the other place told me, they took a look at it: found NOTHING. I won t be going back there again and I think they just lost a customer, and not because of the service. It s only because of the ludicrous price they came up with for a few repairs and basically lied about it to make a quick buck. There s nothing to fix on the car if there s actually nothing wrong with it. The car drives, that s all that matters, I don t need problems solved that aren t actually there.

The one star is for the service department - I bought my car at a different Subaru location. Ira Subaru Manchester NH is good for basic things like oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The facility is beautiful and very clean. However the service I received was terrible. I have left voicemails, e-mails, texts and no one is getting back to me. They tried to overcharge me and I had to catch their mistakes myself. I have e-mailed one of the service workers 4 times between December 18 and January 2 and I am still waiting on a response. The automated text that says to contact the manager directly with issues is an incomplete number (it s missing a digit) so there s no way to call. I will not be back to this location.

My wife went there to get her remote start fix. After being told it would only take 45 min to 1hour. Instead it took over 4 hours and they still didn't even resolve the issue. She is 9 months pregnant and shouldn't have her time wasted like this. If the job looks like it will take longer then a car should be provided for her like she was told it would be. Unacceptable service. You don't waste someone's time like that, especially someone in her condition. Just horrible.

I highly recommend Subaru of Manchester. Their service department is excellent and their sales team superb. I just bought a new 2023 Subaru Forester. My sales person was Gary Smith. He helped me with the purchase of my 2020 Forester. He is so knowledgeable about the vehicles and all their functions. I especially like that he made sure to explain how to use certain features of my car that I didn't have in my previous Forester. All in all it is a great dealership and as long as I live in New Hampshire I will be returning for all my Subaru needs.

Prime Subaru of Manchester used to be a mom and pop dealership on Second St, they have recently moved to a brand new facility, with service bays and a large waiting area. Lots of sales desks, floor to ceiling Windows. Quite an upgrade, service is still very good. I hope they don't get too big and the success goes to their head and affects the experience and the years of good reputation

Man Robb Goodwin he is a Good Guy he went the extra-mile for me. That's Huge Im a sales guy from Subaru of Gwinnett based out of Georgia. I had a active military client who needed assistance with registering his lease in New Hampshire but he is Based in Georgia. We needed to figure out some details exclusive to NH in order to finalize his deal. I called 3 stores in the area including this one just to see if I can find the answers I need. Tricity and Mcgovern both hung up on me couldn't be bothered with my question. I know he could have kept him from a sales opportunity being on the phone with me soo If your in the Manchester area and need a Subaru or just something with wheels Robb Goodwin is for sure the one who you want to speak with. My mother and I recently purchased a used Subaru from Manchester Prime. I would recommend this sales location to anyone in the market for a new or used Subaru. The sales associate we worked with was exceptional. He was patient, friendly, efficient and gracious. He gave us our space but was available as soon as we had any questions. In fact, every step of this process was painless due to the helpful staff and inviting showroom. We drove from the seacoast just to go to Prime. We got a great deal and are very happy with our new car.
