I reached out about a mishap with a friends car. Glen reached out personally, on his vacation at that, to make sure we reviewed records and such. Ends up being the fault of a dealership, should have known! Ugh! Very appreciative of their willingness to take extra time to review these things with me. It s very important for this vehicle to be safe for personal reasons. They ve taken very good care of my dear friend and I appreciate their patience and understanding.

Drove my 2014 Chevy Equinox into their parking lot due to a mild engine noise and asked if they could look at it. Two different employees without ever leaving the counter told me the motor was seized, and it would be $15k minimum to fix. I drove it for another 10k miles before it got rear-ended. Will never recommend this place to anyone or ever think about using themEdit, since it won't let me reply to your response: I drove it in with the noise like I stated. I drove it away since YOUR employees told me it was seized without ever looking at it. I drove away because it was drivable since clearly not a seized motor, but your techs did not know what they were talking about or even want to help by at least looking at it. The accident 10k miles later was it getting rear-ended while parked and nothing to do with a motor issue. Maybe train your employees to look at a vehicle instead of just assuming, and they were clearly wrong. The noise I was hearing ended up just being a hose clamp had broken and fallen out of sight but could be heard moving around while driving. Easy for someone to figure out if they just happened to idk maybe do their job.....

I have brought my car here several times for SI and routine repairs. They are wonderful, friendly and honest. The name Integrity says it all. Integrity Auto in Rochester, NH got my extensive work done in record time. The Subaru dealer said I needed $2500 worth of repairs. Ernie repaired my car for under $780. Large and small auto repairs can be done at Integrity Auto in Rochester. And you will get straight facts with no BS. Bottom line - My car needs to be safe to drive. I can tell I had quality work done at Integrity Auto. I brought it to a couple other places and they told me I needed a new engine or a new transmission turned out I didn't..i did need a lot of work done he had my car for I'd say about 2& 1/2 weeks but still nothing wrong with her!! Ernie is the best!! & Glenn!!!

Great service, great music... Excellent customer service. They fixed my car and my vibes. Chevy equinox owner so happy!Window fix, inspection done!I'm being in so many repair shop in NH and MAS area. This is a 5-5 shop!.

Have taken my vehicles to integrity auto for all my repairs & state inspections. Have always been treated with respect and service prices have always been fair and comparable if not cheaper than other shops in the area. Owner has always been up front with me about my repairs needed and the cost of parts to include showing me the broken parts needing repaired. Mechanics are always pleasant to deal with and to talk with. Highly recommend this shop and the name fits the business.

I called into Integrity for a quote to seal the undercarriages of my vehicles. Immediately I was impressed at how honest and straightforward this team is - informing me that they can't provide a specific quote without seeing the vehicle and determining what needs to be done for prep work, prior to sealing.One top of this honesty, they went out of their way to bring me back to my home in Rochester and pick me up when my vehicle was done. Incredible service and they will continue to service our vehicles!Do not look further - these guys are the bees knees!

Integrity Automotive is a great repair shop. We have been going there for years. Glen and his crew are good guys who work to explain everything going on with the car, especially what the most economical fix would be. I have had nothing but positive experiences there, especially this summer when I needed to drive my son to college and our alternator died two days before we were supposed to leave on this 12 hour drive. They were able to get us in, fix it and get us on the road in plenty of time. Also, being a woman, I appreciate that they do not talk down to me, but explain everything in just as much detail as they do to my husband.

I dont normally leave reviews on anything but these guys deserve it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys for any type of service or repair! They have gotten me out of many tight spots with my work truck and personal vehicle at a fair price with quality work! Both instances I was short on time and they were able to get me in and everything taken care of quickly so I didnt have to cancel all my lined up work. They are very profesional and personable and are a repair shop you can actually trust! Give these guys your business!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I brought my chevy truck in for a safety check. They looked and noticed very bad rot. They noticed the many fixes I had too. They could have fixed some of the items but not the rot so they told me it was not worth it as the rot is so bad. I traded my truck for a van due to them. They were very honest. They took safety first. They get you in fast, same day or within a few days for service. They have a great location. The owner and other staff are nice.

This shop was recommended to my husband and I when we were calling around for a repair, I grew up in an autobody shop, and my husband is excellent with mechanics-to have us both blown away by the level of service we received from Integrity is an understatement. From beginning to end the conversations, estimates, time expectations were laid out cleary. The work done (welding)was incredible, there isn't a single complaint I could think of dealing with this crew. Thank you for your incredible work!

I started taking my Audi to Integrity back in 2012 and I have been extremely satisfied with the work that Glenn and his crew have done. They have gone above and beyond trying to save me money on repairs and have gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. After Glenn worked on my car it ran better than it ever had! I called the shop and dean ellis answered the phone and asked him when and if I could get my car looked at as a second option. And right away within the hour my car was at this shop coming from barrington. I could not ever ask for better automotive experiences. Dean ellis is awesome. Awesome job as usual! Great and timely service. Very affordable! Won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Would rather drive from Manchester to Rochester anytime, since I know that I will receive professional care for my money!

The guys at Integrity have worked on my Nitro a couple times now. They are very nice to deal with , I find them to be very honest and up front. They are very helpful and even the mechanics talk to you NOT at you. When i did not know what the mechanic term for something was the mechanic took the time to explain to me what it was.You do not find that anywhere else.! Even when they could not fix my Nitro they gave me information other options to getting it fixed. Great group of people at Integrity. Bringing them some brownies as a thank you today. Highly recommend them.

I am always skeptical of mechanics, which isn't fair, too many shady experiences have caused me to keep my guard up. But after having some work done on my 2002 Subaru by Integrity, they have earned themselves a customer for life.Everyone at the shop is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and they take their time to explain things to anyone, like myself, that doesn't know very much about cars. They walked me through every step of what was going to have to be replaced and showed me piece by piece what parts would be used. Furthermore the final bill came in slightly below their quote, no surprise charges or "other stuff that needed work." If you are looking for a straight forward down to earth mechanic Glen and his crew are the ones. Hands down best shop I have ever worked with.

So first off will say that my experience is just from a phone call; BUT the guy I spoke with (Orlando I believe) he was very helpful and very kind! even though my issue was a bit difficult he didn't just throw me off the phone an call it a day! He defiantly understood where I was coming from, knows were all not made out of money so he didn't want to risk charging me for a job that might not of worked (ECM) but he gave me loads of info that really helped me out! Gotta say if there is anything that needs to be done on mine or my husbands vehicles that we cant do ourselves I will no hesitate to go there! They seem VERY FAIR!!!!

I've been taking my car here for a few years now to get inspected and Glenn is always very fair and straightforward on what needs to be done. They charge very reasonable rates and Glenn and his wife are always polite to their customers.

I was driving home from NH when the brake line on my car let go. Luckily I was in a parking lot when this happened. I limped to Integrity which was only a few hundred feet away. Not only was my car brought in immediately I was told what the issue was and had an estimate for the correction within a half hour of pulling into the lot. The screw holding the brake line that broke was rusted into the caliper so there was a bit of a complication. Instead of replacing the caliper Integrity worked on the screw with heat and an air wrench and were able to free everything up. They did not just replace the caliper as many other places would do. While I was waiting for my car to be fixed another customer came in with an issue. They took her car out for a drive and came back saying "You are going to need brakes but you don't need them now. Come back in about 6 months". I also heard them speaking with multiple suppliers to find inexpensive snow tires for a third customer. These guys actually care about their customers and business. My father lives about 10 miles from Integrity and he, along with the rest of my family, have found a new mechanic.

Dean has been fixing the vehicles of my family for years now; he always works his hardest to get you in promptly & works efficiently, thoroughly, & never leaves you wondering if anything else is wrong with your vehicle !

Amazing, friendly service. Had brake problems, came in unannounced right before they closed, and the owner was amazingly helpful and gave me peace of mind before we left. Highly recommended!

Do Not use this business for a state inspection. They will fail your vehicle saying it needs repairs to pass. I took my vehicle there and they tried to rip me off for over a grand. Find an auto mechanic that is honest. This company's name is ironic. I will never go there again.

I have known Glen and Tammy for years. Its hard to find a Mech Service that is Respectful, Upfront and HONEST. He will do what he can for anyone. He is a BUSY man, small tight and organized shop.
