First time visit the other day and I had a great experience. Staff is super courteous and Rose, (the dog) was great company while I waited in a very comfortable waiting room. Fair pricing and if you go in thinking you need a certain repair done and they find that it's not needed, they'll let you know instead of charging you for an unnecessary service.

I always love walking by Harvey s tire just so I can read the marquee every day. They always have such beautiful quotes on the marquee. They re very inspirational.

I have my tires done here whenever I need new ones put on my vehicle. Super friendly team and done in a timely fashion. Refuse to go see anyone else!

So I get a quote from herveys for $150 to remove tires and put them back on the rims after I had the rims powder coated.I go to pick up My car tonight and get hit with a 100 dollar storage fee. Never mentioned a storage fee when I dropped the car off. I told them in 20 yrs of being a officer in rochester that Hervey gave me a quote for work his word was always true. And he stuck to his word. I guess the boys don't keep their word. Let's see if the small claims judge agrees with me. You quote a price, you stick with the price. Sloppy business pratice...probably delete this review...

Trust for those who endure the years. Hervey's ranks with Royal's Pizza for those with long memories. You know your from Rochester when you know Hervey's Tire Co. Other pass buy and only read the "signs" of their times.

Excellent locally owned company! They were very friendly and fairly priced. I brought my car in for a simple tire job, and I was so happy to see the technician using a torque wrench on my whee when he was finished. It s those details that make the difference. I will definitely be back!

We go to herveys for everything. Thanks for squeezing us in. Always a pleasure and very honest. They are not a mechanic looking to make money off you. Dropped my van off not expecting to have it back that day because they were booked out but was told they would try to work on it in between. Got a call back a couple hours later telling me it wasn't what we were expected was wrong and was just a battery. So couple hours later and less money then expected I got my vehicle. We love herveys and is our go.to place. Thanks herveys

My wife dropped her car off for service the other day. They were done with tire install and oil change in a few hours. It was a little more for the oil change than she expected but was completely satisfied. I also need a new tire, so I will give them a chance to impress me and get that 5th star.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!I cannot begin to say enough good things about Hervey's!They corrected a really terrible alignment I had done at 2 other shops prior to going there. The man doing the alignment and the owner came out to speak with my husband and I. Both the owner and the person who had done the alignment were humble and honest. This shop takes pride in their work and I am so grateful and thankful for the wonderful job they have done!Very open about pricing, honest about the work completed (including if they ran into any issues), family owned and operated (and they make you feel like you are part of their family too!). I could not have asked for a better experience!

Hervey's Tire has the best tire prices around because they have no overhead unlike every other tire store around the area including the big-box stores. That's what happens when you've literally been in business for over 100 years! They also run a fair price honest garage. Plus you always have to pay attention to what's on the big sign in front of the business. If you don't know what that means you're just going to have to drive by and find out for yourself.

Great service i will definitely make this my go to shop.repair costs were way lower than the estimate and the job was done super fast and my car sounds great! oh and they are very nice and extremely helpful through the process!

I have been there a few times and they are helpful and seem honest. The only downside is if you stay to wait for your car instead of dropping it off, you could be there a while even after they finished with it. Also, they are friendly but know that they are in business so they charge for every tiny little thing like adding a screw to the bumper.

You guys out my tire on too tight, didn t offer any 6 month lug adjustments. I go to put my spare on for the weekend and the lug snapped off clean with my 4 way. No I m not a big guy i consider myself scronny. I really hope you don t do this to everyone. Use a torque wrench not an air gun every time. Food for thought

My experience with them was great! They really care about You as a customer and your vehicle, they were busy but they still fit me in to put in a new brake light switch before they closed, he was concerned about someone hitting me from behind, he could have told me to come back but he went out of his way. Very friendly people.

Hervey's tire has to be the best mechanic shop in the tri-city area, if not all of southern NH. I've taken a wide variety of vehicles there for regular routine maintenance such as oil changes and alignments as well as larger jobs like wheel bearings and control arms and such. Every time I took a vehicle there, even without an appointment I felt like I was a priority. They always called to confirm with me what they felt needed to be done and work out a price point before beginning any work on the vehicle. The actual price was always either as quoted or less. Incredibly friendly and very accommodating.I have family that drives an hour to brings their vehicles here because they are the most honest and reasonably priced mechanics they have ever met. After finishing work on a vehicle, they often times told me what they felt needed to be worked on in the future and when to start thinking about it. They've even taken the time to describe to me exactly how things on the car work so that I can get a better understanding of what maintenance I would need to do. You can tell they have a passion for their work.One time I felt that they UNDERcharged me for some work and when I brought this up to the mechanic he said "you'll get over it."I would recommend anyone get their car worked on here.

I called today in the middle of a Monday. They had me in & 2 new tires in half the time they told me. Very polite & I didn't feel silly for the questions I was asking. I love these guys. They are honest guys that want your business so they are very trustworthy about advise & what you should do..

I stopped in on Thursday afternoon about 45 minutes before closing, needing someone to tell me if a tire was repairable or not. No appointment, simply took a shot in asking, thinking I would have to leave the tire overnight. I was asked if I could wait a few minutes until someone was able to take that look. Not only did they take a look, but asked me to decide if I wanted to have the tire repaired on the spot. They made it clear there was chance it might not work, but it would be a lot less than replacing it. End of the story, tire repaired and spare remounted under the vehicle. Three weeks later, no problems and a place I know can be trusted to give you great service, a fair price and best of all, a truck and auto repair center that can be trusted. Absolutely no hesitation in giving five stars, they earned it.

It really is a relief knowing there's a mechanic in town with integrity that isn't looking to bankrupt you. Fair prices and great service is all I've gotten here.

Great shop, one of the few that will inspect a Tesla in the Rochester, NH area. They've done the NH State Inspection and tires on my Model S. Quick and easy to work with!

I have lived in Rochester since 2008, but have never been to this shop before.I went to have the tires on my truck put on a new set of wheels. Then I asked them to install a set of Aftermarket hood hinges and adjust one of my fenders.They had my truck for a day, their work was absolutely outstanding, and they parked my truck inside overnight because I wasn t able to get it that afternoon.In addition to the great work, I was blown away the incredibly reasonably cheap price.I will be returning to this shop!

Always honest prices are good spectacular crew and humorous ! Been going here for years when my car was new I went to dealer until my warranty ran out then went to Herveys even though my dealer gives me inspections for life I take it to Herveys! Got brake job for 200 dollars Dealer wanted same job for 1000 dollars that's new rotors and pads! That's why I go here! You want to be overcharged and lousy job then go to the Dealers

Got tires mounted and balanced wheel straitened. I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times and every time they said it was all fixed and the steering didn t shake at 65MPH. It did shake at 65MPH every time! Hate being lied to and having to pay for it. Never going here again. Maybe they couldn t fix my vehicle but don t lie to me and say it s all fixed.

if you want to be overcharged and have them purchase the wrong parts for you and make you pay full price for there mistake After the mechanic tells you will not have to pay. Then I highly recommend you go there. Not Good Service At all.I Would neber recommend ANY ONE TO GO TO THEM. THEY MADE MY SON PAY OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS EXTRA FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE.

Got to say after my recent visit I think I have found my new place to go for car service. My regular mechanic recently retired and was looking for a new place to go and after several places I can say I will definitely return here. They beat the price of several other places by a few hundred dollars and while they had it told me I did not need all the work the other place told me I needed.
