So happy with the work done at Henry s. I was rear ended and sent my car in for repairs. The entire staff from Donna, Steve, Jason, and Kevin? (Sorry if that s not the right name, someone who answered the phone today to assist me) were extremely friendly and helpful. They completed the work in record time (5 days), and my car looks brand new. I was so happy to see they even detailed my car. Thank you so much to everyone at Henry s Collision Center! :)

I truly cannot over state just how professional and complete their service is. They took care of every detail from my first call to pick up and more.The work was excellent. I couldn't tell where their work started and the factory ended.They communicated every step of the way, so I was never in the dark.I am very comfortable giving them 5 I'm a tough customer, and they even pleased me.

Where to Start I had it towed in & Prior to my first walk through, I spoke with the Secretary- Donna & She was extremely helpful and very supportive of this entire situation. She was Kind, Honest and very understanding.2nd is Deryk, whom I did my walk through with & He went in depth about how each ? I had, his answers, left me with No follow up ?s & how parts of the walk through were going to be assessed and how it needed to be done, He's Super knowledgeable.When I tell you , that after just these 1st -2 encounter's.I felt, I was leaving my new car in the best care. It was a Refreshing experience & breath of fresh air- TBH!Each week, I was updated on Each thing that was happening and ,or was asked about specific things that I had ?s on. Every little thing was Done. From The Parts Department- Paint, Assembly, Assessment, Etc. All Professional and Done in the time frames that were given.I was So happy & Grateful to have found this Shop. From A-Z, AMAZING! Thank Each & Everyone of you For All Your work and getting this car back up & Looking Amazing as well. Ps, For Anyone leaving reviews on the website about things that don t truly matter. If your vehicle Drives & Gets You (us) from point A-B and Safely That s ,Their MAIN job.To make sure your (Our) vehicles Are Road safe & You as well!!If you re in it & driving around, Then the job was done! Excellent service all around! My parents had their car worked on at Henry's Collision Center and I was amazed at how perfect the car came back to them, so there was no question where I wanted to go to have my car fixed when it got hit. All places are backed up right now so I knew I was going to have to wait a little bit before they could get me in for an appointment for repairs. Before they could get me in, my car was hit not once, but 2 more times! Even with the 3 seperate accidents, they were still able to do all the repairs during my original scheduled date. Everyone who hit my car had a different insurance company, so they had to work with 3 different companies which was less than fun... however, Donna, Jason and Jennifer were amazing! They were very communicative, explained the processes, kept me posted with updates, kept it real with me and I felt they really went above & beyond! I got my car back today and it looks just as good as the day I bought it... they did an excellent job! If I ever need bodywork done again, I will definitely go back here and I highly recommend this place... 10/10!

To start off, I am super impressed by Henry's Collision Center.I owned a Jaguar SUV and had a sunroof crack. I have contacted probably a dozen of collision shops and auto glass shops, but none of them wanted to take my business because my car was considered luxury and complicated. And some of them had problem dealing with my insurance. I then was recommended to go to the dealer for this job. Then I called 3 Jaguar dealers and none of them would take this job even though this is their brand! What a joke! Well, I will NEVER get a jaguar again and advise everyone to stay away from Jaguar as well. It's such a pain in the butt!Long story short, after almost a year of struggling to find a shop to fix my sunroof, I tried Henry's number. Derek received my call and after listened to my description and venting of my experiences, he assured me that they repair luxury vehicles including Jaguar frequently and answered all my questions. They would handle everything and communicate with my insurance directly. Then we scheduled a time for the appointment. I dropped off my car at the time of appointment and 3 days later, my car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car, my car was like brand new inside out. Not only was the sunroof replaced, they even did a detailing service to my car! They also offered lifetime warranty to their work - WOW! The whole process was so smooth and pleasant - a big thanks to Derek. Donna and Jennifer were also very helpful and friendly!One thing that I find a bit inconvenient is their scheduling. They are VERY BUSY so my appointment was scheduled 4 months out. But I guess that shows how popular they are.I do wish that they could open a location near Boston. It's 50 miles away from me. But I am still very happy that I found this place! I would consider them again even though it's 50 miles away.

The people at Henry's are exceptional. My accident was with my son, he choose a different collision center because of insurance purposes, and I can tell ya they had his car 27 days (after waiting 2 months to get in) and Henry's had my car barely a week. They are on top of their game.My car inside and out came out 10000% better then it went in.I have used them in the past and won't use anyone else. I am glad to give them a 5 rating.

Great customer service, very thorough estimate process, and top-notch work. Henry's Collision Center worked fantastically with my insurance company and is well worth the wait to get your work completed! I will definitely be using Henry's for additional work on my Tacoma!

I loaned my Classic 2005 Lexus SC to a friend who had a car that was totaled and no means of transportation. Unfortunately while they had it they got in an accident and the right front section of the car plus the steering was significantly damaged.My insurance company identified Henry s auto body in Manchester, New Hampshire to do the work and we got it scheduled and just recently completed.The car looks like New and drives like the original vehicle. Their price was fair. They called when there were issues, and I got them resolved quickly, and everything was done in the professional manner and it was completed before the actual due date.I ever had a need for auto body repair. I would definitely would use Henry s auto collision center in New Hampshire.

The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and really made me feel like they cared about getting the job done right. They frequently gave calls to update me on the status of my vehicle and made sure everything was done right before they returned the vehicle to me. You can tell the staff here genuinely cares about their customers. Would absolutely recommend Henry s for any body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very nice work! The area of my car that they worked on looks brand new and the entire car was cleaned inside and out. Henry s is the only place I d go for body work on my car. Great job Henry s! Thank you!

Henry's made it beyond easy to get my car repaired. They worked directly with my insurance and the car rental establishment and made it so that pretty much all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up. I cannot recommend them enough.

Henrys is great at what they do. They deliver your car in beautiful repair. The work gets done really fast and is ready to be picked up within the estimated time frame. I waited three and a half months to get in after being hit at a stop light but it was worth it. The car looks brand new. Every step was so smooth from evaluation to drop off, to rental to pick up. Thank you all.

We have been going to Henry's Collision Center for several years whenever we have collision damage. The service is exceptional. No one likes to deal with the after effects of accidents. Their relationship with our insurance company and car rental companies also makes a not so great time be easier to handle.

This was not my first time having work done at Henry's. I will continue to go back because they do an excellent job every time. I initially selected this place based on the ratings and reviews. The receptionists were very nice, I do agree with that. Hence, the two stars. However, it was difficult to receive a callback after they had my vehicle for repairments. I had two wheels stolen and it took them almost two weeks to return it.After repairments, it wasn't at 100% and it still had issues with the sensors. They referred me to another place to calibrate them. However, afterwards, I was still having issues with the TPMS turning on/off. I called a couple of times and they kept telling me it was because of the weather change. But I never had this issue before the whole wheel situation.Regardless, I went to a lot of different places to get it checked out. It appeared that no one could find or recreate the issue. This was super frustrating.About two weeks ago, the TPMS signal continued to flicker. Eventually, it remained on and wouldn't shut off. I had previously gone and a representative told me to check-in with them again if the issue continued as they had a warranty of fixing any persistent issues (or something along those lines). Thus, I called and spoke with another representative who stated he would speak with the owner and call me back within the next hour or so. Nothing.I managed to find a place who would take the time to look at my vehicle. Well, they finally found the issue, the sensor was broken at this point. I told them the whole story from the beginning to the end, and it was concluded it was a faulty tire pressure sensor. They deduced this because I had mentioned an issue with how steering (especially when speeding up) felt weird, and how the TPMS would act weird. Turns out those were signs.Regardless, the place I went to had no issue with configurating the new sensor. I have had my vehicle for the last week or so, and the TPMS has not been an issue. My car feels a lot smoother and is actually working. I feel a lot more positive, I haven't had to drive with anxiety thinking the TPMS was going to light up.At this point, I can confirm I have wasted a little over $400 trying to get the issue fixed. I'm not one to leave reviews but because of the headaches, stress, and frustrations I've gone through, I've decided to leave this review as a reminder. A reminder to never return here or recommend to my coworkers and friends. But they already know (and I'm assuming have passed on the word to their loved ones) as they've seen me struggle and have seen the problem firsthand. A couple of them have had to give me rides at times because my anxiety driving the car was so bad.

so so glad i took my car here. a tree fell on my jeep after a storm and henry s was one of the only shops around that took my insurance. extremely helpful throughout the whole process of my car being fixed and it came out amazing.

Henry's repaired my car in good time, communication was A1, and they made my car look like it was fresh off the lot! I needed my bumper fixed due to a deer running into me. Courtesy, compassion, and respect. Amazing staff, unparalleled response times. Unfortunately the car was totaled so they didn't end up doing any work, but this would be my go to if I ever needed somewhere again. Highly recommended.
