I was referred here by a tech from Milwaukee as in Harley Davidson. My pan am special has been a problem since day one. However this dealership has been able to fix most of the real issues. Only issue that no one has a fix for is the below 60 degrees starting issues no biggie its some weird gremlin. I wouldn't really consider the cold start thing an issue. Brought my bike here last week for a loss of rear brake with no fluid loss. Turns out it just needed a brake fluid flush. These bikes seem to be super sensitive to worn brake fluid make sure you check moisture content at the very least yearly. Brake fluid much like on your car is hydroscopic it's supposed to be changed every 2 years. I recommend the service department here. I dropped my bike off in the afternoon next day the called me in the morning and let me know it was fixed. Picked it up and guess what my rear brake worked again and even my front brake felt like it was working like it did the day I bought it. These guys know what they're doing and don't give a hard time to people with the service plans!

I LOVE this place!!! I m just sorry I passed Rochester HD to Manchester HD Wasted 4 hours on 2 trade ins significantly undervalued!!! Went to Rochester HD AND THEY ALL ARE A CLASS ACT FROM START TO FINISH!!! Especially Morgan in the finance dept!!! If you looking I can guarantee they will treat you like family!!! And my wife and I LOOOOOVVVVEEEE the bike!!! Thanks Rochester HD!!! I had to add Derek one of the managers there. He wasn t even supposed to work Sunday was just there to do one thing and leave but when I came he stopped what he was doing and worked on my 2 trade ins for a fair market value which was pretty higher than fair lol. The deal was done in less than 2 hours start to finish and he wouldn t leave until it was done!!! CLASS ACT DEREK!!! Last but not least Zach and Robbie!!! Made sure we were taken care of, helped unload my 2 trade ins, touted the store, and of course popcorn lol!!! Again Thanks Rochester HD!!!

I can t say enough about how wonderful Paul is in service. His advice and expertise were very very much appreciated. His communication skills are far better than anyone I ve encountered in the motorcycle industry. I highly recommend these guys for service.

Good service, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff, usually well stocked, and spoken very well of by others. If you need a Harley-Davidson Dealer in their general area, this is the place to go!

I own two Harley Davidson motorcycles. I have owned 4 of them. 3 of them were dealership purchases. I can say that like any dealership is, they will always try to up sell. I went into Rochester Harley Davidson with the intent of buying one of their used bikes. I paid for a 2013 CVO road king in cash on the spot. There was a dent on the fender from an apparent mishap from another customer. So I paid to get it repaired. A new fender essentially. The service was excellent, but it went downhill from there. Sure, they thanked me for the purchase, but that fender. 60 days. My bike sat in the dealership for 60 days. To be fair, it only took 15 minutes to install. But it sat in the shop 14 days to get installed.

This place is now worth checking out; in the past, it had a bad service between parts and the service dept - However, there is a new service manager, who is awesome! - i think his name is Dave - Paul at the service dept was awesome as well - they took care of me, going above and beyond to show me they appreciate my business - Good work, fair price - Highly recommended as of Nov 2023...Highest marks!

Had very positive experiences here over the last several service appointments. Service department has been consistent, honored the quoted price and complete work as expected. Have used the parts department for years, Scott and Wayne are excellent. Always helpful (not always easy finding what fits my CVO) and have recommended Rochester to many friends and even my boss whom purchased a used Harley there.

I love Harley Davidson! I just wish they would come down on their prices for things like boots, shirts, bags etc. They're one of the biggest names out there and honestly do not need to charge what they do for their products. Aside from that they're great, which includes the staff.

These guy's are great. I left my trike with them for winter. I have been dropping it off in September and my 2021 cvo trike is aways well maintained and ready for me when I return from Florida. A great value for the impeccable service. See you all in the spring.

Had a bad experience in 2018 buying a used sportster 48 and with the service department. Its a long jacked up story but nonetheless my recent visit with the service dept for an inspection was great. Still, the bs experience from years ago was so impacting im giving four stars. I'd rather deal with Seacoast Harley if I can

Well it was December 21st and I was going to Rochester Harley to buy a sweatshirt and ended up buying a motorcycle the folks at this dealership were really nice and worked hard to get me a very Great deal very pleased with my purchase, the people, the experience was awesome so glad to be back on a Harley after 10 years of not riding one !!!

Good customer service and sales. Buying process was a bit long but what else would you expect during bike week. The team was very accommodating and my wife had nothing but good things to say about her backrest. Very enjoyable 300 miles home.

Bought a 2012 switchback 103 1600, Ted and Robbie were a great help with buying my first bike, were not pushy whatsoever, and helped me figure out what bike would best suit me. Very easy to work with and very hospitable to their customers. I will buy from them again.

Very friendly and awesome prices . The 2 ladies at the merchandise counter were so awesome they went well out of the way to tell me about not just about the merchandise but on ways to save on the merchandise but also a new app on my phone that you can get points at all Harley Davidson shops, and to even have knowledge on the bikes on the floor was amazing! I will say I am never going to buy another bike but only from this Dealership this place ROCKS THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

We bought our bike here just about a year ago and we take a ride up here and they always have what we are looking for. Today we bought a seat cover for the rain and they helped my husband with the navigation. They are always willing to help.

Service department was great! On a muli-state trip from Birmingham AL, my trike blew a head gasket. Dave, Mike and John worked diligently to get me back on the road, handle the warranty process and keep me updated during the whole ordeal. They went above and beyond during a somewhat stressful time.
