this was one of the worst experiences i ve ever had to deal with. from lack of professionalism to direct ignorance of this company. i chose to support a local company to replace a valve stem on one of my wheels. i got the wheel back and mounted on to find that the valve stem was not sealed correctly at all. after trying to replace the wheel with my spare i came across the word bent crudely ground into my wheel. i was never informed of any of this and what could ve been a simple wheel and tire balance has no put me stranded on the side of the road, late for work. do not do business with this company there is no integrity and no respect for the customer or their vehicles!

My daughter, a college student, took our vehicle in to Granite State because of concerns about leaking oil and a dead battery. They quickly found the issues and fixed them, getting her back on the road. They were clear and upfront with the prices and transparent with the work that needed to be done. I am extremely happy with the work they did and in how they dealt with us!

I had a knocking in my vehicle and was scared as I was an hour away from home. Luckily for me, I was close to Granite State Tire & Battery. They were professional and quick to solve my issue. It's always scary going to a place you don't know and are at their mercy, but they took care of me and now have a customer for life!

I let the task of inspecting my car slip my brain and I went into the shop panicked about getting my inspection as soon as possible! Just HOPING I would be able to get in within a week. They took me within the hour. They took my car off at 4:20 even though they close at 5. I would recommend Granite State Tire and Battery to anyone! My family and I have been going to them for years! I was hesitant because I heard they had new owners but they too are amazing!

After being turned down by other tire and alignment companies I called granite state tire & battery and asked if they could install tires and align my 2017 ram 1500 limited, without hesitation they scheduled me for that same day, my truck has the factory air ride system and most companies didn't want to deal with the difficulty in aligning it, Thank you Granite state tire and battery for a stellar job! Highly recommend

Great shop and terrific bunch of guys! Too bad it's not possible to give 6 stars. I got a flat tire late in the afternoon on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and they were scheduled to close around 5:00 PM. Even though they were pretty jammed up, they somehow got my car in and plugged the tire so I was able to make my trip for Thanksgiving. I'm pleased to recommend Granite State Tire & Battery!

I can t recommend this place enough! My mechanic from 26-years retired, and highly recommended I connect with Granite State Tire & Battery. Norm is super up-front, honest, and truly tries to get the best deal (if a part needs to be ordered, etc.). It is a huge weight off my shoulders to have a place I can trust and depend on. I m grateful, and you will be too!

They are the auto technicians of both my wife and me and have been for the last 5+ years. They are also the preferred techs of many people I work with. I am always greeted with a smile. They get our cars running like a fine watch in the time they promise. If the 1st fix doesn't solve the issue, they are back at finding the correct solution when WE are available. These guys are the best!

Only Granite could get me the exact tire model/size I needed for an out of town trip scheduled for today. I called Norm today (8/3/22)about 10. He got the tire from the supplier, mounted on my car and me out the door out by 1:45. Just great,great service.

My wife & I have been customers of GST for many years...even though we no longer live in Manchester, we still return for their honest, reliable and excellent service. They've been great over the years when emergency service has been needed & always manage to make room for us. Trust me.....plain & simple, you CAN'T go wrong with Granite State Tire.

Tired of places making you book out weeks in advance for the SIMPLEST job like a tire changeover but pushing you up to the last spot in the day sure. I ll just hang around all day in Manchester because of a simple tire swap I thought they did ok before and figured I d give them one more try but not after this

Great communication and was easily able to schedule an appointment online. I only had an oil change, but was able to wait on the service (which was fast and fairly priced). I'm new to the area and was recommended this family owned shop by several people who've been going here for years. I was pleased and imagine I'll be a customer for years to come as well! Thank you :)

I went to Granite State Tire and Battery to have a slow leak in my tire fixed and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the service completed. They took the time to find the cause, explain the problem and fix it at a great price! They did a great job!

My family has been bringing our vehicles to the Boucher brothers since I was a kid. While I still can t tell them apart, every guy at the shop is friendly, and knowledgeable. Anything that goes wrong with my Jeep or company vehicles, I know I can bring it in and get a straight answer and a quick, reasonably priced repair. You won t regret bringing your vehicle into Granite State. Thanks for all the help over the years boys!

Stopped by because we had a flat! Man was terrific! Fixed the tire, on our way. 20 minutes!!! Great service, Great people! Thank you So Much!

The business is extremely professional. They are very helpful, and do not try to sell you something you don't need. I would strongly recommend using granite state tire and battery for anyone! If you're driving through Manchester and need an urgent assistance they are just barely off interstate 93 on Hanover street

Have multiple sets of tires from them, and they give free tire rotations as a result. They also work with my difficult schedule and often give me prime time appointments for the FREE service. Their waiting room is also cleaner than most garages making it a more enjoyable experience.

I have been going to these guys for 40 years now with many different vehicles... never had a bad experience - ever. Quality work at a fair price backed by pure honesty... try them and you won t go back to your mechanic. Promise.

Sadly I dont live in the area anymore. This shop was my go to mechanic for many years. The staff are excellent and provide honest quality service. These types of family businesses are very hard to come by. Good honest mechanics are hard to come by. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I went here for the first time this year. Should have stayed using then years ago. They seem honest, their prices are fair and they didn't come up with a list of a million repairs my car needed.

I RECENTLY HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT GRANIT STATE TIRE AND BATTERY I ALSO HAD FOUR TIRES , AND INSPECTION STICKER PUT ON. THE SERVICE WAS AS DONE IN A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY COMPLETED.THEIR WORK IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS.VERY SATISFIED.
