They did a great job replacing my windshield and had excellent customer service. I found them online while looking for prices for a replacement. The website was easy to use and got a quote instantly through email. I called them immediately, they already had my information and scheduled me an appointment. I highly recommend this place.

The people here are so much better than our last visits to the West Lebanon location. Wish they were half a good, especially on the phone. Customer service scores 5-stars at the Rochester office! Thank you for the great experience. Hope this helps.

This Rochester location is really great! Excellent customer service, like the good ol' days. Recently the back window on my wrangler blew out unexpectedly and thankfully it was covered under the installation warranty. It had been replaced a year and a half ago by another GSG location on the west side of the state that was unfortunately troublesome from the get go. Found out it was due to the strut brackets that were installed incorrectly. The staff at Rochester was amazing, understanding and great to work with during a difficult situation. Thanks so much again for fitting me in quickly and a positive experience!

Needed a piece of glass cut to exact dimensions for my grandfather clock. Done in fifteen minutes. Good price!! My granpapi clock looks like new. Thank you!!

Excellent service! They were able to get me in first thing the next day(Weekend) Fast, professional and super friendly!!! I hope I never have to see them again.....lol.....but if I ever need another windshield, I'm going straight to Granit State Glass!!

Had a broken windshield called and set up an appointment dropped off my car at 12:00 it was done by 3:30 and they did an awesome job would highly recommend anybody in need a window repair to go here and it was the lowest price I could find

I've had Granite State glass repair windows, sliding doors, screens, and a van rear window. Some have been done on site and some in shop both at the Rochester and Concord locations. The repairs have been done perfectly, and they show up on time for on-site repairs. It's a really good organization.

My Chevy Silverado had a huge crack in the middle of my windshield and it was starting to spread out Wednesday so I went on Granite State Glass website for a quote and got an email seconds later! I looked around and other places was asking for double of what Granite State Glass was offering! Went in Friday 9/2 for my appointment and they got my windshield fixed under 2 hours! The customer service was amazing and my windshield looks so much better! Doesn t look like it s aftermarket at all. They even put back my EZPass and my oil change sticker back on too! I definitely would recommend this place if you need a windshield replacement! Will definitely come back if my windshield needs to be fixed or replaced!

I replaced the glass in half of my window. It took 5 weeks to complete.When I first brought the window the woman at the desk told me I was going to have to replace the whole window, then a man was at the printer and asked if just the glass needed to be replaced and she said yes but she didn't know and he looked into it and then I was able to just replace the glass in the bottom half of the window instead of replacing the whole window. I can't believe that because she didn't know the type of glass and was unwilling to ask anyone, she was going to charge me for the WHOLE window replacement instead of just the glass in the bottom half of the window (much cheaper option). Always ask if you don't know!!

I needed the windshield replaced on my car a Subaru Outback, I got a quote from someone else for 400+ I thought that was crazy, so after taking some time to save money I shopped around, GSG did my windshield for an amazing price, almost 1/2 my first quote. The were able to do it where I work, the guy who did it was extremely polite and was very quick, took about an hour to do. Highly recommend them, I will definitely be telling others about my experience and I will bring any possible business to them!

Great service, friendly and professional.I actually picked this place on a whim. I had driven down to Safelite in Portsmouth, only for them to tell me then that the crack couldn't be repaired. I drove back but did a quick Google search and found Granite State Glass. They gave me a quote, I drove over and dropped off the vehicle, and picked it up next day and paid for it. Easy breezy.They guarantee their work, which is great. A few months after they replaced my windshield, some of the molding began to come off. Stopped by and they fixed it for free.I unfortunately don't have that same car anymore, but I definitely recommend Granite State Glass and will stop by again if I have any issues with my current vehicle... which, hopefully I never see these guys again, but for good reason. =)

These guys were great! We had a person break our commercial window at Smoke Signals in Dover. These guys were there within an hour, gave us a fair estimate, and had it replaced within a few hours after that. The guys that came out were all very friendly and polite and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Not only did Granite State Glass do an amazing job at replacing my windshield, but they are also INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful! The day I had to pick up my car, there was a snow storm, my husband was running late at work and I was having an issue finding a ride (mostly because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone to drive in the storm). I finally found someone to take me at 4:15 but it would take a bit for them to get to my house and then to where my car was. I called Granite State to let them know I should be there before they close at 5pm, but might be a few minutes late. The man I spoke with told me not to worry or rush, he knew I was on my way, so he'd wait for me. I made it just before 5! My windshield looks BEAUTIFUL! And they even put my EZ pass back on (that I forgot to remove before dropping my car off). Work = OUTSTANDING, Customer Service = Far beyond expectations! Thank you!

Amazing! Came out to measure the glass door that needed to be replaced. Said it might be 1.5-2weeks. Asked what we could do in the mean time to keep the dogs safe at our shop (K9to5 in Dover). They told us they'd squeeze us in today!! Got the glass cut and installed in 1 day for the safety of my staff and the pups! GRADE A+!

5 Star service from the time I called to the time I picked my wife s car. They got it right in that morning and had it done a couple hours later. Always love doing business with them for my car window repairs. They replaced the windshield in my first car years ago, and have fixed cracks in all my other cars. They have even honestly told me if cracks had already been fixed when I had bought cars and didn't charge me anything. I have traveled out of my way to do business with them rather then go to an unknown business. I have done business with to of there locations. Rochester and Laconia.

I was somewhat blown away by the fact that none of the local stove shops had the glass front for the door on my wood stove in stock. After a referral by Somersworth Stove Shop, I contacted Granite State Glass to make sure they had the correct type glass(Neoceram). Not only did Granite State have the glass and could cut it on site, but the price was cheaper and they cut me two pieces of glass in half the time that they quoted me.I simply brought the door to my wood stove to the store and they custom cut me a perfectly fitting piece of Neoceram Glass.Thank you for not only being on time, but also the great customer service I received on the phone and when I arrived at your establishment.

My rear view mirror fell off and took a chunk of the windshield glass with it. They filled the glass, glued the mirror in less than 10 minutes, and didn't charge me anything. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
