I have been having my car serviced at FiveStar for the past 3 years. Each year, I get the same top quality service. Rich has helped with any car problem I have had and is always so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend FiveStar to anyone seeking automotive service.

Was hoping to buy a new smaller car this year, but along with interest rates tripling, dealers have little or no supply & they mark up over sticker, what they have. Add in US & foreign manufacturers discontinuing many models, it is a HORRIBLE time to buy a car. And US carmakers stopped making small cars. The one positive about current car situation is I found from on line reviews,FiveStar ServiCenter, a small shop, by West High School. I have found reviews to be spot on.The owner is honest and fair. With FiveStar ServiCenter, as my mechanic I am optimistically prepared to hold onto my current car as long as possible.

FiveStar ServiCenter is what everyone with a car needs - honest, reliable, knowledgeable and affordable car care. Rich is such a professional and so helpful. My son's car needed a tie rod and a few other things. He gave us tips on where to get new tires, keys, and a host of other good information. FiveStar is our go to garage from now on.Service: Steering & suspension repair

2014 I have brought my car here for everything in the past 5 years and I have never had anything but a good experience. Prices never seemed to be outrageous. 2020 6 Years after my last review. I've been bringing my car here for over 10 years now and still the same service and experience. Friendy, honest, no overcharges and quick work. I've never had to bring the car back with something not done.

I've had a couple great experiences at FiveStar. The staff is friendly, and seems to actually like being there. Their waiting area is clean, bright, comfortable, and has free fresh-brewed coffee (Keurig). Best of all, they are honest.During an oil change / tire rotation they gave me the heads up that my brakes were approaching the end of their life, but didn't try to sell me on replacing them right away. A few weeks later, my brakes started some intermittent squealing, so I took my truck back, they checked the brakes again, walked me through the detailed measurements they had taken and what the manufacturer and state minimums are. In the end, my brakes still have plenty of life in them and they recommended waiting to change them. How about that. They have earned my business, and my recommendation.

We had trailer light problem, and were on a business trip more than 1000 miles from home. They very quickly fixed it, and for a reasonable charge. If we ever have vehicle problems again in this area, we definitely would come back here.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Five Star for over a decade and I trust them completely. Honest, fair, competent, and professional. Same day appointment for a state inspection, got me in and out. Very friendly service. When i mentioned that smoother shop said i needed something done they checked it out, said the other place was crazy, and my issue was non existent. Will be going here from now on.

We live in Nashua. We bought a car from someone in Manch. Car wouldn't start so we had it towed. Former owner had taken it to 5 star and had the fuel pump replaced. We took it to our local mechanic who found the problem. Evidently, whoever replaced the fuel pump at 5 Star put the wiring back the wrong way. Our mechanic fixed the problem.

HORRIBLE PLACE never recommend this place to anybody.Bring car to inspection.Guys at this place are rude and ugly they put my car on lift and i watched from outside what they doing and the told you can't watch what we doing and closed the overhead door.Second they gave me a list what the car need $1700 to inspected the car.Lose $100 pay for preinspection.Bring the car to another place and fix it for$265 and inspected at same place.And they told me the can preinspected car for 45 minutes because i should go in school pick up my kid from the school.And they hold me for Hour and 10 minutes i must call school to hold my kid there till i get there.No understanding and emotion whatsoever.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ME!!!.ZERO STAR!!!! UGLY PLACE,UGLY AND RUDE PEOPLE!!!

If you re just looking to get an inspection, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Many other places I ve had to wait an hour or two. I m sure it depends on the day but it was very easy and quick to set an appointment up here.

I have been going to 5 Star for many years.I have found them to be very honest in their dealings w/me and my vehicles.I recall one instance when my idiot light was on and I assumed it would be a typical $600 fix.They found out it was a slightly damaged gas cap that cost around $12.Inasmuch as I know nothing about emissions they certainly could have taken advantage of my ignorance but did not.After that I have had nothing but good experiences with the guys at 5 Star when it comes to my vehicle repairs.I would highly recommend them.

Customer service is fantastic they don't try to dog you with things that don't need to be done but they say that they do. The guys are great they get the work done as quickly as they can.
