Exceptional prices and selection. The technicians are very friendly and do not try to up sell you on the products. You have many choices for new tires and a wide selection for used tires as well and what s great is that they do not treat you any different if what s purchased is either the new or used. The wait is not long at all in my opinion 1hr or so , but if you work at the Cummings center here in Beverly they will come pick up your car just make sure you make an appointment.I would highly recommend this place for anyone that looking to replace their tires.

Luana, Ricardo, Reynaldo and the guy who actually did the suspension install are fantastic! Great friendly service! I had the Air ride suspension replaced in Celsior and now she's a happy lady again! I need snow tires for her and they will be getting them for me and installing them. I definitely recommend taking your whip, ride, hoopdie or whatever you call her to see the fine folks at FCT in Manchganistan!

They know exactly what tire/rim I need. For five years I have been coming. The tires I bought for the Mini this time is the best one I've had for all weather conditions in NH. Mini might be a little embarrassed next to Lambo but she knows I love her.

Great prices, fast service. I come all the way from Lynn to get tires from these guys. Nowadays there's tire shops all over the place, I visited many. But the guys here always treat me right and go above and beyond for the customer. Lifetime customer.

I went there yesterday for a pair of new tires. Staff was friendly, helpful, and most importantly prompt. I was a customer at their Nashua location for many years, and I m very happy they opened in Manchester, much closer to me! I will definitely be going back in 2 weeks to have the rear tires replaced.

These guys are fantastic. I'm pretty new to the area and was searching a tire service place that had used tires. These guys already had great reviews so I figured I'd try them out. I called and asked them if they had my tire size and they said they had a few options. When I got there he let me pick out the one's I wanted and told me that one of the tires (that a dealership recommended me to change) could get me at least through the winter. They were honest, kind and had a good selection. I will definitely be back!

I had new tires put in my vehicle and the second I drove off with them installed my car vibrated horribly. I took it back and the front left tire was not balanced and they supposedly fixed it the rear right tire then was vibrating horrible. I brought it back wand was told nothing is wrong with it. I took it for a second opinion and had a road enforcement test completed on the tires to find that both right tires had significant tread wear out. I brought car back to first choice and they swapped out the tires. Again after leaving my car was still shaking!!!!!! I called first choice to let them know to wasn t resolved and the girl told me it must be my car . Not the tires. I brought my car again back to dealership to get it checked to learn that 3 tires were not properly balanced. I have been to first choice 6 times and my dealership 2 times with this tire issue and had asked first choice if they could reimburse me for some gas, and the cost of having to get my tires looked at twice and balanced at another place. They are giving me the run down on reimbursement of any kind even though they are at fault for not installing my tires correctly. I have paid over 800$ for these tires and the company will not work on with me for their mistakes. The woman at the front even mentioned the guy who sometimes works there doesn t always know what he s doing. I have felt so unsafe traveling for work and with my daughter in the car since first choice has touched my vehicle. Poor poor business they are running. They do not treat their customers right or want to make things right.Services: Tires, Oil change

They re customer service was awesome, Douglas and the owner helped me and my father out with mounting his new tires. The showroom area was well organized and extremely clean! They have awesome knowledge for just about everything suspension to tires to rims.Highly recommend! Very professional!

Called many places, never got all the information I needed until I called first choice tire in Manchester. I called weds 1/27 and was told to ask for Ricardo by referral. I gave him all my info for lifting my Jeep and he gave me a quote within minutes. I was super impressed with his professionalism that I asked how soon I could get in and he said next day 1/28 or Friday 1/29. After taking the Friday morning appointment they were ready for me at open and the place was very clean and actually seemed like a shop you d want to spend the day at. They have arcade games and snacks and after realizing that I couldn t spend the day there and had to go to work they called me when the work was done and my Jeep looks fantastic and the pricing was the same as estimated. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs ANY service that they provide. They are nice and professional and treat you like old friends! Will definitely be back for more service!

First Choice Tire was excellent! They had my desired tire delivered from one of their other stores within an hour. The beat everyone else's prices! Ricardo was honest and professional. My tires were installed and I was on my way within an hour. I highly recommend them.

I just moved here from NY and was on Google for an hour looking for a decent tire place. I read how good the reviews for First Choice Tires were so I gave them a shot. Seriously this place is awesome. Very good prices and genuinely good customer service. The owner explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand since I know absolutely nothing about tires. The waiting area is very nice too :)

This place is great. This is my second time getting a great quality used tire installed on my vehicle. I don t think you can find their reasonable prices anywhere else!Their staff is always attentive and very friendly! Service has been fast and I ve been out the door quick both times I ve been here.Highly recommend First Choice 10/10 times!

First Choice Tires is my first choice! Very friendly atmosphere! The owner is super nice & so are his guys in the garage. They have a little of everything, to accommodate everyone. You re able to finance tires, to make things a little easier on your wallet! The waiting area has comfy couches, while you wait, a little drink station, & a little play area if you have kiddos! The service is very quick, 30 minutes in & out, for a tire change. It s spotless & very well decorated!Even the bathrooms are super clean!I recommended First Choice Tires & will be returning in the future! (:Keep up the good business!!

Staff very friendly! Quick service and lowest prices around. We got 4 brakes, 4 rotors and 4 brand new tires - took 2-3 hours. Highly recommend them! Honest prices and fast service, we will not be going anywhere else again.

Got me right in after being turned down by 3 other shops for a simple mount and balance! Great crew great service. Will return for future wheel and tire needs! And highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service. Relaxing and cool waiting room. Plenty of wheels to view while waiting.

Called on a Thursday all stressed out as I had procrastinated getting new tires until I had flats. First Choice was quick, accommodating & friendly. The price for 4 new tires was shockingly affordable. I'm so glad I was referred to these guys. I highly recommend!!

I've been a customer for years at the Nashua, NH location. When they opened up a location in Manchester, NH, I started going to that location because it's closer to where I live.The waiting area is VERY clean and up to date. I was greeted as soon as I came in. The staff was very professional and courteous. I was offered a cup of coffee while I waited.Wait time was about 5-10 minutes before they could bring my car around for tire install.Overall, excellent experience and this is why I'll keep coming back.

TJ was incredible! I went in on Wednesday and was honest with him about not knowing much about cars or what size tires I needed. He didn t hesitate to come from behind the desk right out to my vehicle. He got the size tires with one phone call and said they d be in by Friday. I went back Friday morning and it only took him 20 minutes to change all 4 tires! My daughter and I waited in the waiting room comfortably. Great place! Awesome service! Amazing tires!

Great experience! I've had my tires changed twice at First Choice Tire and they did an excellent job both times. I was very happy with the price and the quality of work. I look forward to using them again for all my tire needs.

Working with Ricardo and his team for a new set of wheels and tires was a great experience. He really goes out of his way to ensure the best service and make you feel important. When there is an issue, it's great to see the owner of a business take it personally and ensure it's resolved correctly. In addition, there is no other tire shop this nice and comfortable to relax in while the work is performed out back. There's also no others tire shop that I'll buy from than First Choice.

This place is awesome, so clean and excellent service and prices! The waiting area was a refreshing change from dirty tire shops. There was a video game and toys for the kids and overall the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. They really care about service here and you really can t beat the prices. I will be coming here for all my automotive needs in the future!

Very satisfied with my recent visit, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The service was friendly and fast, and to make it even better the prices were great! Was not a typical tire place that will nickel and dime you for every service, make you wait for hours, and try and sell you the most expensive item. Thanks and I will definitely be back when the time comes.

Great business! We had previously went to First Choice Tires for new tires for my husband's car. We had a great experience so that was the first place I thought of when my low tire pressure light on my car came on.I stopped in without an appointment when I was out running errands to see if they could take a look. They had me all set within 15 minutes. It turned out I didn't have a leak, the air in the tires had become low during our recent extreme cold snap. Not only did they put more air in the tires and reset the computer on my car, they told me why the tire pressure had been low and did it all at no charge. I believe it was the owner I was speaking with and he said to feel free to stop by anytime my tires needed air and they would take care of it at no charge. All done with a smile. Very happy to recommend them to anyone.

I came in here with a rubbing problem and they totally helped me! They even let me look at the new tires compared on my car before purchase! Super helpful with any questions on tires and how to polish up my 22s! By far best customer service for tires I ve experienced in awhile thank you FCT automotive and I will be telling everyone to come see you!!
