Took a recently purchased out of state, older high mileage car there for check out. They did a great job going through it, pointing out things to watch for in the future. Very friendly and no pressure to have work done. Great place!

I have been here so many times with my son's ford focus for an inspection sticker. Every single time, they go above and beyond to help us out. They are honest, and friendly and super helpful and I highly recommend them!

Best auto repair around. Lenny is my favorite mechanic. He is always going above and beyond to find and fix the problem. Extra Care never tries to upsell you anything you dont need. They are honest and kind.

I have been taking my car here for the past 7 years for both inspections, and any autobody work that I need. I would highly recommend Extra Care. Between Justine and her efficient manner at the front desk, and Lenny and his knowledge of automobiles, while working on my car, and the pricing that they give you I completely trust them. I do not take my car anywhere else. I moved out of the area five years ago and I still travel almost 40 minutes to go to this autobody shop even for my yearly inspections, which are free from my dealership which is just 10 minutes down the road from me. If you want good work done at a good price at a place you can trust go to Extra Care.

Scheduling is a breeze and the service is always top notch. Lenny provided bonus education regarding the design of the Honda engine and why it makes certain sounds. That gave us added peace of mind.

Honest service with friendly and helpful people. Plus the fair pricing make this shop the best place to go. They really make you feel like they care about you and not just your money! Ever since my first visit a few months ago they have made me feel like I've been a customer for years every time I walk through the door! I can't recommend Extra Care Auto Rapair enough! I took my car to the Hooksett location for an inspection and was told I needed new tires. After getting new tires, I took it to this location to get it reinspected because the Hooksett location did not have the availability I needed. This location told me I needed a bunch of work done and quoted me $2000. I told them it was really weird that their other location did not notice any of this, and they were acting strangely and telling me I could take it back to Hooksett and they d have to give me a sticker. If there was actually something wrong with my car, I didn t just want a sticker? So I decided to take my car elsewhere (to my fathers trusted mechanics) for a second opinion on the work that they said needed to be done. None of it was actually needed, and the whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth that they were just trying to get money from me for work that didn t actually need to be done.I wouldn t recommend bringing your car here for an inspection.

I had put off my inspection, because I didn't know who to trust. I looked at their reviews. The good ones outweighed the few negative ones, by far. I am very happy I gave them a chance!! They passed my inspection, which was a huge relief. I'm sure they could have come up with an enormous estimate for repairs. Instead, they were honest and up front with me. I am excited to use them for all of my services in the future!!

I have been coming here for years and trust no one else with my car anymore- they are awesome and always make sure everything is taken care of!I am comfortable coming in, and everyone also takes the time to explain what's going on, and I have previously been invited to go look under my vehicle on the lift while parts are shown to me for repairs needed. Even with emergencies when I have called for advice they are patient and helpful.

Friendly staff, fair prices, quality work, and a decent turn around time. Finding an auto repair place you can trust is no easy task, but these folks are it.They talk to you in terms you can understand, and give you the straight story. This was my first time doing business with them, but certainly not my last.

I brought my car in for inspection told them i was having issues and was driving to florida shortly for a move. They replaced my spark plugs and air filter then passed my car and sent me on my way. I came back a few days later telling them my car was still running funny. They assured me i was fine and didnt even look at my car. Turns out i was leaking transmission fluid and blew my torque converter once i got down to FL. Barely made it here..now looking at over 2000 in repairs on something that should have been an easy valve replacement. Mechanics here can not believe i had this car looked at and serviced before i left. I was lucky to make it on my drive. If i had broke down half way it could have been way worse. I would not recommend them to anyoneService: General repairs & maintenance

Been coming here for 3+ years. Driving 30 minutes from Nashua to work with this crew. Justine is always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My whole family comes here now.

Do not bring your car here for $14.95 inspection, These guys are crooks I repaired the vehicle and brought it back then they find more things wrong that are not inspectable items and they charge you twice, its a scam!!! Spend the few extra dollars and bring it to auto techs who know what they are doing and aren't looking to scam you for more work on your carService: Vehicle Inspection

Really love these guys, been going here for YEARS for everything from annual safety inspection to replacing transmissions.
