Friendly, experienced, professional and fair. They a have good local customer base, but are accommodating to OTR drivers in need of services.The air dryer on my Peterbilt was in desperate need of some maintenance and cleaning. Required some additional deep cleaning and troubleshooting to get to the root of an issue. Phil, the mechanic, along with Justin, the service manager, put in the extra time and effort to get me back on the road. As a local will say, "They're wicked good folks."

This place is the best. Everyone was sooooo awesome and the repair personnel did an absolute wonderful job on my truck. They have no driver lounge but are in the process of putting one in very soon. If you are in the area then this is the place to get your big truck repaired. I wish I could take them on the road with me!!!!! Prices were also very reasonable. I bet I would have paid way more at the TA. Thank you for you perfect work. Oh yea they even washed my engine after the work was completed. I was shocked at this because I have never had any shop do that. !!!!! Thank You Gary and the staff keep up the great work you do. These people definitely take pride in their work cause it shows in everything they do!!!!

Doors open at 0700, 0702 the service manager came right out to assist me, truck was in the shop 12min later... that's what I call service !

Recently had my Mack Granite 10 whl dump in for service. This was my second visit since I bought the truck. On both occasions, they were professional and were able to solve ALL issues with the truck. In addition, in both service and parts departments, staff was friendly and attentive to my needs.

This dealership is so terrible I refuse to work on any mack or volvo trucks because the lack of parts and knowledgeable parts people makes it almost impossible to accomplish even a simple repair
