Been my favorite AZ store. Highly recommend. Workers stay busy but are always helpful. Best warranties, especially for tools. Loaner program is very helpful as well. Wish someone would fix the hole in the entrance that has been there for years. Hope this helps and Thank you for reading.

People not correctly trained in the store. Returned wipers a week ago and still no funds. I call and cannot even get a manager, and when I do they say call corporate? I will never return to another store.

Kevin K., the manager was super helpful, patient and went the extra mile to correct a mistake a different AutoZone made a while back. He was friendly, polite and left me feeling like he genuinely very much cared about problem I was trying to solve.

I just wanted to say Auto Zone went above and beyond , about a week ago The manager actually brought his tool box outside and put my head lights in for me. I was ever so Thank Full, I had been driving around for at least a week with my bright lights on. Thank You so Much, Gina Berger

AutoZone has always been my go to store for truck parts. Their prices are competitive, staff is knowledgeable and also accommodating. The Rochester location specifically. The store is so clean. They keep it a nice cool temp and the staff is amazingly kind and accommodating. I ve been using this store for years and have to say, it s gotten even better recently. When I was there yesterday the gentleman, Kevin K. I believe, went out of his way to help me do a return and find the proper part. So appreciated!!

It takes longer to ask for help to find what you need then to just look it up and find it yourself. (unless it's behind the counter obviously) but the people are super nice and friendly so if you have time for a nice chat then go ahead and ask for help.

Has parts and functioning humans to retrieve them. Not a lot of knowledge of actual motors but not really expected. They usually get the right part once in a while they'll get the wrong one but they usually take right care of it when you bring it back.

Ryan from Rochester NH Auto Zone was so sweet and patient with helping me with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler! He was super kind with standing in the cold and doing a diagnostic to see why my engine light was on. He also helped me get the best coolant picked out for my Jeep and bravely and sincerely went back out in this freezing weather once again to guid me with directions on how to put it in. He reset my readings and told me what to expect moving forward and advised what he would do in my position. I am so pleased with how well I was treated as a customer. Ryan truly made me feel important, valued, and heard as a customer. Thank you so much Ryan!!! You're amazing! To the big boss... Ryan should truly get a raise or bonus or something. This was top notch, above and beyond kind of service! I'll be back again because of Ryan! Thanks for putting me in good hands and hiring quality staff like Ryan!

Not much to say. 7.5 ATC fuse for my bilge pump. It was easy to find a priced as I expected.Update 2/14/24 - rented exhaust gas detection tool tool verify leaking head gasket. Here is a tip if you rent it. The squeeze ball should draw air up thru the bronze fitting in the "nose cone". If it doesn't, spray a little carb cleaner into the bronze piece to clean out dried coolant. Lots of bubbles should be visible if air is flowing through.

I always get excellent service for every visit to AutoZone stores until this afternoon I went to the Rochester AutoZone to replace my car battery, wipers and one headlight bulb. This visit turns out to be a nightmare. The manager in this store, everybody called him Kevin , is super mean and rude, not only to the customers but also to his employee. In addition, he is super lazy. He blamed the boy who helped me to replace the headlight bulb and battery, and refused to replace the wipers I bought from his store, so I have to drive to Somersworth AutoZone to replace them. If everybody behaves like Kevin, mean to customers and his colleagues, AutoZone will close soon. I will never recommend Rochester AutoZone to my colleagues and friends, since Kevin provided a terrible service to customers!

Highly recommend! They are one of the sweetest people you will meet. I was struggling to get my lights back in had to take it all apart ti relize I was taking out the wrong one. A very strong thank you to the manager victor for helping me out throw my struggles. Took time out of his day to help me out!

Interesting experience. Bought an alternator and it was faulty(only putting out 11 volts) never seen that before so It took me a while to figure out what was wrong but then I had it verified by a garage. Went back to get a new one months later and they didn't have one in stock. Also the employee I spoke to was yelling at the phones to stop and then was making comments about how I was keeping him from brake and "puffing his meds". It was obvious he was talking about a certain green smokable plant. Reminds me of someone on stimulants, skinny guy.

Had an issue with my Tacoma misfiring and went to this location to have the code read. Kevin helped read the code but also helped explain symptoms and probable issues. We figured spark plugs so I changed the plugs in the parking lot and Kevin was in the store ready to help with any questions, parts, or tools I needed to finish it up.

i went in yesturday trying to return a oxygen sensor i bought 2 days ago. didn t fit . i went in and asked to exchange for another oxygen sensor i bought the wrong engine code sensor. as i brought it in he started yelling at me saying i used it and how it s old i was seriously confused and he told me to get out and he couldent do anything abt it . oxygen sensor was 150$ like cmon

I was very pleased with the service and the attention I received at this particular AutoZone in Rochester New Hampshire being very limited in the field of automobile mechanics I have to trust the word and judgments of others and hopefully I'm not being taken down the wrong road. Didn't seem to feel that way I wasn't intimidated and the gentleman that helped me on this particular afternoon Sunday Sunday afternoon was a very knowledgeable even went up to the vehicle with me and looked at the engine to determine what type of what kind of engine it was the size and stuff that was one of the questions on the parts I was looking for lo and behold that she looked it up on his computer screen there were anywhere I believe 1 to 5 different parts and he wasn't sure which one I needed I had no knowledge of them when I needed he did not want to sell me the wrong one, very short I left with no part oh but I did buy a pair of wiper blades windshield wiper blades very very nice blades should have should have purchased them earlier I used them that evening but I have since retrieved the information that the sales person needed and I'm heading back very shortly to purchase the parts from him good experience overall.

I purchased a Booster Pack on 10/10/2019 with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY it has been replaced twice because it was DEFECTIVE this one will not start a car and the USB light stays on ALL THE TIME. AUTOZONE in ROCHESTER NH will not WARRANTY it or REFUND THE MONEY.

Got my vehicle stuck there and they were all real nice. They let me keep my car in the lot (right in the front parking space even) for a couple days without any attitude and even were concerned about my weed whacker that was no longer on the top of the vehicle as I had removed it from there the evening before. They didn't have any of the multiple parts I needed tho but that's not this specific locations fault. I blame corporate.

I went in because I needed to get a cell phone holder for my car and nobody even greeted me nor asked me if they could help me and then I stood in line at the register waiting and they just want some other guy walk right up in front of me and trade in some part when I was already just standing there so no I wasn't overly impressed with this place

They do a nice job here. I didn't have to wait around for ten minutes or more to be helped like NAPA down the street. The gentleman even went to the back to check stock for me and found what I needed. I was in and out in five minutes. Great job folks

Love this place! Always knowledgeable employees who treat you with respect and never assume just because I'm a woman that I don't know my stuff. They treat everyone equally with great customer service!
