I went here last week to get an alignment because my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid was making a very loud noise while driving. I told the technician the problem and he said well an alignment won t fix that noise but we ll do it anyway. Fair enough. A few minutes later he comes out and tells me I need 4 new tires. Are you sure? I had 4 new tires put on it last summer. He said well maybe they didn t do the alignment. You need 4 new tires. Reluctantly, I agreed to the 4 new tires and the alignment. Almost $800.00 later, I drive off with 4 new tires that replaced the 4 new tires I originally had on there. Well lo and behold, the loud noise is still there. Had nothing to do with tires or an alignment. Took my car to another shop the next day and they immediately diagnosed the problem. It was a bad right wheel bearing. They didn t understand how Auto Fair could have missed that. I didn t understand either. Well an hour later, I m driving out of their shop with a very quiet car with no vibration, just as good as new. Perfect! Shame on Auto Fair Ford for not being able to diagnose an obvious problem. I guess all they really were interested in was selling me brand new tires instead of fixing my problem. Thanks Auto Fair Ford. Won t be going back to you anymore.

Made an appointment and met with Scott the sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2024 Maverick options and presented multiple vehicles they had in stock. The sticker prices on the vehicles matched shop fords website. He explained they were selling at msrp. After selecting the model that fit my desired options I met with Tom on the finance team. Once again options were presented based on today's challenging finance environment. Both members of Autofair were fantastic to work with and I sincerely recommend Autofair and the entire organization. True professionals and I will be back when I need a new vehicle again.

My experience at auto fair Ford in Manchester, New Hampshire today, more than exceeded any, and all expectations of purchasing a new vehicle. All the staff were entertaining, personable and a pleasure to be around today. I haven t purchased a new car for myself in 22 years, so I rang the hell out of that bell in the show room It sure felt good to do so, before walking out into the lot and entering my new car. I would 100% recommend auto fair Manchester, New Hampshire for any and all for any purchase or service needs. thank you so very much for all of the staff, but especially Scott Vincent, ( Ford sales 18 years) and Trevor ( business manager and Proud new Daddy ), it truly was a pleasure meeting and working with you both . much obliged. Ben the salesman was fantastic! He seemed very genuine and willing to help find the exact car I wanted. I mostly was impressed that he knew how to work all of the buttons and features in the car. His tutorial was helpful. I went to other dealerships and other sale people were not as knowledgeable. I really appreciate Ben s help.I was not as impressed with the sales manager. They seemed way too eager to make a profit and not a customer. Their initial offer for my trade in was significantly lower than both blue book and trade in offers from other dealers. Also tried to charge more than the price listed on their website. Do your homework on pricing before you decide to make a purchase. I also wasn t impressed with how forceful they were in selling the extra warranties. Repeatedly asking what price can you pay? Also, bringing in another manager to bully me into a purchase when I turned down the first finance manager. After telling them I wasn t interested multiple times, they finally backed off when I asked how many times to do have to tell you NO? I love the car and the salesman but the rest of the process was very uncomfortable.

I have had 2 mustangs (Bullitt) and now a GT350 and there is no one I would trust to service my cars other than Autofair Ford!I want to add that I have dealt with Jerome directly and the service he has provided for both my cars have exceed my expectations.Highly recommend them!

This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It was fast, efficient, and painless. Tim Sewall is the best salesperson! We laughed and laughed. The process was actually fun - and I never thought I'd describe a vehicle purchase that way. Everyone at the dealership seemed fantastic - not sleazy and pushy like at other places. I would recommend AutoFair Ford in Manchester to anyone!

I bought my first ever car at the dealership for a great deal, but honestly what made us buy the car more was the salesman. Tyquan from AutoFair was amazing great customer service very energetic overall just a great guy. We left the dealership knowing he made our day even though it wasn t an easy process but with his help and the rest of the teams help we were able to buy my dream car. I definitely recommend the dealer ship everyone was great. Thank you i will be coming back in the future for my next car.

Bought a truck from them a few years ago. Sales department was terrible, their finance manager was great(no longer there, no surprise). Service department has been overall good. But my latest experience with the sales team(not including Chris), was atrocious. After I came in and told them what I was looking for, I had to leave for an appointment, and asked them to give me some numbers. They refused to give me numbers over the phone, then when I came in, they gave me the retail #s, independent of a deal. And seemed to have no interest in making a deal. When I asked them why felt the need to waste my time, I got the care free hippie attitude of "oh well, sorry." And no apparent interest in correcting things. I came in my financial situation ready to go and a hefty down payment in my pocket, left with both fully intact and zero interest of returning to do ANY business with them in the future. Makes me wonder how they stay in business.

Went there for service for the first time. Was a great experience and will be back again. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had my water, but there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate complimentary. I also like the fact that I was able to communicate with the tech via text messages.

The customer service was excellent! Michael is a great communicator. I drove in worried that my car's condition was going to drag the rest of my day down, but Michael soon assure me that everything was going to be OK. In fact, later everything was OK. I was very impressed with whole dealership. Its much better than the one I normally go to in Norwalk, CT. I feel like this dealership cares more. When it comes time to buy a new car, I will do it at AutoFair!

I just purchased a great truck at AutoFair in Manchester, NH. My salesman Ben, Sales managerTyler, and finance manager Trevor all were great guys to work with. They took the time to listen to me and meet my needs. Nobody was ever too pushy.The place is very welcoming, extremely professional, and as a customer i was treated extremely well. I will spread the good word about AutoFair. Love the truck!

The service department is excellent here. Jerome is mainly who I work with whenever I need help, he s always on top of things and super professional. I recently had Joe as well, he was great too. I ve driven many luxury brand vehicles in the past, but the customer service at this location and dealership doesn t compare!

Joe did very good letting me know when the car could be serviced. Took awhile but through no fault of Joe. The holidays were a factor. When Joe called we set up the appointment, I brought it in and was provided a ride home. It was done within a reasonable time and Joe called me and sent someone to pick me up. Joe was kind, kept me informed and he was great. Thank you Joe!

This is a revision for an earlier review..in my previous review I gave 4 stars (average, good experience). My previous comments said how awesome Graham was (if you shop here ask for him). A few days after there was a minor issue with keys. After speaking with Tyler the manger I felt it was handled very very professional. For this reason I will now give 5 stars because of the above and beyond from Tyler.

Jason is THE BEST service advisor I ve had in my fifty-five years of operating cars. I m treated as a personal friend, and Jason is always looking out for me and my vehicle as to recalls, needed services, and recommended items for service that are found by AutoFair techs. He always wirks to find discounts and pricing options on service and parts. I always feel like I m leaving the service department with my vehicle in top shape. In fact, while working with Jason and AF team I ve never had an unexpected mechanical problem with my vehicle. Jason and the AutoFair service teams are top-notch - friendly, professional and attentive to service quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Jason and the Auto Fair teams for auto purchase and post-purchase service! Great folks!

Ignore the fake reviews here, this place is a joke, staffed with people of very low intelligence (there's also a word for it). First, if you call service here to make an appointment you might get shuttled to the sales people to make the appointment who can't knowledgeably answer service related questions. Smart. Then i get a service person on the phone and tell this person, Tammy, that my rocker panels are shot and whether they would be able to lift the car and she completely assured me they could. I needed an oil change and had a list of routine inspection items and some estimates that i wanted done and I informed Tammy about them and also wrote them on the online appointment form. So I then drive into the service reception area and three or four people are just chatting in a service booth and don't even acknowledge you as you just sit there. Very professional. Finally one deigns to tell me to pull up to the booth at the end, where no one is. Someone eventually comes and informs me I now have to walk back again to the first booth to Jesse. So I walk back to the first booth where they are still chatting before one of them then says no, you have to go to the *other* first booth, where the guy is sitting and not even keeping an eye out for me. So The person there then writes the service up, and doesn't even include the inspection items and estimates I had taken the time to write on my online appointment, I have to keep checking that he's including them. And, oh yeah, I also remind him too that the rocker panels are rusted out ( so, I had now told Tammy on the phone, wrote it on the online appointment, and was now reminding him), because he hadn't even noted it on the service sheet. So he then scribbles it down. So I go and then wait *two hours* before they finally come to me and say incredibly oh we couldn't lift it because the rocker panels are rusty!!!!! What kind of a place is this? And they didn't do the oil change, or anything else, after I sat there for two hours! I know for a fact you can change the oil without lifting the car, so why didn't they do it? Or what about a drive on lift? And why allow me to sit there for two hours when the service *advisor* should have been able to look at the car and tell me right away they couldn't lift it (even though Tammy on the phone had already said they could). Or immediately go to the technician and have them look at the rocker panels instead of making me wait for two hours. And why did it take two hours for them to start the job? The manager Jerome has the incredible nerve to tell me appointment times are only estimates, so it was apparently reasonable for them to start looking at the car two hours after my appointment!!!!!! So, if you make an appointment here, beware that they may not get to your car until two hours late! And he actually said that's the same with all dealerships, then had the gall to say hey, you hadn't had to pay anything, as if the two hours that I took off from work was nothing! This place is an unprofessional joke that's staffed by low intelligent people and you would have to be a fool to go here. Just ignore whatever fake response they give to this review, it is an incompetent place. How would you like to sit there for two hours for no reason after telling them three times that the rockers are rusted out. ALSO THE HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE IS OUT OF MIX, CAN'T YOU EVEN DO THAT RIGHT?Response to below: note their response simply said the car couldn't be lifted and didn't address anything else including why I was had to wait two hours before they started the job, let alone for absolutely no reason.

What can I say about Auto Fair Ford in Manchester NH all I can say is we had an amazing buying experience from the moment I inquired online. Very prompt response time and super friendly. Everyone worked above and beyond with us to come to a mutual agreement so I could take home my Ford Bronco Sport! The vehicle is awesome and I love it! After an unexpected need to replace my 10 year old explorer, and an exhausting search, we finally found the car I wanted and in my budget, at auto fair ford in Manchester. We were greeted by Adam at the door and he immediately got to work finding the vehicle I wanted. I never felt pressured, he was friendly, and respectful of our needs/wants in a vehicle and our budget. I found an explorer that I absolutely loved! After hearing me say to my husband that the one and only downside was it didn t have the built in navigation and that I was nervous about driving in new places and cities with my anxiety (it sounds ridiculous I know. But it s a real thing for me!) he didn t laugh or dismiss the remake I made. He went inside and got his own apple iPhone cord and gave it to me so I could immediately use it with the apple car play to see my navigation on the screen when leaving Manchester. It was a gracious and genuinely caring thing to do! It s the kind of seemingly little thing, that actually sticks with you and makes you come back to a dealer! Adam then introduced us to Tom in financing. Tom was also a breath of fresh air in this process. He made the financing process easy to get through and he also never made me feel like I was being unreasonable with the monthly payment budget I had. We agreed on a number and he got to work. When it was all said and done, he actually got me a few dollars under the lowest payment we had discussed trying to get. We talked about our families and sports and we re genuinely comfortable working with Tom. He responded quickly when I emailed with a question, and he explained all the different coverage options we could add and how each one would benefit us if we wanted it. He let us think, talk it out, and decide what was best for our family and financial situation. Out of all the dealerships we had been to, auto fair was the most respectful, understanding, accommodating, and just plain NICE to deal with! THANK YOU Adam and Tom, for being the only salesmen and financing guy to listen and respect our needs in all categories of this process. Because of our experience with you both, Auto-fair Manchester has earned us as returning customers.

I was in this dealership in late august of 2023 I purchased a used Honda that had a full warranty with it before I stepped into the finance office I had a set payment already. By the time I left the office my payment was more than $100 dollars more with no explanation. I was told to just sign, sign, sign. Come to find out as I was just going over my contract after a friend of mine purchased a car there and they added on random things without him knowing, they did the same thing to me the warranty I was told was included at no extra cost was actually $2,500. This is super shady I came in as a struggling single mom needing a car badly and they took advantage of me. This is sad, please be careful when coming here.

The folks at Auto Fair Manchester are the best. Agathokli was a fantastic sales rep at auto fair ford in Manchester. Helped me test drive the truck I wanted right away and answered any questions I had immediately.The sales managers were very flexible in negotiations and gave me the best deal I could find on a new f150.Huge shout out to the finance manager Tom M for being one of the best guys there is!!Fantastic group of people. 10/10

I bought a 2021 Camry Hybrid. I dealt with Scott and his associates. They were fine --- good personalties and knowledge. If I were looking for a car or had a friend looking, I would certainly recommend AutoFair and Scott.

March 18th Autofair purchased my car back from me. Thought the process went pretty smooth. Well here we are 10 days later, my car isn t paid off. They forgot to complete paperwork. It s not my responsibility to do their job. If payment isn t made by tomorrow, (which it won t be) this could cause an issue with a late payment on my credit. Not happy!!! You not doing your job shouldn t be my fault or my problem.

I am business owner. I went to Auto Fair Ford in Manchester NH. There sales people, Manager and owner only care about the sale and NOT the person that is buying the vehicle. To them it's ALL about getting money out of you. They LOW ball your trade and make it sound like that is a great deal. Let me say this Townsend Ford in Townsend Remember you work for your money Massachusetts will treat you well and care that you are there to make a decision that is right for you .

Had my truck brought in for a warranty fix and oil change. They did a great job working w/ the warranty company and had my truck fixed the next day. Shannon was fantastic, as usual. I have dealt with her several times before, with the same results.
