The item we couldn't find anywhere else (locally or on-line) for a reasonable price was available for immediate pick up. The store personnel were great, the process of purchasing the item on-line was easy and ensured that the item was actually available, not just a line on an inventory sheet, and the pick-up process took no time at all to complete. This store (Winchester, NH) is what a hardware store should be, but there aren't many of this caliber left. This store and our purchase both rate A+!

Friendly people had what I needed. Good loading area for a trailer, that back lot was clean, I wasn't worried about picking stuff up in my tires the way I would be at places with smashed pallets and stuff.

Greatest store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you re in a hurry, they know exactly where it is. If you re not in a hurry browse around the store and you will find more things you didn t know you needed!

I ordered a Weber grill online because there was a $45 discount for order online/pickup in store. I live in MA but chose the Winchester store because it's just over the state line and saves me the sales tax. Grill was ready to go on time as promised when I arrived. Super helpful staff, took care of me right away. I had completely forgotten Aubuchon does free assembly also. I was expecting them to help me load a box in the truck, and wouldn't have minded assembling it myself, but they had one already put together, and offered me that instead. Bonus! Thanks, guys!

I did an online order for a plastic hawk to keep starlings out of my garden. My mom went to pick it up and they brought right out to her in her van! Now that's what i call good service. Thank you Winchester Aubuchon Hardware

As always, the Winchester N.H. Aubuchons had what I needed and numerous helpful staff to find it. It's always a pleasant experience to be in the best equipped and friendliest Aubuchons in my area. Plus it's tax-free!

Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very courteous. They've helped me get through several home projects. Am especially grateful for their help with my least favorite projects... plumbing. We're fortunate to have them in our neighborhood.

Very convenient location for our family.Excellent prices on every bit of merchandise that we have purchased.Quality of merchandise far better than "big box" stores.Staff members go beyond reasonable expectations for customer assistance.Personal greeting and assistance is unsurpassed.Would happily recommend "Aubuchon Hardware" to everyone!

The Winchester nh branch are very helpful knowledgeable about thier products.The only issue I can report is the prices are high as it's a small town store. I am thankful to them for them being here for so many years.

If you've ever watched the TV show Cheers, that is what it's like at the Aubuchon Hardware store in Winchester, NH. It appears as though they know everyone's name who comes in the store. No wonder they keep coming back. They have a little of everything you need, not to mention expanded lines of things you really need. Besides being extremely friendly even to a newcomer such as myself, they are well stocked. Great job guys!!!

I was looking for a product. As I entered the store I was greeted by an associate who asked if I needed help. She took me to the exact aisle and pointed out what was available. At the checkout, she also thanked me for coming into the store!

the fact that a very nice, young lady knows of me when i call just about makes my day...i don't get that on line & i don't get it at the 'big' stores...why would i go anywhere else???

Always so rude at Aubuchon in Winchester, NH. Most times I come out of there upset because they are not very friendly or make comments to make you feel like your stupid.

Steve's Winchester team are always helpful and professional . Recently, they helped me with a special order for a Weber grill. They took the order over phone, called me when they completed the FREE assembly and loaded it in my truck. For a person like myself who doesn't know much about hardware this is the right store. The friendly staff is not put off by my lack of hardware savy. They help me figure out what I need to get, and they don't try to upsell me at all. They deserve five stars!
