We bought a car from them in June of 2020 and we had the best customer service ever. The car is perfect, they did a great job! They were honest about everything they did and answered all our questions with transparency. After we paid for it they offered to deliver the car for free and they did. Also, the car had only one key, so when they delivered the car they told us they had a key copy made with no extra charge. I highly recommend this place and if I need another car in the future I will contact them first.

Kenny pulled into 711 where I was broken down and took the time out of his day to look at my car and even offered to go get a jump pack we all thought it was the starter thankfully the jump worked and he didn't have to do any of that. You have a great employee! So polite and friendly. I'm very thankful

If I could give them less than one star I would. These guys are crooks in the business of running scams. Their adds on facebook marketplace look like private sales & are all deciet. Everything stated online about the car I bought was a lie & when I asked questions they were evaded or I was given a song & dance. I know very little about cars, so needless to say I got taken. I leave the lot with the car after waiting 2 months for a legitimate title and the back hatch won't close, then 10 miles down the road the check engine light comes on. After that 3 weeks later the clutch goes, then the exhaust literally rots so bad it severs in half, then I get told that the sub frame is cometely rotted out and the car won't pass inspection due to a ball joint issue as well. So I send the sales person - Matt Jordan - pictures of all of these things looking for some type of monetary assistance for some of these repairs since I've now spent more than I paid for the car in repairs and he basically tells me that those are the risks you take buying used cars & to pound sand. So I start looking at the Google reviews & see that I'm not the only person this has happened to... Something is very wrong here. These people are crooks. Someone is going to die on one of their death traps while they count the money they make running these scams... It has to stop. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY SELL VERY UNSAFE CARS WITH NO CONSCIENCE!!!!!!

Worst place ever never ever again do business with Matthew and his boss I went by and got two fuel pumps for my Infiniti and Matthew said they are good parts I paid him $125 dollars for them. I got to my mechanic and he put them on and he told me they were bad and didn t work . So I texted Matthew on Facebook and told him about the situation . He said said he already gave the boss his money that it wasn t for the shop it was for his bosses pocket I asked him to help me out with another part or my money back and he never responded back or anything now my car is sitting at home until I can fix it .I definitely do not but do not recommend this please .... please people when you see this please run the other way fast

Have been working with Muinir for a few days, and he made the whole process so smooth. They have been very accommodating since I have a broken right leg, and even brought the car I liked to me and my mechanic to check out. What a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend!

I would not even give these people a single star. If you buy a vehicle from these people you will get scammed. I implore you, if you were looking for a safe reliable vehicle don't even bother wasting your time. Mathew Jordan is a professional con artist who needs to be brought to Justice.

These guys put my Nephews in a vehicle they seemed unsafe for the road. Had them bring a person who is 18 to sign for it to DRIVE it, yes they Drove it off the lot... signing a seemed unfit notice, Not requiring a tow. For 2 young boys they also provided a license plate from some other vehicle (they had on the lot) to throw on the car for them to make the hour trip home. Now they will not answer calls from us.(The boys aunt, Gram and Mother..) They are 100% illegal and will be pending charges for child endangerment and fraudulent use of plates at a minimum. We will not stop until this place is either closed down or heavily prosecuted!

Bought a car from them and was told it was working, went to leave and there was no clutch. Told to come back the next day and they fixed the clutch , got home, parked it and the clutch is magically broken again. DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE SERVICE

Very honest and reliable garage, I have being their customer for more than 10 years. Bought cars from the and had them service cars for me and my friends and family. They are the best.

Awful service!!! Was working with Mist the owner of the place and will never get back to you. Very shady place to being with. He ll promise to fix things, just to make a sell and will not do them. I've been there 3 times and each time I am there it seems that there is always someone else with similar problems, and no knowledgeable employees!!!SAVE YOU RE MONEY AND DON T SHOP HERE!!!

Great place the staff members are friendly, very fair on prices to have anything done to your vehicles an the salesman Matt great guy great attitude not pushy at all (like most salespeople are) he understands people's situations an how tight your cash mite be at the moment when looking for a new to you vehicle he will do his absolute best to get you into a reliable vehicle that you can afford one way or another if it mite need a little work he will tell you straight up what it mite need with no BS you will leave there a winner an a happy one at that!

My girlfriend just had a horrible experience there, they sold her a vehicle that is no way safe for the road. So save your money and look elsewhere.
