A blessing! I have a membership and auto insurance with them, and my mother has them for her house and car. I had to call AAA for an accident on my vehicle, and what an easy process! They are so understanding and helpful. They made it effortless for me. Thank you, AAA; keep it up!

Very fast. Pulled SUV out during snowstorm. Very cordial and made sure car drove fine before leaving. Tow company was contracted.

Amazon Counter - AAA - Manchester, 560 South Willo StreetWhat a complete joke. Your business is. Package was supposed to be delivered Friday but you were closing in 20 mins. Sunday y all are closed. I needed the package for school. Don t worry I will be working with Amazon your business should not have the counter.

Left work only to find out that i had a flat tire.Through text and a phone call....the AAA tech was there in 11 mins.Instead of swapping my flat out for my spare....he took the extra minute to plug my tire....saving me more time and money from having go get my tire fixed.Absolutely perfect service!!!

AAA IS the best!!! I tried to leave my house and found my car didn't start. Reached out to AAA via online chat - so easy! 1st guy came out within 45 mins and did a check. We found it was the battery vs computer(whew!!), charged it, but it is old so it needed to be replaced. He called 2nd technician who was there within 30 mins with a battery. He did sanity check on other systems, re-confirmed it was battery, replaced it, 3 yr warranty and well within competetive value. Best thing, I didn't need to leave my house! Whoot! :) Excellent service from both technicians. Thank you!

I have a AAA membership and I also have them for my auto and home insurance. Haven't had to open a claim on my home but I have with my vehicle. I highly recommend them for the auto insurance. It was an easy process and they are so understanding and helpful. They made it effortless for me. Thank you AAA. Keep up the good work. I hope to never have to open a claim on my home but if I ever do, I'm so glad I have AAA.

1st, their rates were BY FAR the lowest for my family. My daughter has had a rough start to driving with 3 accidents. AAA has been nothing short of exceptional to deal with. This specific office is so easy to deal with. Everyone is friendly and helpful in the phone. Absolutely recommended them!

I am totally not a review person, but I just recently joined AAA and then (in a strange twist of Murphy's Law) had Jeep issues. They have been nothing but great and professional. Best money ever spent and appreciate everything they have done thus far to help me out!

Second Horrible experience with AAA. Waited for over an hour at Echo Lake Beach for a tow. After paying $119 to renew my membership and a $75 same day fee. I was also told it would be $3 a mile for the $94 to get my car home because I was using the membership within the first 7 days of having it. Luckily a Franconia police officer came along and gave me the number to Arnold's Auto Care. I called Arnold's and he was there in 15 minutes. Wonderful guy who's family has been in business since 1960. Needless to say I canceled my membership and so far have only seen $119 returned. They still owe me the $75 same day fee. Don't fall for their scam. Call a tow company yourself. Save yourself the hassle. Finally did get my $75 same day fee back!

We called for a tow, by the way we have the AAA Plus!!They said truck would be there by 9:15 am, did not come. Called and was on hold for 10 minutes and then said that 20 more minutes. Still no one!! So now 10:45 and they say that tow company too busy so had to get another one. 20 minutes out. I called tow company and they said they never said that. It is 11:00 and tow company said they are on the way now. The tow company kept me posted but I am saying forget AAA!!!!

Worked with Sara here and she helped me plan the most amazing family vacation for the 4 of us next February vacation, she had great advice and was so friendly and pleasant to work with, was a lot of help. I typically always plan my own trips..after this experience I put my trust in her from now on. Thank you Sara.

I got into a little accident yesterday so I called AAA. The woman who took down all the details& the young man Ricky Wahl (the tow truck driver) who picked up the car were so kind and were both very professional. I would recommend them a 1000x over! Thank you!

They don't stand behind their battery warranty. Had a bad battery and driver refused to change it, was very rude about it, was even flying the F-word at me. There's also no constancy in what drivers tell you, I was told several different stories by drivers, even had a mechanic (who in the end had to put in a new battery) puzzled why AAA would not change battery under warranty. I'll decide next year if I want to renew membership.

My toe service driver was incredible.. he had an apprentice or a trainee with him.. taught him proper procedure and was so personable during what I considered to be a very tough time.. he made me smile and laugh..

Boxed suggestion I tell people why my experience with just "okay" This is it I called for someone else and on their behalf I received very kind patient and willing to answer my question doing it hopefully it's not underpaid to voice access now say voice access because they're paid to give a show and what are you perfect for example she was so pleasant on time but gave no real answers and no real help they just overcharged and give you a pretty face and a pretty voice and never a very pretty package "of value" That's why I dropped them a few years ago and when I found out how much they were charging my wife and I and then they wouldn't even let me cancel my policy without her signature so I just told them I'm not going to pay ask her to and I left them both.

My entire experience Was literally the worst customer service I have ever received from any place ever and I gave them multiple occasions and spoke to multiple associates in an effort to find help, from the driver refusing to tow me because I was 40 miles away even though I have 100 mile plus coverage, to customer service refusing to find me another tow company, to me having to pay for the tow out of my pocket, to customer service telling me they couldn't email me neccessary information because they don't have access to email.... literally terrible in every way possible.

Bridget helped us plan our honeymoon to Sandals Grande in Saint Lucia. She was an awesome resource as we had never traveled abroad before and the idea of planing such an important trip was stressful to do on our own. She made the process easy and was very knowledgable about the different options we had. She also helped us price match our trip when we found cheaper rates elsewhere allowing us to still stay loyal to AAA. Thanks again Bridget!

Your Driver, I think he said Jim, was Fantastic this morning changing my flat on Rt.#93 , he was fast and Efficient, from my call to all fixed and driving off it was less than 1 hr. I'm Glad I have AAA

Excellent service and food! Too bad I tripped going in the side entrance on the 6 inch rise of cement right as I opened the door. Luckily I broke my fall with outstretched arms! Note to all, use the front door!

Very upset with this company.I just found out they have been secretly taking 140.00 a year out of my business account for services not rendered.So I called them and was told that the money would be returned to the account.I looked at the account and no return of funds.So today I am calling them again.
