I brought my car here for an alignment and new tires at the recommendation of a friend. Now I won't go anywhere else! Not very expensive, very fast, good quality, honest mechanic! Yes, HONEST MECHANIC! SO I brought my car back for some sensor lights, and at the same time had it thoroughly detailed. I wish I had some "before" pictures of my car, but let's just say I work with animals. Animals who shed a lot, get car sick, aren't always perfectly housebroken... you get the idea. I cannot even believe it's the same car! Not a dog hair or a stain in site, engine is sparkling clean too! It is very hard to find a honest mechanic these days but look no further than Granite State Automotive we know these folks very well and they are awesome people. They will take very good care of you and they are very good Christians!!

Only reason im giving 4 instead of five is because its almost impossible to get in here now. Ive been a day one customer and now i cant get in sooner than two months out . Im sure mervs so busy because of how great of a job he does and how honest he is but two months out is pretty long wait .

Super pleased with the service provided. Car came in for an unidentified noise. I thought I was looking as a serious repair and they were so honest in just explaining I was low on oil for some reason. Will definitely use them in the future!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was referred to Mervin by a neighbor due to his Toyota certifications and experience. I haven't gone anywhere else since! Friendly, knowledgable and as prompt and budget-conscious as this type of service can allow. I am on an insanely tight budget. Mervin will do the repairs I bring my car in for and then look at the next possible to fix and give me an invoice so I know how much I need to save. He is fast and always get my car sooner then expected. No taking it to a garage and being told it'll be ready just to find out it has not even made it INTO the garage yet let alone been fixed. He is always willing to work with you rather than against you. Polite, professional, knowledge in all aspects and cooperative with any individuals needs.

Here s a shop you can trust. Reliable, dependable and true to his word. He won t overcharge you and stands solidly behind his work. If he makes a mistake, he will make it right. I travel the whole way from western MA to come here and he s never let me down.

Merv is one in a million. If you're sick of taking your prize possession to a garage that looks like it could double as the town landfill, come here. He takes as good of care of his garage as he will your vehicle. His shop is cleaner than the dealerships down the road... Good luck finding a more straightforward, fair and honest, trustworthy, qualified, professional, competent mechanic than this for the price that he charges. You won't. I guarantee it. Only thing is, bring cash. There's a 4% markup because of the company that he uses to handle card transactions, though I think he's working on fixing that... He is truly the only one I will bring my car to. I wish I could take him to Arizona with me when I go lol...Service: General repairs & maintenance

Cleanliness of thus shop is superb! Front desk person was very respectful and this place doesn't take your money like a dealership does. So much more reasonable quotes for maintenance/repairs that needs to be done on your vehicle.

Can't say enough about this place. The service is top notch, very professional, and friendly. They are busy, expect to make an appointment, but I have gotten in on same day. They offer free WI-FI, and free complimentary coffee. Other cold beverages are available for only $1.00, the waiting room is clean and comfortably, but no TV, there is also a bathroom available. I recommend this automotive service.

Took my 32FT RV to them for service and front end alignment. He checked out the front end and performed an alignment, as I was have issues with the steering. Seems it needed some work and parts because when the manufacturer builds the RV, they put 15000 lbs of house on its back but never re-aligns the front end. Granite state ordered the parts, performed the alignment, and it was like night and day the difference it made. They performed the work for a third the cost other shops big enough to handle a 32ft RV wanted and did a great job.

Very fair rates, knowledgeable service! I had some warranty work done and was not charged for anything that was under warranty, no questions asked! Very trustworthy mechanic, I would recommend anyone to use Granite State Automotive! Thanks so much Merv for your services!

Thank you Mervin for transforming my Yukon. What a difference with the alignment,balance,new tires ,ball joints. If I could rate 7 stars I definitely would.$60 an hour for professional shop labor Is very fair.

Very pleasant and personable man runs it. Quite knowledgeable and very honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone. He is quite busy which to me, is a good sign esp. Sisnce he hasn't been open veryong.
