Awesome customer service from a company who obviously has a passion for what they do and it shows! I had a tree fall on my Corolla over this winter and you can t even tell it that it happened after the work was completed We set the appointment for the work to be done, and it was complete at least a week earlier than anticipated. These guys are top-notch, and I will be taking my car back to them in the future for my Auto body needs .car was a new and clean on the inside like the day I bought it. Thank you for your Hard Work gentleman! Please don t hesitate to take your Vehicle to their shop, you will not be disappointed!-Mike J.

I cannot say enough about this shop this team is what every other shop should aspire to be. From the moment I walked in the door, I was more than taken care of - they went above and beyond what was expected in every way. They re transparent, realistic, helpful, knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and easy to relate to. And most importantly, they work with and for their customers, not against them. I am not bringing my vehicle to any other location. They are IT - the hidden, extraordinary gem that I thought didn t even exist in the auto body world. DO NOT CHANGE A THING - you guys are absolutely incredible and do everything right. Customer for life after my first experience with them. Thanks for fixing my Jeep after a deer tried fighting with it. You are the best. To all those thinking about calling them for services, do it the five-star rating doesn t even do this place justice. Amazing customer service and the body work was unbelievable, could NOT tell that I had ever been in an accident. Car looks even better than before my wreck. Price was affordable. Called about needing my car repaired and was told to put the estimate in the front seat and have it towed there. Man I spoke with was condescending and this made me choose another option.

Dave the owner greeted me with a warm welcome. Honorable mention to Nate also. Right away I got the feeling Dave was as honest as the day is long. Initially he told me they were booking out 2 months to which I replied the job was nothing urgent so be it. We then went to my car where he assessed the damage on the passenger side at a much cheaper cost than what I expected and made me an appointment for the following week! There was also some body damage on the driver's side which required painting. Flawless work. They removed the dent, matched the paint perfeclty, and re-cleared the headlights which now look brand new. My wife's pickier than I am and she was impressed! You can't ask for more than professional, courteous service and that's what you'll get with Northeast Auto Body. They do great work and I'll gladly recommend them online and in person.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had work done at Northeast Autobody and could not be more pleased. The Estimate was fair, the job was flawless and was completed a day earlier than expected. These guys are great. I had an issue with my door not shutting properly, and as a result the light in my car was always on, and the battery was repeatedly drained. They identified that the door hinge was misaligned and fixed it right away. No problems since. Highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Can't say enough good things about Northeast Auto Body!!! They were extremely kind and personable, worked with my insurance company, and went above and beyond with the level of service. The turnaround time was quick and my car looks like new! They truly value customer service and do excellent work. Highly recommend!!

This business deserves six stars. So friendly from the first call. Quick and efficient at the time of the estimate, I had to do nothing. The work they did on my car was first class. It looked like new when I went to pick it up. It was done by the time promised. Pick up was swift and easy. Well done Northeast Auto Body!

This place is amazing!!!! I was in an accident couple weeks ago and I wasn't sure who to go through I got in contact with them they came and picked up the vehicle told me that it would be a few weeks kind of gave me an estimate on how much it would be they did all the paperwork sent everything to my insurance company I called them expecting it to be four or five weeks at minimum but after about 2 and 1/2 weeks they had the whole thing done I picked it up and you could never tell they did amazing work it came in right at budget where I was supposed to and I have zero complaints five stars hands down we'll go through them every time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First, another local guide wrote a review and it is vague at best. Consequently, I will provide information that might be critical to the end user. David R. Smith has been in business for 40 years. Yes, he has been involved, all this time, in body work. One does not stay in business for such an extended time frame without admirable results. The user will note that most advertisement consists, in this case, of word of mouth. In fact, I was referred to Northeast Auto Body by my son-in-law.David first repaired a "self-inflicted" crease in the auto's front, passenger, fender. This required the painting of the entire fender and then paint feathered onto other parts of the vehicle. The work is precise and the cost was minimal. In addition, the time frame was relatively short. (Hope the other local guides get the message about writing comprehensive reviews with a purpose, other than accumulation of points!) . Just had some minor work done recently regarding unequal spacing on one side of the hood. David offered to charge ONLY $50 and if he could not correct it, then there'd be no charge. It was corrected. This man is honest, and can be trusted.

Work was done quickly, and the results were absolutely to my satisfaction. I was especially impressed that the owner was so forthright and honest. I could not recommend NE Auto Body more strongly-really.

This is the place everyone uses for insured repairs. They get your crunched wheels back to beautiful quickly, and have excellent rapport with all the insurers so there are no nasty surprises
