Mike is by far one the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I've ever been to. I highly recommend him and his staff for your car and truck repairs. And he has a pretty good selection of used car's and trucks for sale at reasonable prices.

I had a minor emergency with my car today, and this shop was the only one who was able to get me in same-day. They were super nice over the phone and even stayed late to wait for me to come pick my car back up. Mike is awesome and does some really good work and is spot on with his estimates and is honest and won't screw you over. Can't ask for much more than a honest mechanic that does awesome work! Keep up the great work!

Mike is extremely professional and good at what he does I had him do some frame repair on my 4Runner he cut and grinded out the rusted area and welded in and reinforced it with new steel it came out extremely well and the pricing was a lot lower than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for metal fabric work or this type of rust repair on your vehicleService: Body & Trim

These guys make auto mechanics an art. They did some custom, complicated installations for me on my overlanding vehicle, and I was amazed by the quality and ingenuity of their work. Greg, the mechanic who did my work, has got some rare talent. Hi I have known mike for many years we went to school together I went to mike for a vehicle and between my children an I have purchased a total of 6 vehicles will continue going to mike he always stands behind his cars and his work in all vehicles I have bought we love this garage and rate them a 5 star review thanks mike I appreciate all u have done Amy rogers

Our Kia Sorrento broke a strut over a weekend while we were visiting Conway for my son's wedding and we had to leave the vehicle on the road and return back to the Boston area without it. On the Monday after, all the places I in Conway I called said they could not get to it for about a week. When I called Kustomz, they were busy, too, but also said getting parts was also a challenge due to COVID. On the phone, he checked the availability of the parts, and confirmed he could get them in 2 days (ordering two different models of the strut since it was unclear which one the car needed without seeing it). The parts arrived 2 days later and they fixed it that next day so we were able to get the car after 3 days. Had I taken it somewhere else, I might have waited 2 weeks. And the cost of the repair was reasonable. I really appreciate the pro-active approach they took so we could get our car faster - that was going above and beyond. Thank you!

Needed my car repaired immediately. They got me in same day and took care of what I needed. Well worth my hour drive. Super friendly. Will be returning for all of my future auto repairs.

Seemed like a good guy when we spoke. Told me he was going to order the part blah blah blah. Now 2 weeks later won't answer the phone, after leaving 3 messages tey won't call me back, I get nothing from them. Complete wast of my time. Now time to start all over again.
