We are visiting from Pennsylvania and the headlight on our Jeep went out. Because we are staying in a remote cabin VRBO we stopped at Crest dealership to see if we could have it replaced. They called for the part. Went down the street to pick it up and installed it as we waited. We have our dog with us so we were waiting outside. They told us that we could wait inside with the dog.Wonderful service!!!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Ask for Allan, sales and Jesse, financing for help. We were going to drive to Idaho for what we thought was a great deal and they were able to match it. Everything went very smooth. Ended up buying a 2018 Ram 2500 and because he made the mistake of bringing me with him, a Fiat 124 Spider!!! Great day for both of us.

I bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot a few weeks ago at Crest Auto. Friendly place. No pressure at all. Matt handled the sale start to finish. Very nice and thoughtful guy - great to work with. So knowledgeable too. He even delivered the car to my door as a convenience and very patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. And, by the way, I LOVE the car. Thanks Matt!

I'm a retired guy so this is not my first vehicle purchase. I bought a 2021Jeep Gladiator this April. LOVE IT! the salesman Matt was great. The purchase process easy. On my first day I was on The highway in No Conway and a baby dear came running out and ran right into my drivers side rear quarter. She was ok and ran off The trim around the rear wheel popped out and there a small scratch on the rear door. I just made my first oil change appointment and I told this story to another Matt in service. Well a week later I go to the Post Office and there's a package there from Crest Auto with a tube of white touch up paint!I am floored at the kindness and thoughtfulness this showed!I'm a customer for life! Crest is the BEST!

Edit 9/23/21: I had a radiator issue 3 days before getting ready to go camping and the day after Labor Day. I called and Ricky was able to look at the truck right away. Unfortunately they were unable to diagnose and fix the truck before I left on vacation. They immediately arranged for a rental vehicle. Everything was covered under warranty. No hemming and hawing. Eventhough I was disappointed that the truck had a problem, the staff at Crest went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible.Service manager is very nice. I was concerned when I bought my car from this dealer, Crest Chevrolet. I have been pleasantly surprised. They have been very helpful to me. This includes the sales people as well as the service manager

Matthew Paisley (Sales) was excellant. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, organized , so great to work with. He understood completely what i was looking for , what I had , and made great suggestions as to what he thought I could use and want in the type of vehicle I was interested in. He showed me a used vehicle similar to a new one I wanted to buy and explained the features. He even had me me build one online to get an idea of what it would look like and what the price might be. The New vehicle was completely ready for me when I picked it up and he went over vehicle and answered any questions for me. He even paired our phones. Introduced us to service manager. I would definitely buy a vehicle from him again. Overall, great experience.

Went in today to upgrade my vehicle and Matt really helped me get a vehicle I loved and could afford!!! Really happy with the service here and Matt was really quick without any of the gun-to-your-head pressure that turns me off of most salespeople.UPDATE: Although the sales side of Crest Auto is amazing and I m still happy with my vehicle, unfortunately their service side of things left a lot to be desired. A day after I bought the car there was a minor issue with the tire pressure sensor light coming on when the tires were fine. Matt kindly arranged for me to come in to get it checked out and what followed was 6-7 months process of back and forth with the service department and now about a year later the problem is still not fixed. At this point I ve given up on them as I live out of town and arranging to come up here is just too much of hassle to leave with nothing done to fix the problem.

My wife and I just bought our first truck at Crest with the help of salesman Eric Darby and the others we talked to. He did a great job explaining all the features of the Silverado to us, even though it was raining. The price of the truck was very good and the trade in was priced fairly. Everyone we met were very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. We never felt pressured and had a good experience buying our first truck with Crest.

Couldn t be more happy with my experience at Crest! The service was some of the best I ve ever received I m not very good with cars, but Matt and Jesse were super friendly and patient while explaining everything to me. The entire experience was super pleasant, everyone here really does their best to make you feel like family. Definitely recommending to anyone looking for a new car or to service their current car!

My husband and I had been to several dealerships to test drive trucks but ended up purchasing at Crest with Craig (and the help of Cody). Craig was extremely patient with us while we looked around but also listened to what we wanted and suggested the perfect truck. They were also extremely welcoming and entertaining to our kids. We couldn't have asked for better service! Huge thanks also to Matthew P. who took the time to explore the vehicle with me and answer all my questions. Thanks guys, we love it!

Excellent Customer service. Fast and efficient paperwork. Within minutes of arriving at the dealership Matt had me in the exact truck I wanted and we were off on a test drive. All of the people at Crest are friendly and professional. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend going to Crest Auto World and allowing Matt to help you find the perfect vehicle for you.

Our car broke down while we were on vacation in North Conway, NH in July, and we had our car towed to Crest Auto World. We realized, being out of town, that we were probably going to wait a few days for the car to be fixed. The very next morning, we got a call from them to tell us that our car was all set to be picked up!!! I can't tell you how pleased my boyfriend and I were at the quick service we got! Everyone there, from the mechanics to the shuttle bus drivers to the people at the front desk, were just super! They were professional, friendly, courteous and just a pleasure to work with! They basically saved our vacation! I would highly recommend them if you are in the area! SUPER COMPANY AND SUPER PEOPLE!!! Thank you for everything!!!

George was helpful and good to work with but limited on what decisions he could make. After a week I had to call GM to get the help getting parts that were back ordered. At that time I asked about a rental vehicle since this was covered under warranty and still no info on parts . At first with no end date on parts I was told by Crest auto that I could only get a rental for 3 days. I called GM again to pass it on. it was not long before I had a vehicle for a week if needed. The next day I got a call from GM that the parts I needed were being shipped. The work was done the next work day after parts arrived and I was satisfied with the work and the service managers help. Not sure why this had to go to that level.. Other dealerships advertise a loaner when a car is held up especially when under a warranty. My GM Rep was very helpful and kept me informed every few days.

Great experience today. I called at the last minute this morning to have my wife's brakes replaced on her car. Mike the Service Manager worked me into their schedule with no problem at a time that was convenient for me . Not only did he get the work done quicker than he said he could it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I went to Crest just to turn in my Just Drive game piece, buying a new car wasn t even an option. That s where I met Jimmy and Mike. They were awesome! We started talking and Jimmy helped get our family into a safer more reliable vehicle. I didn t feel pressured or obligated to buy ANYTHING! Both guys were so helpful and cared for our family needs perfectly!

I have become a huge fan. Each time I call for service or walk in the door for service I am met with smiles and outstanding customer service. They are honest, helpful, and do their best to meet our needs and remain cost effective. I appreciate that, especially since many previous experiences with auto dealership service departments have left me feeling robbed! I will continue to give them my business and refer others to them. I needed a new car, and my husband and I had really been obsessed with the idea of having a Jeep. Allan took the time to price a few out, and when it didn t meet my budget, he got us approved for different payment tiers and reassessed the trade-in value of my car. When I still felt uncomfortable about the price and told him my realistic price range, he helped me find something that worked for me immediately and 24 hours later, I drove off the lot in a 2020 Chevy Trax! Allan took the time to set up my radio stations for me, helped me with my insurance company, and helped me figure out some stuff for Mass Registry as well. I love my new car, and I really appreciated how Allan went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. Thanks Allan!

The low/no pressure sales was very appreciated. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a new car, because honestly... I can't stand the high pressure bull that I've got in the past when shopping for new cars. I was strongly considering buying a used car online. Instead, when I met Ryan in sales... it was a very appreciated surprise to not be pushed into anything. Will always come back there for cars and will strongly recommend to others.

Dealing with a combination of Mike, Quinton, and the staff at Crest Auto World was a great experience! Mike made sure to answer all my questions over the phone, and when I got to the showroom Quinton was knowledgeable and helpful. The team here did a very very good job! When using Crest for service, these techs are too notch. I have been bringing all of my Chrysler and Chevy vehicles here for the past 15 years and they have treated me quite well. Pricing might be a tad high compared to an independent mechanic, but it's well worth it knowing they are certified and have many of the parts you might need on hand and ready to go.

I recently stopped in to shop for a new vehicle and I was honestly blown away by the service I received from Matt and Jesse ad everyone at the dealership. They got me into the car I liked at a really great price. I would definitely recommend Crest for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

I traveled from Portland to North Conway for work one day and picked up a screw in my tire along the way. They were fully booked for service for the day but were able to squeeze me in and fix my tire and brought my car back over to me at work! Very appreciated and would definitely recommend!

I can t say enough about this place and the excellent service that they provide. Matthew Paisley was my salesmen and within minutes of arriving he had me on the road test driving the car of my dreams a 2016 Jeep Renegade. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and very personable. I had to bring my 5 year old with me and the entire team was beyond accommodating. Drinks, snacks, tv and matchbox cars. If you re in the market for a new vehicle I highly suggest you make Crest Auto your first stop and of course ask for Matt!

I purchased a Jeep from Matt at crest about 2 years ago and it didn t have the power I was looking for. We went back to crest today to see what we could do where we had a bunch of negative equity in it, it was tricky. But he was able to find a Grand Cherokee that had the power i was looking for and was able to get the number to be where we wanted them to be. I appreciate their time and consideration with finding what we were comfortable paying and making sure I was happy In it! We will go back there when it s time to upgrade for sure! You can t beat the great local service! Thanks again guys!

Jimmy and Mike were amazing! I went to the Just Drive event expecting to just be support for my daughter but drove away with a newer vehicle myself! There was no pressure to buy, it just suited me to upgrade my current car. I definitely recommend Crest as your go to dealership
